Weeks later.
Jack and i were walking through the forest.
I drove a hand through my hair and put a hand on Jack's shoulder to support myself while walking. i was exhausted.
Jack " Balthazar's army attacked, but we were ready. And then I... I killed him."
Me " And my dad ?"
Jack " Well, he'll be back in a few days with the people that we saved."
Me " How many?"
Jack " 30 at least. "
I nodded.
Jack eyed me confused "You're not happy? This is the third battle in a row that we've won."
I sighed " Jack, I know. I... We're running out of space and supplies. And now with all those new people, I just...don't know how we're gonna take care of everybody."
Suddenly Jakob showed up "Sorry. Didn't mean to startle you."
Me "What is it, Jakob?"
Jakob " Just got word from the eyes outside Michael's fortress."
Me "And?"
Jakob " They're saying the angels, they're leaving."
Jack asked confused " Why would they leave?"
Night.
We looked at the church we had been held prisoners in. It was abandoned.
Jack " It's all empty."
Me "You're sure?"
Jack "There are a few angels guarding the perimeter, but inside... they're gone."
Me "What is going on?"
Jack "Maybe...maybe he's scared."
Jakob " We've been fighting Michael the better part of eight years. There is nothing he is scared of."
Jack " He's scared of me. I'm winning."
Me " Jack--"
Jack " I think we should go, see if Michael left anything behind, something that can tell us where he's gone, what he's planning."
Me " It could be a trap."
Jack nodded "It's all right. I'll keep you safe."
Morning.
We walked into the church.
Me " Jakob, take the others. Check the warding. Really hate this place."
Jack "Look."
We walked over to the altar. There was a war table war table with a map and plastic army men converging on one point.
Me "Well, those are Michael's armies."
Jack asked confused " Why are they all over there?"
I shook my head "I don't know."
Suddenly Jakob dragged in Kevin.
My jaw dropped "Kevin?"
Kevin looked at me and bowed a little "my queen?"
I raised an eyebrow.
Jack looked at me confused.
Me "I was Michael's lover in this world"
Jack nodded.
Kevin "I'm-- I'm a prophet of the lord. I was serving God--"
Jakob "You serve Michael. Prophet here turned his back on own kind."
Kevin " I didn't have a choice! I... Y-you don't understand. I... I... I never used to believe in anything. Well, ex-except science-- quantum mechanical unpredictably. But then the end of the world happened, and everyone around me-- my friends, and my... my mom-- they all started to die. But God chose me? What... What does that even mean?! Michael said he wanted to save the world, not kill it. But he... he hurt so many people. When I couldn't perfect the spell, Michael, he got mad and threw me in the dungeon. And I was so scared, but I fixed it. B-but I... I couldn't do it anymore."
Me " Kevin..."
Kevin " And then he...he..."
Me " What spell? What's Michael planning?"
Kevin "There's a place in the south where the walls between worlds are thin. Michael's gonna use a spell from the angel tablet to open up the rift, and then he's g--"
Jack looked at me " He'll invade our world."
I looked at him.

Jerry "Jakob's right. Leaving his plans like this? It's too sloppy."
Tim " Or he doesn't care."
Jerry "Doesn't care?"
Tim " He knows we can't stop him. He's probably making his move as we speak."
Jack shook his head "No, I can go, right now. If I can surprise Michael, I can kill him."
I shook my head "Jack, no."
Jack " No, we can't let him cross over."
I nodded "I know, but--"
Jack "We know where he is."
Me "Do we? Michael could've left this map as bait. Bobby's only a day out. We should wait."
Kevin nodded "the queen is right. Michael, he... never does anything without a reason."
I grimaced "just call me Elena"
Jakob " I say we let the archangel go. Let Michael be some other world's problem for a change."
Me "How can you even say that? That's 7 billion innocent people. "
Then i looked at Jack "Jack, listen to me. This is Michael we're talking about. He's killed everyone that's ever stood against him. We have to think this through. I'm asking for a day. Please."

