The small cookie had discovered him by accident one day as they explored the Fairy's forest for the first time, fairy cookie by their side to make sure they didn't get lost. At some point they ended up near a lake, and their eyes immediately saw the pink figure a few feet apart.
"That's Whipped Cream! He comes to dance with the fairies and creatures of this forest sometimes!" Fairy said as they looked at the cookie for afar as he danced from that day, steps and moves elegant with a gentle smile on his face.
"That's so cool... I wish I could dance like that" the cookie whispered, earning a giggle from the other cookie.
"I'm sure he can teach you. Let me call him, I'll be right back!" She said with a small giggle, not giving the other cookie time to respond. They sighed as their friend flew away, a bit nervous inside. The cookie looked so cool and they would like to know some basic steps, but at the same time they were afraid of being too clumsy. "What if I try a step and I fall to the ground? What if…" they thought, but were soon interrupted by a gentle voice.
"Hello small one, Fairy cookie said you wanted to meet me" the cookie said as he arrived at their side, gentle smile still on his face. They nodded as they looked up at his tall figure, still a bit nervous. But their silence didn't seem to affect the cookie, who opted to crouch down, so they would be at the same level.
"I'm Whipped Cream cookie, what's your name?" He asked softly, looking at them with a gentle gaze. His calm presence made the small cookie relax a bit.
"I'm...I'm (Y/N). Is nice to meet you sir" they said with a soft tone, earning a small chuckle from Whipped Cream.
"Ah, no need to be so formal small one. Just call me Whipped Cream. Now your friend Fairy told me you like to dance, don't you?" He asked. The cookie nodded as they shyly looked at the ground.
"I'm not very good though…" they said softly.
"I'm sure you aren't. Everyone can dance, you just need practice and enjoy the music" Whipped Cream said with a smile as he gave their head a small pat. And then he stayed in silence for a moment, like considering something.
"I could teach you the basic, if you want" Whipped Cream finally said, making them gasp in surprise.
"Would you really teach me?!" They asked in excitement, sparkle in their eyes and the previous shyness forgotten. The cookie nodded as he chuckled, making the small one smile brightly.
The rest of the afternoon passed rater quickly for the small cookie, enjoying every moment of their improvised dance lessons. Whipped Cream had congratulated them, saying they were a quick learner.
"You can come other time if you want. I'll be happy to teach you more" he said at the end of the day, and they happily agreed with a smile.
And that smile was still on their face as they followed Fairy on their way back, both of them giggling happily.
They couldn't wait to go back.
