Synopsis: you're a new student who quickly finds Jaemin as her new, unique (boy)friend and he has some raspberrypink bubble gum related problems you gotta solve.
Tw: Mentioning of bullying (but nothing too serious) and bathrooms(they are scary). A little bit of a crack fic lol.
"This is Y/N, your new classmate! I hope you will all take good care of her. Is there anyone who wants to show her around school and help her find her classes ?" Your new teacher asked.
Nervously you looked around the class.
What if no one wanted to be your friend?
This was the first time you transfered schools and you obviously were quite anxious about it.
"Me! I'll show her around !" A boy with pink hair who was sitting alone at the back of the class enthusiastically put his hand in the air.
"That's very nice of you Jaemin." the teacher smiled. The teacher gestured you to take place on the empty seat beside Jaemin and you nervously walked towards it.
You sat down and tried not to look at the handsome pink haired boy. You were always shy around boys, especially if they were cute.
And this one, was beyond cute.
"Pssst, hey" You heard Jaemin whisper loudly, while poking your arm.
Shyly you looked at him "What?"
He wiggled his eyebrows and said with a very low and strange voice:"hellooOooO"
You giggled at him.
This boy was really strange but somehow he made you feel at ease. If he wasn't afraid to be himself, why should you?
"Heyheyhey." You said back while winking dramatically.
"Ohhhh, I like youuuuu" Jaemin answered while making a strange waving gesture with his hand, which made you laugh even harder.
"Y/N?" The teacher said, one eyebrow raised warningly.
Quickly you apologised and looked back down at your table.
After a few minutes, you felt Jaemin bumping his knee against yours repeatedly to get your attention.
You looked at him and he gestured you to look under the table. You saw he was holding a packet of pink bubble gum, one of your favourites. It tasted like raspberries and it was known for the big bubbles you could make with it.
Jaemin held out his hand, gesturing you to take one. You gratefully took one and gave him a smile as a thank you. You put it in your mouth and soon you two were both competing for who could blow the biggest bubble without the teacher noticing.
You were quite good but Jaemin was an expert. At one point the bubble was almost bigger than his head. You looked at him with your eyes widened, anxiously waiting for the bubble to pop.
It grew and it grew and it grew until...
"JAEMIN!"the teacher yelled.
Jaemin jumped up, startled by the sudden screaming. The bubble popped, covering his entire face in bubble gum. You tried your hardest to contain your laughter while he made two holes for his eyes so he could see.
Half of the class was laughing their ass off, the other half just looked at him in disgust.
"You know you're not allowed to eat in class, Jaemin ! Get out of the class, now! You're getting a detention !"
Jaemin got up and started walking towards the door, but some guy stuck out his foot which caused him to trip. Luckily he didn't fall on the floor. Jaemin laughed evily at the guy and stuck out his tongue. But he was so busy doing that, he didn't look where he was going and he walked straight into the wall.
The entire class was laughing again, some were even crying because of how funny they thought it was.
To be honest, you felt kind of bad for him.
You raised your hand "Teacher, is it okay if I help Jaemin clean himself up? It looks like he could use some help."
The teacher sighed "Whatever, sure I guess. This class is a disaster I HATE MY JOB!"
Well okay, Jeez...
You quickly walked towards Jaemin and opened the door for him.
"Where is the restroom ?" You asked him.
"At the end of the hall, at the right" He answered cheerfully. He didn't seem bothered by this situation at all.
You walked into the girls bathroom and dragged Jaemin along with you.
"If they ask anything, just tell them I forced you in here okay ?" You tell him.
"It's not like I would be lying" He replied.
You roll your eyes at him and start peeling off the bubble gum. He even managed to get some stuck in his hair. You would deal with that later though; his face was a priority.
Quickly you removed everything, all while avoiding eyecontact. You could feel him staring at you, which made you feel flattered but also a bit uncomfortable.
When you were done he suddenly said in a cute voice
"Thank you y/nnnnn" He then made a heart with his hands.
Cringe
But also...
Kinda cute.
You laughed at him
"Don't thank me too soon, we still have to find a way to fix your hair" You told him.
"Wait here" You told him ." I'm gonna ask if they have some peanut butter at the canteen which I can use to get the gum out of your hair"
"Okayyy, but don't let me wait too long." He said cutely.
You gave him a quick smile before leaving him.