i walked over to Jack.
Jack " I know I said I'd wait, but..."
Me "You're going after Michael."
Jack "I have to."
I shook my head "You can't."
Jack eyed me hurt "You don't think I can win."
Me "I think we don't know how strong Michael is."
Jack "And he doesn't know how strong I am."
Me " I know you've been winning all these fights, and you want to take him on so bad. I was just like you, with hunting. But I learned the hard way-- thinking you can win all the time, running in blind into every fight? That's how you make mistakes. And the people here, they--"
Jack "I'm doing this for them."
Me "You can't help them if you're dead.Jack, you're important to me, okay? i don't know why ..maybe because your are Satan's kid and i'm part demon but ... i can't keep losing people that i care about"
Jack put a hand on my shoulder "You won't. I'll come back, for all of you. I promise.""
Kevin shook his head "No."
I asked confused "Kevin?"
Kevin " You can't go."
He tore open his shirt revealing a sigil carved into his chest.
Everyone in the room other than Jack and i aimed guns at him.
Kevin "Michael... he told me to wait-- for Bobby, for all of you to be together-- but I can't. He wanted you to see."
Me "Whatever Michael said, he was lying."
Kevin "No! Michael says... that when I get to Heaven-- when he lets me into Heaven-- I'll get to see my mom again."
Me "I've been to Heaven, and what's there... it's just memories. Nothing's real."
Kevin yelled "I don't care! You don't understand. I... You don't know the things that I've done. I just want this to be over."
Jack "Your spell won't kill me."
I shook my head "it won't work on me either"
Kevin "Michael doesn't want to kill you. He wants to break you. He said for me to tell you that, "Even if you win, you still lose." I'm sorry."
I shook my head "Don't!"
suddenly he activated the sigil and the room filled with blinding light.
Jack grabbed me and wrapped his wings around me, protecting me.

Jack unwrapped his wings from me and i looked at all the dead people on the ground.
Then i looked at Jack.
Jack " It's my fault. I said I'd protect them."
Me " We can prepare and we can fight... and sometimes, things happen we'll never see coming."
Jack " If I can't keep them safe, then what's the point?"
I put a hand on his arm and he put his other hand on my hand.
Days later. in the woods.
I looked around confused when i noticed one of the sigils on the trees glowing.
Me "what the hell?"
I walked out to the clearing and Cas was there.
My jaw dropped.
Cass looked at me "Elena"
I walked to him shocked "Cass?"
Cass then looked at someone.
I followed his look and saw Dean there.
My jaw dropped "Dean?"
Dean just looked at me, shocked and relieved.
I rushed over to him and hugged him.
He hugged me back and buried his face in my neck.
I looked at him, smiling "How did you even find us?"
Dean just put a hand on my cheek and looked at me.
Me "Where's Sam?"
a tear rolled down Dean's cheek.
I shook my head, in tears "no. n-no"
Dean nodded, in tears.
I just hugged him.
At the camp.
Some of the guards escorted Cas, Gabriel and Maggie into the colony.
Dean and i were behind them.
Me "you gonna talk to me?"
Dean "We have to go back, get his body."
Suddenly we heard a bell.
someone walked into the camp.
My jaw dropped.
Jack smiled "Sam"
Sam was covered in blood but he was fine.
Lucifer showed up behind him.
Jack and Cass looked at Lucifer.
Lucifer smiled at Jack "Hello, son"

I walked to Sam and hugged him "Sammy"
Sam "hey, Len"
Dean walked to Sam, confused "Sam? What happened?"
Sam " He, uh, he brought me back."
Lucifer smiled a little " It's what I do."
Cass snapped "It is not what you... How did you get in here?"
Lucifer " VIP Pass. I'm with the band."
We all looked at him.
Lucifer "Come on. Shouldn't you be thanking me? I-I gave Sammy and extra life. Besides, what with my...little bro here "
He pointed at Gabriel " being a hot mess, I figured you need me. So, I'm here to join the team."
Then he walked over to Jack " Your name is Jack."
Jack "And yours is Lucifer."
Dean walked over there, shaking his head "No. No, no. No. "
He pointed at Jack "You don't talk to him."
Then he pointed at Lucifer " And you, don't listen to him. "
Lucifer " Um, don't you think that's his choice?"
Cas shook his head "No."
Lucifer scoffed "Are you trying to keep me from my son?"
Cass " Well, this is Kelly Kline's son. He's nothing like you."
Lucifer shook his head "Don't say he's nothing like me. I'm the only one who understands him. This power he has? I'm powerful, dangerous, ruthless. In the...best sense, though."
Dean shook his head " No. Kill him."
Then he looked at Gabriel who didn't move.
Jack looked at him shocked.
Lucifer chuckled "He can't. He's not strong enough."
Gabriel " Dean..."
Dean " You've got the blade."
Jack "Stop it."
Dean " He's the devil. Kill him."
Jack yelled " Stop it!"
Suddenly he vanished.
Dean " Well, great. Does that when he's scared. Way to go, Dad!"
Gabriel "I'll go look for him."
Then he walked away.
I nodded "Yes, i'll look for him too"

