Description:
This Quirk gives the user light blue flames, that are very cold instead of being hot. The user can shoot these flames at opponents at long-range and if the flames get cold enough, they can even freeze things in their path.
Pros & Strengths:
This fire is very strong and can be used to stun an opponent who wouldn't suspect the sudden blast of coldness. The flames can even get cold enough to cause frostbite and slow down an opponent drastically.
Cons & Weaknesses:
The Quirk can have bad effects on the user if used too much. Because of the harshness of the cold flames, not only will the opponent possibly get frostbite, but the user might get it as well while using their Quirk. The user is also extra sensitive to heat because of their cold Quirk. Occasionally, the user will become overwhelmed by the coldness of their own flames and become slower.
Other:
The user must make sure not to overuse their Quirk so they won't get frostbite. The user's Quirk seems to have boosted effects during winter and chillier days.