It took you a little while but you managed to get a small container of peanut butter.
Perfect!
You quickly made your way to the toilet, only to see Jaemin standing in front of three other girls. And he looked pretty pissed off.
"Why is your hair pink ?" One of the girls asked
"Kinda gay if you ask me" a different one added
"I'm not gay." Jaemin said, confused by her assumption. 'Also what's wrong with being gay?'
"And what is stuck in your hair? Ewww disgusting." the first one continued.
"You're such a loser." the last one sighed.
Jaemin didn't say anything, he just angrily stared at them (probably trying to think of a good comback)
"Excuse me," You interrupted the girls.
"Can you please leave Jaemin alone? He didn't ask for your opinion, so why are you giving it?"
The girls laughed sarcastically and the middle one scanned you from head to toe. "Who are you?" She asked like you were some kind of strange insect. "Jaemins little girlfriend ?"
You raised one eyebrow "I thought you just said he was gay."
She snorted "Well you can hardly call you a girl."
Now that was just a ridiculous insult. You were about to throw some hands when you felt Jaemin grab your arm.
"You can call me names and call me gay all you want but don't talk trash about Y/N" He said in a threatening tone.
"Ohhhhhhh, scaryyy." the girls all cooed
"So she IS your girlfriend ?" One of the girls asked, a mean smirk plastered onto her face.
"That's none of your busi-" You began
"Yes" Jaemin said. "So leave us the frickety frack alone before we start making out in front of you AND DAMAGE YOUR EYESIGHT FOR LIFE!"
"EW have fun creating your disgusting alien babies, weirdos" girl 1 said, followed by her snapping her fingers and gesturing the others to follow her.
"One day I'm gonna punch them dead and you're not gonna hold me back Jaemin." You said while burning their backs with your eyes.
Jaemin rolled his eyes at you before dragging you into the toilet again.
"Don''t mind them, they just think they are the queens of the world. Their delusion will end as soon as high school is over and they realise there is more to life than lipgloss and bullying outcasts.'' He sighed, ''Please just fix my hair.''
Quickly you started spreading de peanut butter on the places where the bubble gum stuck to his bubble gum coloured hair. You started rubbing it and surprisingly it actually worked. At the end almost all of the bubble gum was gone, and Jaemins hair was covered in peanut butter.
You held up a tiny bottle of shampoo " I also bought this to wash out the peanut butter" You smirked
"Y/N, you're a genius" Jaemin said with the biggest smile on his face.
You couldn't help but blush a little. Which made you think about what happened earlier. He really said you were his girlfriend... you knew he was just saying it to make those girls go away but it felt nice when he said it.
You told Jaemin to put his head underneath the tap and you started washing his hair. You had to stand quite close to him to be able to wash it well and you could feel your cheeks heating up.
When all the peanut butter was finally washed out, you pulled out a towel and gestured him to sit down on one of the toilets. Thank god no one walked in this whole time.
You started drying his hair, making sure to be gentle and again you noticed how his eyes were glued to your face. This time you decided to no longer avoid it and you looked back at him.
When you made eyecontact, he grabbed your arms, preventing you from drying his hair.
"Jaemin..." You started
Suddenly he put a strand of hair behind your ear while smiling slightly.
"Call me Nana." He said with a soft but cute voice
You could feel your heart flutter

You tried your hardest to calm down but you couldn't help but bust out a little giggle
"Ahhh, cuuute" Jaemin cooed while stomping his feet.

You continued drying his hair, trying to focus on something else than his droopy eyes which lured you in like nothing else.
"Say it" He whispers "pleassse" Jaemin pouted
This boy was gonna give you a heart attack if he continued like this.
"Okay Nana" You whispered shyly while folding the towel
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeh" Jaemin squealed, while folding himself into a little ball.
How can one be so weird yet so cute?
"So" You said with a big blush on your face" I'm done! Look in the mirror, did I do a good job ?" You ask excitedly.
Jaemin barely looks in the mirror before turning back to you and giving you a small peck on your cheek.
"It looks perfect" He says, smiling gently.
"Oh my god" You say as you hold your face in an attempt to hide your blushing cheeks. " Do you always do this when a new girl attends this school ?"
He smirks " Yessss, I always do this, and afterwards I kidnap them and feed them to my flesh eating bunnies" He grins evily while putting his hands together like an evil mastermind.
You laugh, hoping he's just joking(because hey, you never know)
"Nah I'm kidding" He says, suddenly serious " Since I'm not exactly popular, the new kids usually don't want to interact with me either. They always think I'm either weird or too clingy... or they're scared to get bullied too. But honestly when you walked into the class I could immediately tell you're quite a weirdo as well so I thought I should take my chance and befriend you asap" He smirks.
"Are you calling me weird ?" You ask him, pretending you're offended.
"I don't know, am I? " Jaemin says with a cheeky wink.
"Omgg you sneaky boiii" You say while wiggling your eyebrows which he answers by wiggling his eyebrows back at you.
Suddenly a girl walks into the bathroom. She stares at your weird faces and then immediately turns around and walks out again.
As soon as she's away you both start laughing your ass off.
"Whahaha that was so akward! "
"I know right! "
You sigh
"I should probably go back to class"
Jaemin nods. "But not before I gave you this"
"What?"
Suddenly he pulls you closer until your faces are only two inches away from each other.
He stares at your lips as he slowly leans in until you suddenly put a hand in between your lips.
"You don't want to kiss me ?" He asks, slightly hurt
"I do" You say, while rolling your eyes
"But not in the girls bathroom !"
Jaemin starts laughing, relieved at your answer.
"That's understandable" He laughs
"So" He then begins
"Shall we go to the boys bathroom then ?"
"JAEMIN!!"