I saw Jack leaning against a tree and walked over to him.
Me "Jack?"
He turned to me.
I walked over to him
Jack looked hurt.
I grabbed his hand "you okay?"
Jack shook his head.
I nodded "Trust me, i know what it feels like meeting your father for the first time. and i'm here when you need me"
Jack asked hopefully "Really?"
I nodded "yes, of course, Jack. We've spent half a year together now, you're family - my family"
He gave me a little smile.
I shook my head "i don't let anyone hurt my family"
Jack nodded and suddenly we were standing in front of Lucifer.
Lucifer "Speak of the Not Devil. Son."
Jack " It's Jack."
Me "Jack, talking with Lucifer, it's -- it's not a good idea."
Jack shook his head " I'm not going to talk. I'm going to listen."
I sighed while Lucifer smirked.
Lucifer " He's gonna listen."
Me "Jack"
Lucifer "Wow. I have been waiting for this moment for so long, I almost don't know what to say. This...this dad thing is sort of new to me. So, um...Do -- do you have any questions that you wanna ask? Don't let my status as a legend hold you back. Now just...fire away.
Jack " Why does everyone hate you?""
Lucifer "Huh. Wow, he just got right to the -- right to the point. That's good. That's good Good question. Um...So you've, uh, probably heard the stories. Right? Anything ugly happens, any evil befalls the world, it's my fault. Fake news."
I grimaced " And that's not entirely tr--"
Lucifer "Well, I mean, yes, I have done things that I am not entirely proud of. I have led the occasional soul to ruin. This is true. But, Jack, it's because humans are so messed up. They're -- they're so willing to be led."
Jack glared a Lucifer "Elena is part human. My mother was human."
Lucifer " Your mom, Awesome lady. Incorruptible. Not like that. You know, great kisser. And, uh, lost my virginity to her."
I rolled my eyes, irritated.
Lucifer " No? Too soon? I mean, the point is...humans are not perfect. They're hardwired to fall. And when they do, they need a fall guy."
Me " That's a vast oversimplification."
Lucifer rolled his eyes, annoyed " Okay, so true or false, Leny-- um, for almost, like, ever, I've been locked away in a Cage?"
I nodded "Yes"
Lucifer " True! It's true. So how did I do all this evil for all these centuries, I wonder?"
I breathed out annoyed "son of a bitch"
Jack " Who locked you up?"
Lucifer "My dad, cause I told the truth. See, he loved humans so much, He couldn't see their flaws. And I told Him about it, and He got mad. He got -- He felt like I was...personally dumping on His masterpiece, and so He kicked me out. No time-out, no 'go in the corner,' you know, anything like that. Just ...gone, banished. And yes, as Elena says, I have done some bad things. I had my reasons, and I just want the opportunity to get better. Doesn't everybody? Don't you?"
I looked at him disgusted before walking to the Winchesters.
Sam "Len, hey. Any update on Jack?"
I nodded " He's back."
Sam "Great. Where is he?"
Me "Talking to his daddy"
Dean growled.

