"Breath of the Moon, Third Form:Loathsome Moon - Chains!"
Yozora swings his sword rapidly in two crescent slashes, from which a storm of smaller crescents spread. Seeing this, Sora prepared himself for the attack.
"Shigure Soen Ryu, Second Form:Rolling Rain!"
Sora creates multiple waves of water around him and crouches whilst holding his sword vertically before himself as a method of defense. As he looks at Yozora, he shouts.
"Yozora! Are you sure you want to go through with this? The pain, the suffering, all of the deaths. Are you willing to face that?!"
"Sora.....no one wants to go through all that. But its inevitable, lots of humans go through suffering and can't do anything about it. But to keep moving forward despite the past, that's what makes humanity beautiful. Plus my path is clear, i know what i need to do now."
Yozora held his blade tightly. Seeing this, Sora held his blade as he could tell what is about to happen. One strike, that's all they need. They'll decide everything with this one strike.
As they focused their sights on each other, Yozora and Sora both saw it. They were both in the See-Through World. Everything was in their sight. As Sora picks up another sword, Yozora held his own blade tightly as he lifts it up in the air.
"Total Concentration...."
"Total Concentration...."
As both of them uttered those words, they felt a tremor. As Sora's swords were crimson, Yozora's sword was pitch black. They focused all the power they could muster into their swords. As they looked at each other, they knew one thing. This attack will decide everything.
"Breath of the Moon, Eighteenth Form:Moon Fang Cross!!!!!"
Sora swung the blade first blade horizontally as a he fired a single, giant crescent slash from it and immediately swung his second sword vertically to fire a second one. The two slashes fused together forming a cross shaped blast. As the attack got closer to him, Yozora said one thing.
"Breath of the Moon, Nineteenth Form:Dark Moon-Dimension Slash!!!!!!!!"
By channeling ki through his sword, Yozora condensed all the numerous chaos blades in his breath technique into a single slash. As he swung his blade downward, he released that single slash. The two attacks collided, as Yozora's attack sliced Sora's attack in half an explosion occured.
Suddenly both Yozora and Sora charged at each other. They both swung their blades as they passed by each other. Blood stains the ground. As the dust clears, it revealed both Yozora and Sora were slashed across their chest. However, Sora soon fell to the ground as Yozora did the same only seconds afterwards.
"It seems.....you win Yozora.....kill me."
Yozora's eyes widen. That's right, the reason they fought was because for his body to unleash its true potential.....one existence is needed, not two. As Yozora gets up, he grabbed his sword as he slowly approached Sora. He held the sword near Sora's neck, yet....he couldn't bring himself to do it.
"Yozora, i'm the one who started this fight. So there's no need for me to change my mind nor will i offer any resistance. There's no need to feel sympathy towards me. Besides.......your hand is shaking."
Yozora looked at his hands and saw that Sora was right. Even now, his hands were shaking. Sora just smiled as he spoke to Yozora.
"Yozora....i think looking ever towards the future is a wonderful way to live your life. However, that doesn't instantly make all the other ways to live incorrect. No one knows what path will bring them happiness. I'm not afraid, Yozora. In fact, right now, i feel happy. You've taken your first step towards a path you created for yourself. So go on.........this body only needs one existence."
"Sora. You're right. That's why....i need you."
Yozora soon took his blade and stabbed it through his own chest. Sora was shocked when he saw this. He gets up and rushed towards Yozora.
"Sora.....you're a part of me. Even if you're filled with my negative memories. However, its the good and the bad sides that makes us human. That's why there will be one existence. The original Yozora isn't me. And its not you either. The real Yozora Tsugikuni.........is both of us."
Sora's eyes widen. As he looked at Yozora, he saw that Yozora's body and his own were slowly disappearing. As this happened, Sora was crying.
"You idiot. If you just killed me, everything that you suffered would've faded away. You wouldn't be trapped in that hell. You could be free. If we join together, everything will be on your shoulders."
"Sora.....its because i suffered, that i'm the person i am now. Humanity's strength isn't weaponry or even talent. Its being able to constantly grow, even when we face challenges. Besides.....who would want to have half an existence. You've only experienced the negative, i've experienced that and more. Its time....for the real Yozora to experience the world. I'm sure i will never forget this. I'll never forget you. So please....lend me your strength."
As Yozora and Sora's bodies were almost completely gone, Sora smiled. The second and third personality....the second Yoriichi and the strong swordsman.....they will fade away. But their strengths, their legacy, will live through the original Yozora Tsugikini, the first personality. As both of the boys fade away they both said one thing.
"Finally.....after all this time....the night sky is finally clear."
~Meanwhile~
Inside his jail cell, Yozora is seen struggling as he's trying to break himself out. With all of his might he swung down his left arm and the chains holding him back were ripped from the wall. Soon he did the same thing with the chains holding his right hand.
Soon Yozora ran forward towards the prison bars that held him inside. He puts his hands on the bar and took a deep breath. Since his body hasn't fully recovered, he grunts in pain. As he used his Total Concentration breathing, he used all the strength he could and broke the cell.
Since bandages were around his face, he was relying on his ability to sense ki. He could feel it. Shinobu and Rappa's ki were nearby. He saw a broken piece of the jail cell on the ground. As he picks it up, he ran towards the direction where Shinobu's ki was located. As he did, he had only one thing on his mind.
"Sora.....and my former self. Thank you. For the good memories, for the bad ones. You two aren't gone, after all. It doesn't matter how many personalities we have....in my eyes....all of us are Yozora Tsugikini. All your memories, experience, and your feelings. You two will live through me eternally."
The ferocity and skills of the second personality. The potential and feelings of the third. The memories of both personalities. After a long slumber.......the true Yozora Tsugikuni has awakened.
