"Dinner's ready!!"(Mum yells).
"Coming mum" (Angel says).
(Jake suddenly jumps in) "Hey lil sis!"
(Angel screams) "OMG,you have to stop doing that! Ugh!"
(Jake smiles) "Na,I like the way ur face just pops up when I scare you" (Jake laughs).
"Whatever,what are you doing here anyways? Do you really wanna be the rotten egg?"
"What?!..." Jake asks confusingly
(Angel quickly pushes Jake away and runs downstairs)
"Hey,i wasn't ready you know?!"
"Excuses" (Angel laughs).
(Jake smiles) "Very funny lil sis."
"You two still play like kids you know,it's so cute!"(Mum smiles).
"Cute?!"
"Oh sorry,I mean Adorable"(Mum laughs).
"Mum!!" Angel says
(Mum smiles) "Let's just enjoy our dinner together as a family."
"Without dad?" Jake asks
"Well,I can be your dad and your mum you know."
"How's that even possible mum?" Jake asks
(Mum tries to do a man's voice) "Of course it is sweetie."
Mum!!! (They all laugh).
"I just want you both to be happy you know,I love you guys so much. And if anything bad were to happen to you I...."
(Jake cuts in) "Come on mum, don't get too emotional. Nothing bad will happen to us ok, we'll always be here for you."
(Mum smiles) "Aw, you're so sweet!"
"Ha,sweet!!"(Angel Laughs).
"What's so funny, don't you think I'm sweet?!"
"Haaa!! You? Sweet?? That's like saying Mayonnaise is sweet."
"But it is sweet."
"But you're not" (Angel laughs).
"Ha ha,very funny!"
(Mum starts to cry).
"What's wrong mum?"
"Oh nothing,I just love seeing you two play like kids together."
"Now you got mum all emotional."
"I got mum all emotional??!"
"Well duh!"
"Shut up!"
"Ok you two, quit fighting and eat your dinner already. You've got school tomorrow!" Mum yells
"Ok mum." Angel and Jake both say
Some minutes later....
"Wow, what a dinner!"(Jake says while rubbing his tummy).
"Food monger" (Angel murmurs).
"What did you say?!"
"Nothing,good night mum!" (Angel smiles).
"Good night sweetie!"
(Angel runs upstairs)
"Night mum,hey come back here!!"
(Mum smiles) "Good night."
(Jake runs upstairs) "You can be really annoying you know."
"Aww, you too" (Angel laughs).
"Ha ha,very funny! So,tell me about today!!"
"What do you mean?"
"Oh come on,I know you know what I mean. You and your lover boy??!"
"Nothing happened,and stop calling him my lover boy. Anyways,if you must know I'm not interested in Eric anymore."
"Oh really??!"
"Yes!!!"
"Well,ok. I'm going to bed now, today was really stressful. Good night lil sis!"
"Yeah yeah,close the door on your way out!"
(Jake smiles and walks out of her room).
"Ahh...what a day? Can't wait for tomorrow." Angel says to herself
(Ring ring)
Ugh, why's Eric calling me again?! I'll just ignore it.
(Ring ring)
Woah, he doesn't know when to give up does he?! I'll just switch off my phone,I need a peaceful beauty sleep for tomorrow. Tomorrow's gonna be full of drama (Angel smiles).
Next day.........................
(Angel yawns) "Now, that's a beauty sleep."
(Jake jumps in) "Morning!"
(Angel screams) "Ugh, seriously?!"
"Ha,never gets old!"
(Angel sighs) "You know,you act more like a kid."
"I know that."
"But you're already 21,and you're gonna be 22 next month."
"Yeah?! What's your point?!"
"My point is, you've gotta stop acting like a kid. Wow,even a toddler would be able to get that."
"A toddler?!"
"You know what I mean, just get out of my way! I wanna get to school early today."
"Really? You wanna get to school early today?!"
"Yeah, you don't have to be surprised. I love school,it's a wonderful place to learn new things you know."
"What?! Where's the Angel I know?"
(Angel laughs) "You're such a dumbass, just get out!"
(Angel pushes Eric out of the way and runs down stairs).
(Jake sighs) "Sisters,so complicated."
"Good morning mum." Angel says
"Morning sweetie, hope you slept well?"
"I did mum. So what's for breakfast?"
"Wow,are you turning to your brother already?!"
"No mum,never! I just wanna get to school early today."
"Ok sweetie!"
(Jake comes downstairs)
"And what's so bad in turning to me?!"
"Uh what?"
"Sorry, that came out wrong!"
(Angel laughs).
"Morning sweetie."
"Morning mum."
"Ok so here's your breakfast."
(Jake starts to salivate).
"Oh brother!"
"What? It looks so good."
(Angel and Mum both laugh)
Minutes later....................
"Thanks for the amazing breakfast mum, love you!"
"Love you too sweetie!"
(Angel rushes upstairs).
"Don't you love me mum?!"
(Mum smiles) "Oh come on Jake. Of course I love you!"
"I know you do, just wanted to hear you say it."
(Mum laughs) "Jake! Just go already."
"Yeah mum, love you too!
(Jake runs upstairs).
(Mum smiles)
(Jake rushes to Angel's room) "Where'd you think you're going?!" Angel says
(Jake stays quiet).
"That's what I thought (Angel laughs). Not today Jake,I need to prepare!"
"What are you planning lil sis?"
"None of your business,see ya!" (Angel closes the door).
(Jake sighs) "Sisters,so rude!"
Minutes later.......
(Jake rushes downstairs)
"I'm ready mum!"
"Ok sweetie, let's wait for your sis now."
"Wow, what's she doing now? Anytime she takes long to prepare, something's up!"
"Come on sweetie, don't say that?!"
(Angel comes downstairs with a Red sequin top, black jeans,a red necklace and a pair of red earrings with real diamonds, some red and black shining bangles and an expensive looking heels. Her hair was down and blonde).
"Woah, how'd you get the time to get all this?!"
"You know me, I'm the Angel. I get everything done anytime I want to."
"Hmm."
"Fine,you know I have a lot of clothes that I've not worn before so I decided to wear them now."
"To school?"
"Well yeah, what's wrong? And anyways, it's not exposing."
"Whatever,but will you be able to walk in those heels for long?"
"Of course,I'm a model. I'm used to walking in heels!"
"Ok, let's just go already!"
"Let's go, I'm coming with you today!"
"Yeeee,at least now the car won't be boring!" Angel says happily
"What? But I'm always there."
"Yeah,you are always sleeping there"
(Angel laughs).
"Sleeping?! Are you ki....."
(Mum cuts in) "Ok you two,it's alright. Mummy's gonna make the car interesting yo!"
"Uh mum, what are you doing?" Angel asks
"Trying to be cool."
(Angel laughs) Mum,you don't have to act cool. I love you just the way you are.
"Aw,I love you sweetie!"
"Ok, are you done with your mother and daughter love?!"
"Come on Jake, don't be a Jerk! Let's go mum."
(Jake sighs) "Ladies,or women. Na females,yeah females. So touchy."
"Are you going to stay here and talk to yourself all day or come with us?!"
"I'm coming."
(Angel laughs) "Slow poke!!"
"I heard that!"
"I know!" (Angel laughs).