Dean rushed over to Jack and Lucifer, pissed off "Hey! Hey! I told you no talking!And I told you no listening."
Jack "Dean, he's in chains."
Dean "His mouth isn't. Shoulda gagged him."
Jack shook his head " No, I need to know about my powers, my family."
Cass "Jack, we are your family. We've been protecting you. We've been honoring your mother's wishes. We're your family."
Sam " Jack, you have no idea who Lucifer really is."
Jack said annoyed " And I never will unless I talk to him."
Dean " Jack..."
Jack snapped " Dean! He's my father."
Lucifer smiled.
Dean looked at him, unhappily.

We were walking through the forest.
Me " We should reach base camp in a couple of hours."
Dean "Sam, go back there and check out what Helter Skelter's sayin' to the damn kid."
Sam "Yep."
Then he walked back.
Me "Take it easy on Jack. He's been fighting a war. He's trying so hard to prove himself, but...he's lost people, friends. He'll take him a minute to get through it."
Dean nodded.
Me " like it or not, Lucifer is Jack's father. He's going to take an interest in him."
Dean "So what, we're supposed to just let Lucifer drag him over to the dark side?"
I scoffed "over my dead body will i let that happen. "
Dean looked at me "you care about him?"
Me "i fought alongside him, Dean. i care about him. there is something about him that...i want to protect him, Dean. And he protects me too."
Dean "you mean like Kevin"
Me "It's different with Jack, though. "
Dean nodded.
Cass walked to us.
Dean "Hey. Find him?"
Cass shook his head " No. Gabriel went ahead to scout, but he should be back by now."
Gabriel ran to us yelling " Angels!"
Angels showed up and we aimed our guns at them.
Suddenly they all turned into dust.
I looked at Jack.
Dean "Len"
I looked at Lucifer whose cuffs melted off his wrists.
Lucifer " Oh yeah, about the cuffs -- I knew they wouldn't hold me in this world. Long story short, I didn't want your impotence to get awkward, so I just went along. You're welcome. Welcome. Right? Don't...thank me at once."
He nudged Jack " See. Team player."
At the base camp.
I looked at the sign. Singer Auto Salvage.
Sam " Creeps me out. You know?"
Dean nodded " Yeah, but it's no Sioux Falls."
Dad walked to us "Why should it look like Sioux Falls?"
Sam " Uh, just our, uh, our Bobby back in our world, he, um..."
Dad "He liked to freeze his ass off every winter? Yeah, well, this Bobby's gonna pass on that. Anyhow, it's good to see you boys again. I knew you couldn't stay away."
Dean " Yeah. You know where we can find Charlie? Or Ketch?"
Dad " Oh, they ain't back yet. They got a tip on an angel kill squad lookin' to execute some, uh, resistance. They went to head 'em off at the pass."
Dean " You let Charlie go with Ketch?"
Dad nodded "She let Ketch go with her. It's her operation."
Dean nodded.
Sam "Bobby, we're gonna have to hit the road soon. We're running out of time."
Dad "Now about that. Elena wants to take a bunch of our people back to this Other Earth?"
Dean and Sam looked at me shocked.
I nodded "yeah"
Dad " Well, no offense, but that may be the dumbest friggin' idea in a landfill of dumb ideas."

Dean walked over to me "are you kidding me? when were you going to tell me?"
Me "Tell you what?"
Dean "that you were planning on bringing people back to our world"
I sighed "i was going to"
Dean "when? when we walked to the rift?"
Me "Dean"
Dean shook his head "we can't do that"
I nodded "we can. i fought alongside those people, i know. you don't know what i went through these pasts months"
Dean "Elena, i thought you were dead. i was going crazy trying to find a way to get you back. I thought you were dead! "
I shook my head "well, i wasn't"
Dean "but i didn't know that. I felt like i was dying, Len. of course you don't know what i went through because you don't love me"
I shook my head "that is not fair"
Dean "is it?"
Me "Dean, i was held a prisoner for months. Michael kept me alive, okay? wanna know why? because the version of that walked this world was his lover and Lucifer killed said lover which made Michael kill him. I thought was never going to see you or Sam ever again. I thought i would never come back home. And that scared me. You and Sam are here now but i am still scared, okay? These people out there? they were all i had for the past months, so, yes, i owe them"
In the house.
Andy "So, let me get this straight. You want us to follow you through a magic door that's gonna blast us the hell outta here and into some kind of Fairy Tale World where everything's pretty?"
Sam "Okay, that's -- that's not what I -- what I was t-t-trying to say, but..."
Me "Andy, look, I get that you don't know the guys, but you do know me. That world does exist. Hear them out."
Andy "No one here is runnin' out on their buddies, runnin' out on the fight."
Dean shook his head "Nobody's saying run out. Guys, I don't know if you've noticed, but you're losing. Okay? You're outmanned, you're outgunned."
Sam " My brother and I...back home we're sitting on the biggest collection of lore and--and weapons in our world. Now something in there, it -- it might be enough to even the odds."
Dean "So we find that, then you come back here with a plan, a plan to beat Michael and his armies. And then you win."
Sam nodded "Exactly."
Sam " You may think you don't know us, but you do. We've been where you are. Hell, we are you."
Andy "We'll talk to our people, take a vote."
Then he walked out.
Dean nodded "That's all that we ask."
Sam nodded "Thank you."
Dad walked in "Just got news about Charlie and Ketch. Goin' after the execution squad went sideways. They're the ones who got ambushed."
Sam "Where did they hear about this execution.?"

