[dinner]
"We are now moving into stage two of reopening Seoul, Korea. The same protocols for social distancing will remain but we will slowly be able to start reopening businesses such as resturaunts and small businesses."
Taehyung and his mother were both listening to the reporter on the television speak in the background, both of them doing their own separate thing before the brunette suddenly became excited for no reason.
"Can we go out to eat somewhere?" The boy asked, completely forgetting that he had to be quarantined for two more days. "Not today honey, you have to stay home for a few more days."
"But I'm so bored~" Taehyung groaned out as began pacing the house out of pure boredom. His mother didn't reply while she kept watching the news before a question came to her mind. "Oh I was going to ask you, where'd you get that lion from?"
Taehyung nervously looked down at the lion that he was still holding, he practically has never let it go ever since he was gifted it. "Jungkook gave it to me.."
The woman nodded her head while turning her head back to the T.V. "Of course."
The brunette smiled again now that Jungkook was on his mind. In two more days he would be able to see him again. Speak to him, and maybe even hug him but he didn't know if that was possible.
With that in mind Taehyung began making his way up the stairs, feeling the need to write to the older again and or just see his face. He was feeling attached to the stubborn raven haired now and he couldn't help it.
The male entered his room before setting the lion down onto his bed, walking over to his desk to grab some paper but was stunned when the usual stack laying there was gone including the notes he saved from before.
Did they fall? Taehyung wondered to himself while crouching down to see if all of the papers fell beneath his desk which was quite dumb because he would've noticed by now. The boy would usually keep a stack of clean copy paper on his desk so he was ready to grab one to write to the older.
"Mom!" Taehyung shouted from upstairs after exiting his room. "What?" The said woman replied back, still trying to watch the news even though no new updates were coming in.
"Where'd the stack of papers on my desk go?"
"The used ones I threw out, the rest I gave to your father. He needed them for work and he probably has used all of them by now."
Taehyung didn't reply as he slowly walked back into his room having no clue on what to do. If he asked for his mother to get more she'd ask why and he'd have to come up with some excuse which he couldn't think of, he couldn't just say 'so I can talk to Jungkook through the window in my room.'
And what hurt the brunette even more was when he looked back up at his window he could see Jungkook starting to write out a message on his desk. He was scared for when he would put the message up because he didn't know how he was going to respond.
"Two more days!"
Jungkook smiled while looking through Taehyung's window, waiting for the brunette to walk up to his own window but that wasn't happening. The raven haired placed a confused look on his face when Taehyung didn't start writing back.
"Tae?" The older wrote again, still not understanding why he wasn't grabbing a piece of paper and writing out a response. Taehyung only softly smiled through the window, not having a clue on what to do as he sat himself on his bed.
Jungkook still had no clue what was going on before someone knocked on his door causing a groan to leave the raven haired males lips. He was so over getting interrupted when talking to the brunette. "Come in." The raven haired mumbled with an annoyed tone.
He could almost feel his heart drop to the ground once he saw who entered. The raven haired quickly closed his blinds hoping that Taehyung didn't see who entered his room.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" Jungkook asked the girl who was standing by his door.
"Your parents invited me over for dinner, they told me to come get you."
Jungkook's parents didn't know that Jennie and him broke up because the only reason for breaking up with her was because he found out he was gay and he didn't feel ready to come out to them yet.
"Since when do we have a family dinner.." The male mumbled to himself so only he could hear as he hesitantly stood up from his chair and walked out the door with Jennie.

"I know, and ever since school transferred to online Jungkook's grades have been raising a lot. No need to worry anymore." The said males father laughed causing Jungkook to roll his eyes. Yeah because of Taehyung he thought to himself, his mind now of course going back to the younger even if Jennie was sitting right next to him.
"Well I have been helping him a bit with some classes so kudos to me." Jennie laughed as she placed her hand on Jungkook's thigh. The said male gave the girl a disgusted look as he shooed her hand off of his thigh. No you didn't bitch he again thought to himself.
"You're so great for him Jennie. I've almost been starting to think that he's gay because he's seemed to be head over heels for this one boy, glad I was wrong." The man laughed as he took a sip of his wine. Jungkook felt like drowning himself as he began thinking of ways to escape the dinner. This is why he wasn't fully okay with his sexuality.
"What's that?" Jennie asked while pointing to the bunny that was in the raven haired males lap. No one questioned the item until now. The raven haired began panicking while staring at the stuffed animal.
"An animal.." He blankly responded, picking up his fork and slipping one of the pieces of meat into his mouth to try to calm down his nerves. He thought about leaving the bunny in his room but for some reason he didn't want to leave it.
"Taehyung gave it to you right?" Jennie commented with a smirk. The male said nothing as he kept randomly scooping bits of meat into his mouth not wanting to answer the question.
"Who's Taehyung?" His father suddenly asked. "I don't know, who is Taehyung Jungkook?"
Jungkook's face was red by now and his heart began picking up the pace each second. He wasn't going to speak again before he felt Jennie's hand back on his thigh and moving up towards his groin area making the raven haired almost choke on his spit.
"Jennie I told you I was gay!" Jungkook subconsciously yelled, cupping his hands over his mouth once he realized what he just yelled. He slowly turned his head over to his father who seemed to not have reacted at all.
Frustrated and panicked Jungkook quickly grabbed the bunny and booked it upstairs.
"Jennie you can go please." The man said as he placed his napkin down onto the table before rushing up the stairs to go after his son. The girl didn't argue as she picked up her purse and headed out the door.
Once the man entered Jungkook's room, he could see his son sitting on his bed with his head in his hands. "Go away." The raven haired stated. His father ignored him as he stepped closer to his bed.
"I knew Jungkook."
The said male slowly lifted his head up to face his fathers who had a reassuring look on his face which calmed him down a bit more.
"Knew what?"
"That you liked boys. It was pretty obvious, I considered it when I saw you and that one guy who I'm guessing was Taehyung about to kiss that time outside. It just became obvious over time."
The raven haired males heart was beating so fast and he felt like he was about to explode. He could've sworn his dad was homophobic which is why he almost didn't believe what he was hearing.
"And I also know you like Taehyung." The man said which caused his son to only become more panicked. He didn't understand how his father knew about all of this.
"H-how.." Jungkook mumbled. His eyes widened once he saw his father pull out a large stack of papers out from behind his back. Oh shit he thought to himself once he realized it was all of the messages he wrote to the brunette.
"Found these in the trash, I read through mostly all of them."
The raven haired took the papers in his own hands and began reading through a couple of them, wanting to smile at the memories that flooded back into his head when reading them. It also embarrased him knowing that his dad read through them as well.
"Then.. why'd you invite Jennie over?"
"I didn't, she invited herself over. I just thought she wanted to have a nice dinner so I accepted."
Jungkook nodded his head, understanding now why his father said and did all of those things. Now he was just even more pissed off at Jennie.
"The restaurants are opening back up, you should take Taehyung to the one on the pier near the beach." The man stated. Jungkook still couldn't believe what he was hearing. He was expecting a slap or to be yelled at, not to be comforted so much.
"You aren't mad?"
"I was a little surprised when I found out, but not mad. I'm happy with whatever sexuality you decide to be."
The raven haired sat on his bed with a blank expression. This was the moment he's always been wanting, just to talk with his dad and have him understand him. Now that was happening which caused his eyes to begin watering up.
But when Jungkook really broke down was when he felt his fathers arms wrap around his body, pulling him in for a comforting hug.
