Chapter 19:
REPLACED DOCTOR
A faint smile appeared on Harry's lips as he felt something leaning against his shoulders. When Harry turned around, his nose had caught the fresh smell of strawberries that came from the blond hair of the doctor who challenged him to watch a horror movie, but she herself was frightened and she also challenged to stay up all night, but instead she's now fast asleep on Harry's shoulder.
Harry glanced at the clock hanging on the wall of Taylor's room, and it showed it's already eleven o'clock at night. Harry couldn't believe that he had spent more than twelve hours with this girl, doing the simplest things, but Harry didn't know want it to end it immediately.
Their lunch lasted quite a long time. It wasn't because they ate so many, but because they continued to argue about many things. Many things that often made Harry wince, because Taylor is a doctor. Her education is high and she's certainly smart. From the way she spoke, it was very clear how smart the girl is and really made Harry rack his brain having to look for lighter subject for their conversation, so that it wouldn't make Harry look stupid. Well, Harry isn't stupid. He's also a scholar, he's graduated with a bachelor of business economics. But a bachelor's degree doesn't mean anything to him, being an actor doesn't need that kind of title.
After eating, they went straight ahead to Taylor's apartment to watch a movie and Harry understands why this girl didn't recognize him the first time they met. All of her DVDs are from the 90s. The only film that was from the 2000s is 'The Giver' which, according to Harry, wasn't really interesting. This girl's movie tastes are very strange.
Harry moved, trying to get to his feet after holding Taylor's back so she wouldn't fall off. After successfully standing, Harry leaned Taylor's head on the sofa which Harry had already given a pillow to make Taylor's head comfortable.
"Your neck will hurt if you fall asleep in your previous position, even though I like it." Harry said softly, bending down to watch Taylor's sleeping face with a smile imprinted on his lips. Harry gingerly removed the misplaced strands of her hair that had fallen on the doctor's beautiful face. Harry even gently stroked Taylor's left cheek.
"Today is one of the best days of my life. I'll remember it well."
Harry's phone suddenly rang. Harry quickly reached into his pocket and took out his cellphone, finding an incoming call from his manager, Jill. Harry forgot, he didn't say anything to Jill. Harry immediately picked up the call.
"Hello?"
'Harry! Gosh! Where are you right now?! Did you forget that you have to start filming tomorrow at six in the morning?! Where have you been all this time?! Why didn't you pick up any of my calls and not reply to my messages?!'
After he was able to make sure Jill was finished with all of her questions, Harry answered, "I'm busy, Jill."
'What are you busy with?! You only got to shoot two scenes today and after finishing them, you just left without telling anyone where you were going! Harry, your business here in Nashville is just to shoot for your latest film!'
Harry giggled. "Do you really have the strength and energy to nag late at night like this? I'm impressed."
'Where are you now?!'
"I'm going back to the hotel."
Without waiting for another reply from Jill, Harry ended his call and looked again at the figure of the girl who was fast asleep on the long red sofa.
Harry put his face closer to Taylor's. A smile reappeared on Harry's lips. The young man kissed Taylor's cheek briefly, stroking her cheek once more while saying quietly, "Sweet dreams, Taytay. Thank you for today."
After that, Harry decided to return to his hotel before Jill blows up the hotel with her anger.

"My target was that we would only film in Nashville for a month, after that we would continue in Los Angeles or in London, but given the unexpected events, I will extend our shooting time in Nashville. Especially for Harry, because he had to do the scenes that he was supposed to play last week. Got it?"
All the crew and cast nodded at Charles' explanation before they began shooting. It was a kind of briefing.
"Filming starts. Scene 124. Rupert and Cara get ready."
Then, the crew and the cast disperse to their respective positions. Harry walked into the building with manager Jill and Ansel. Ansel had just returned to the set, after spending three days somewhere to only God knows where.
"Harry."
"Yes?"
"Can I ask Charles for a moment to recover my condition because my body currently has a problem? My head has been dizzy lately. I'm not sure if I can do my scenes today." Ansel said quietly as he sat on the sofa.
Harry squinted at the sight of his friend. Ansel did look pale today and didn't say much. Something must have happened to him.
Harry's hand reflexively touched the young man's head and he was right. His body temperature isn't normal, it's dangerously hot.
"I'll tell Charles that you need to rest and you wouldn't be able to film today." Harry said however, Ansel shook his head.
"I also want the shooting to be finished together with you guys. If I take a break too long like you, the filming will also be hampered. My scenes are a lot." Ansel said in a low voice.
Without replying to Ansel's statement, Harry pulled out his phone and scrolled through his contacts that can might help him at this time. Soon to be GF. Harry quickly contacted Taylor.
"Jill, can you get a blanket for this sick young man?" Harry said to his manager who immediately nodded her head while waiting for an answer to his call.
After waiting a few seconds, Harry could hear Taylor's calm voice from the other line. 'Hello? Did you miss me again? Well, you left without even saying goodbye.'
If Harry wasn't panicking right now, he would've he teased Taylor back. But seeing Ansel's condition, it was impossible for Harry to tease the girl.
"My friend has a fever right now. His body temperature is hot. His head is dizzy. What do you think happened to him?" Harry asked straightforwardly.
'Really? From the symptoms, there are many possibilities and I can't be sure before checking.'
Harry closed his eyes and said, "Can you come here to check?"
'I can't. I have to stand guard at the clinic today. But I'll send another doctor there.'
"Why not you, please? I trust you more than anyone else." Harry begged.
'I have a list of patients that I have to handle today, Harry. I'm sorry. I'm staying at the clinic.' Taylor insisted.
Harry took a deep breath before irritably answering, "Whatever."
Then, Harry ended the call with an upset face and turned to Ansel.
"The doctor will come here to check your condition."

"You need a few days' rest and don't forget to take your medicine."
Harry folded his arms across his chest, watching a female doctor who had just finished checking Ansel's condition. It seems like she's doctor in her early forties. However, she still looks beautiful.
The doctor finished treating Ansel before bidding a quick goodbye to leave. Harry followed the doctor's footsteps outside and just called out to her.
"Doctor!"
"Yes?" The doctor turned and smiled kindly.
"Where's doctor Swift?" Harry asked quickly.
"At the clinic. She has to pack, the day after tomorrow is her flight. Today is her last day at the clinic." The doctor whom Harry didn't know her name said, which is quite clear.
Harry nodded in understanding. "Do you want to go back to the clinic?"
The doctor nodded. "Yes. I still have a lot of work to do."
"Can I come with you? I want to go there too."
The doctor looked confused at Harry's request. But finally she nodded and let Harry into her car, heading for the clinic.
Maybe Harry forgot one thing, and that was, he forgot that he had so many scenes to shoot today.