Cass had brought in a young guy.
Guy "What do you want from me? I didn't do nothin'."
Dean "We're thinking you did."
Sam "Did you tell Charlie and Ketch about the angel kill squad?"
Guy " I...Yeah."
Dean "So you set 'em up?"
The guy shook his head " I don't know what you're talkin' about."
Dean looked at Cass.
Cass put his hands on the guy's head and the guy started to scream in pain.
Dean "Cass"
Cas let go of the guy and the screaming stopped.
The guy looked at us with a pained face.
Dean "You wanna try that again?"

Sam, Dean, Mary, Jack, Cas, Ketch, Charlie have returned to the camp from the rescue mission.
They are walking into the dark but busy camp.
Dad walked to the brothers and me "Good work. Good work. Got a win. Don't get many these days. Real proud of you. And got some news. We took a vote, see who was idjit enough to go off to this Other Earth with you."
Sam " Yeah? Any takers?"
Dad " Everyone."
Sam "I..."
Dad "Me included."
I looked at him surprised.
Dad "Whatever reason, I got a good feeling about you, kid."
I smiled a little.
Then he walked away.
Sam, Dean, Cass and i walked to the side.
Me "what's up?"
Sam "Great. All right, Dean, that's great. How in the hell we gonna do this? I mean, we've only got a few hours left, and --"
Dean "Yeah. No, I know. I-I have no..."
Suddenly his eyes widened.
I turned around and saw the vine-covered white school bus.
Dean "Hey Bobby? Tell me about that bus."
Morning.
Dean had managed to get the bus to work.
Lucifer was in the driver's seat.
Gabriel " You're gonna let Lucifer drive?"
Dean " This way, we know what he's doing, and Cas can keep an eye on him. We're running out of time."
People were getting in the bus.
Sam " Hey guys, we're down to 1 hour, 57 minutes."
I nodded.
Gabriel "All right."
I saw Jack walking away and followed him "Jack"
Jack turned to me.
Me " Jack? Jack. Hey. Where you headed?"
Jack " Before I go, there's something I have to do, something I promised myself I'd do. Kill Michael."
I shook my head "Jack, you -- you can't-- Look, we have to..."
Lucifer walked to us.
I ignored him "We have to get these people to the rift. We'll -- we'll seal Michael up and leave him here."
Jack shook his head " No! Look, I've seen what he's done, the people he's killed. He deserves to be punished."
Lucifer "-Yeah, I got this. See, I think what -- what Leny-Girl was trying to say in his own...super simplistic and silly way, is maybe you should give this a--a rethink."
I rolled my eyes annoyed.
Lucifer "I mean, I know I've been encouraging you to take Michael out, but it ain't easy. I tried it. And if he catches you, then we're all gonna have to waste a lot of time trying to rescue you, and...that puts pretty much everyone in danger. Look, I know I know you feel like you're doing the right thing, but sometimes the right thing can go wrong."
Jack looked at me " My father makes a valid point."
Lucifer clapped Jack on the back in approval.
I shook my head irritated "i think i am in the wrong movie"
Lucifer " Good boy. Wanna come? Let's do this. Come on."
They walked to the bus.

