GULF
HOURS has passed but Mew didn't call me. Im worried, so I decided to call him instead.
After a few rings, He answered my call
"Love? Are you okay?"
"Baby.." I swear I heard grief on his voice.
"Where are you?" Now I became more worried. "Love tell me!"
"Here in BMC." Our hospital?
"Why? What happened? Uh, wait I'll come to you, stay where you are and wait for me."
I ended the call and hurriedly change my clothes as fast as I can then ask the driver to drive for me to our hospital.
My worries is eating me from the insides. I keep fidgeting on the car.
I roam around the emergency area and I found him sitting in the waiting area, eyes closed, still on his band uniform with droplets of blood in it, his disheveled hair, what was that bruise on his lip and swollen cheek?
I stand infront of him and i slowly shake his shoulder.
"Love, I'm here.."
He slowly open his eyes and when he see me he immediately hug my waist and burried his face on my tummy while he's crying.
"Baby I'm glad you are here." He said in between his sobs.
"Love, tell me what happened please." I cooed him while caressing his back and hair.
But he just continued sobbing.
I sighed. I just let him cry on me.
"Just cry love, let it all out."
I'm glad that we are near on the nurses station in this area and P'Pleng was there, my nurse friend.
I motioned her to come to me.
"What is it little Gulf?" Nurse Pleng cheerily ask.
"Phi, can you please get for me a bottled water and a cleaning kit for his bruise, thank you."
Hearing that I am serious, Nurse Pleng turned serious too.
"Right Away, young master."
I glared at her as she run away, I hate formalities.
They used to call me that since they know that soon enough I will be the one running this huge hospital.
A few moments later Nurse Pleng came back with a bottled water and a small med-kit.
Mew finally stop crying and I sit beside him, opened the water and help him to drink.
I also fix his hair and I used my handkerchief to wipe his face filled with tears and sweat.
I didn't say a word, I just start cleaning his bruise then put a soothing gel on his swollen cheek.
"We had a fight about something. He punch me and then my mom saw us, then she had an attack.. I should have been careful... I shouldn't have talk back, I dont want my mom to suffer like this."
"I'm sorry love, are you calm now?"
"Yes, as long as you are here." He laid his head on my shoulders and hug my waist, while his free hand was holding mine.
I'm waiting for him to tell me the whole story but he looks like he don't have a plan saying it and I don't want to be nosy. I respect his privacy. I guess my presence here is enough for him.
The emergency room in front of us opened and my Mom came out, looks like my Mom is the cardiologist for his mother.
Mew was still leaning on me. I Tapped his shoulder and we both stand up.
"Mom, how was the patient?"
"Doctor how was my mother?"
My mother looks like she has a lot of questions, but work comes first, so she sigh and turn to give me a glare before looking at Mew.
"For now she is stable, judging this is her second attack. We will run some tests regarding her condition meanwhile we will wheeled her in a private room while waiting."
My mom was looking at me with questioning eyes.
"Thank you so much Doctor." I heard Mew sigh in relief but still his face filled with worry.
"Mom, just to make it formal, he is Mew Suppasit Jongcheeveevat my special someone, and Mew, she is Doctor Nuch Traipipattanapong the head director of this prestigious hospital a cardiologist and my mother." I choose not to call him love to avoid my mother from panicking.
"Nice to meet you Dr. Traipipattanapong." Mew bow a little.
My mom just nooded at him.
"Same here, If you dont mind, can I talk to Gulf now?"
Mew look at me "Of course, it's okay. I dont mind Ma'am."
"Gulf, in my office.. now."
I nooded my head im sure she will interrogate me.
"Love why dont you ask on the nurses station on where is your Mom's private room so you can wait there, I'll go to my Mom first and we will talk after". I touch his face, the perfect face that I love to stare was tarnish.
He agreed, "Okay baby, please come back quickly."
"I will be quick, try to call someone in your house to atleast inform your father on this."
I turn around to walk to the head director's office.
"Mom," I saw my mother still on her labcoat leaning against her table.
"What was the scene that I just see?"
"What?" My forehead crease in confusion.
"The heir of Jongcheeveevat's Holdings was hugging you!"
"Mom, I told you he's someone special."
"Are you in a relationship?"
"Nope, just a mutual understanding without label."
"Oh my God, you are very young for that, and I don't even see you swing that way." She snapped at me.
"Mom, I don't swing that way. I only swing to him, therefore I conclude that my sexuality was MEWSEXUAL." U try not to laugh by my own joke.
"You silly child!"
"Mom , I am not 5 years old.. Week from now I'll be 16 so please.. Spare me from your nagging and dont stress yourself because we're not doing anything bad, anyway how was his mother's condition?"
"We still need to be sure, I'll run some tests tomorrow."
"Can i go to him now?"
"Gulf, I'm warning you. Get a hold of yourself" Her eyes look at me sharply.
"Mom, don't worry! I can handle my self. I gotta go, you better rest Mom." I kissed her cheek.
"It is very late, go home." she commanded.
"Later!" I walk out and go straight to the nurses station.
"P'Pleng, Mrs. Jongcheeveevat's room number please?"
"2nd floor room 2359A."
"Thanks phi."I blowed her a kiss.
I run to the elevator and i found the room, right after I opened the door Mew grab my hand and hug me tight.
"Thank you baby, thank you for being here," he whispered repeatedly.
"Don't mention it love, It's a pleasure for me to be with you in times like this." I hugged him and rubbed his back.
"My father will come early tomorrow and Mom was still sleeping, our househelp will come to watch her, I want to go home to take shower and change but I don't want to see him there."
"Its late love and you have to rest, you should look at yourself in the mirror you look like a mess."
"But I dont want to go home." He whined.
"Fine, come with me in my house for you to rest it is near here just there behind the Siam complex."
Hearing that he let me go.
"Much better, I really need to taje a shower." He said while looking at me then stared at my lips. I smirk. I know this look.
"You're not thinking something perverted right love?" I ask him eventhough i already know.
"How did you know baby?" He fake a disbelief expression.
"I know you, even the spark in your eyes, come on lets go."
We go down to the nurses station and talk to Nurse Pleng about his mother and we head straight to my house using his car. I sent our driver home earlier.
Good thing my father was on a medical mission.
The house helps are already asleep so I lead Mew to my room, I give him a pair of pajamas and a new boxers.
Then I let him take a shower while I go down to the kitchen. I make sandwich and juice for him then I carry it to my room.
A few minutes a fresh and fragrant Mew came out of the bathroom.
"You can eat now love and I'll take a shower also." A shadow of smirk crossed his face, but he didn't say anything.
I get for myself a pair of my favorite pajamas and head straight to the bathroom.
While on the shower I am thinking this is the first time we are alone in private. I feel really nervous. We always hang out in public because he said he cant control himself if we are alone.
I decided to come out while drying my hair with a towel. I see that he finish eating. And he's sitting at the edge of the bed. While holding his phone and talking to someone.
"Okay, nong thanks for calling, Bye." he turned to look at me. "That's Art. My dad inform them about what happened."
I'm still standing far from him.
"Come here baby, don't be shy, feel at home this is my room." He said in a sing song voice, and we both laugh.
It calms me seeing him loosen up.
I come near him and he make me sit on his lap, sideways. He then get the towel and he dried my hair. I feel touched, important and secured.
He throw the towel on the near sofa and hug me, burrying his face on my neck. I put my hand on his back and Tapped it slowly.
"Thanks for being with me in my weakest state baby."
I humm a reply, feeling his warmth, "I will be with you any time."