Dean, Sam, Gabriel , Jack and i were sitting in the jeep while Lucifer was driving the bus behind us.

We were driving to the rift.
I saw the rift dim and flicker.
Me "It's closing."
Sam yelled " We're running out of time! Come on!"
Suddenly it was gone for a second before showing up again and opening again.
Dean "Oh, hell, yeah."
Sam "How's that possible?"
Dean " Lucifer! Let's go!"
We rushed to the rift.
Dean "Hey, come on! Cas, Ketch show 'em how it's done."
Ketch "Follow me!"
Sam " Mom, Bobby. Charlie, you're with them."
Charlie looked at Sam " See you on the other side, bitches."
Ketch was the first to jump through the rift. The others jumped after him.
Lucifer went to step through but Sam held him back.
Sam "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold up."
Lucifer "What? I -- I want to be with my son."
Sam "We need you and Gabriel here, in case something goes wrong. Wasn't that the whole point of you being on the team?"
Most of them were already through.
Suddenly we heard a boo.
I looked up and saw a flaming ball flying to us. it hit the ground. three people were killing.
Suddenly Micheal showed up.
Michael "Gentlemen."
Then he looked at me "my Queen"
Dean stepped closer to me.
Lucifer stepped forward.
Michael raised an eyebrow " Lu. You don't really want to try this again, do ya?"
Lucifer nodded " Um...Yeah."
They nodded at each other, then Lucifer's eyes glow red and he flung his hands out, blasting Michael with invisible power. Michael was knocked back a few steps, but stayed on his feet.
Michael casted a bluish-white ball of power at Lucifer with one hand, then another. It knocked Lucifer to the ground where he moaned in pain, a bit of blood coming out of his mouth.
Michael smiled at Lucifer, but then looks up and notices Gabriel" Can it be? Gabriel?"
Gabriel turned to us " Go. I can buy some time."
I shook my head "Gabriel, don't."
Gabriel "All I did on Earth was run. I'm not running any more."
Then he walked to Michael.
They started fighting each other.
Suddenly Michael stabbed Gabriel in the chest with an angel blade.
Dean yelled " Gabe! No!"
I held him back "Dean"
Michael watched with glee as Gabriel's light flew out of him. Then Gabriel's body slumped forward against Michael.
I grabbed the brothers "go go go"
Then i shoved them through the rift.
Lucifer grabbed me "no, wait, you can't leave me here"
I turned to him with a raised eyebrow "You left me to die. Let me return the favor"
Then i shot him in the leg and jumped through the rift before it closed.
Back in the real world. In the bunker.
Mary was here and was pulling beer bottle out of a box and handed them out. Everyone was here drinking and talking.
Cas and Dean were in the doorway to the Library with Charlie.
Jack was hunched against the frame of the doorway near Dean. He washolding a bottle but looked upset.
Rowena was sitting there, tired "It kept closing. I couldn't keep it open another five seconds."
Sam "Well, you did it, Rowena. You got us all here."
Dean nodded "We owe you one."
Rowena smirked "Don't think I won't collect."
Dean " Gabe -- he'd been on the run for so long... He sacrificed himself. He's the reason Sam, Len and I got out.We owe him everything."
Cas "What about Lucifer?"
Dean looked at me "Len handled it."
I looked at Jack who was sitting there sad.
Dad " All right, listen up. We made it. Don't know much about this place, but it's a place without Michael, so that's a turn for the better. I don't want none of you goin' soft on me because we are going to get ourselves ready and go back home and set our people free."
Everyone cheered.
Dean "He's been here for five minutes. Look who's taken over the joint."
I smiled.
Dad " While we're celebrating, let's not forget our brothers and sisters who didn't make it. They will never be forgotten, and we will do right by them."
They all raised their beer "Yeah. Hear, hear!"
Dad "And now a toast to our new brothers -- Sam and Dean Winchester. Thanks, boys. Welcome to the family."
I smirked " Sam and Dean! Welcome."
They all cheered.
I walked over to Dean who hugged me.
Dean "glad to have you back, Len"
