(Third Person P.O.V)
__ Nexo Knights __
(Y/N) awoke with a start. She went to get up, but a reasonably heavy weight kept her cemented to the bed. (Y/N) twisted in the fur sheets wondering where in the realm she was. "Where am I?" She wondered, completely confused. (Y/N) stuck her head out of the furs and noticed the five bandmates all snuggly sleeping in the same bed with her.
It was then the memory of last night came to light. "Oh right, Hela's creepy room." (Y/N) grumbled to herself. The unfamiliar weight and warmth of another person pressed rather uncomfortably into her right side.
She looked over and saw Echo, nestled comfortably in the folds of her cloak and the bear fur holding tightly to her. "So that's why I can't feel the right side of my body." She thought morosely.
Then, Echo stirred slightly and grabbed onto (Y/N) tighter. (Y/N) smiled and smoothed the sleeping copper nindroid by soothingly patting him on his back.
Chokun and Lasha stirred in the bed and sat up while Snappa and Mezmo were still snoozing.
"Ah!" Lasha yelped in fright. "Oh... I was hoping this place was a dream." Lasha said rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment.
"I know the feeling." (Y/N) grumbled in agreement. "This place doesn't look any better in the daytime." Chokun stated and pulled some of the bear furs over his head to obscure his view of the creepy room. "Yeah. You're right." (Y/N) quietly agreed, giving the room a creeped out look.
Lasha shook Snappa and Mezmo awake along with Echo. "Are we leaving the creepy room now?" Echo asked innocently. "Yeah, let's get the brick out of here." (Y/N) agreed and lept out of the bed. The others quickly scuttled after her and out the door.
"How did Hela sleep in this creepy place?" Snappa asked out old to no one in particular. Mezmo hot on his heels nodded as he slammed the door shut behind him.
Everyone couldn't run down the hall fast enough. They paused and came to a screeching halt when the doors to the hall opened and Marquis de Seaweed calmly walked through the door.
"Ah, you are all awake." Marquis de Seaweed said as his pet piranha Shredder swam around in his bowl safely tucked under Marquis de Seaweed's arm.
"Come along. We worked all throughout the night and I can't wait to show you the improvements." Marquis de Seaweed ordered then pointed his trident in the direction he wanted to go. He took (Y/N) by the arm and led her to a new throne room they had been working on.
He nodded to the two guards standing at the doors to let them in. Both nodded back and pulled the large double doors open to reveal the large throne room.
Long, beautiful tapestries were covering the walls. In the middle of the expanse, there was a large throne, too big for one person but that was the point. Intimidation. In the room, there were also a number of guards.
"This is your new throne room." Marquis de Seaweed said and brought (Y/N) to the throne. "Sit." He gently commanded.
(Y/N) was taken back by this but followed the orders. Marquis de Seaweed stepped back. Seeming to admire the sight in front of him.
"The throne becomes you." Marquis de Seaweed said complimenting (Y/N).
The Treble Makers explored the room and studied the tapestries that hung proudly on the walls and from the ceilings.
They depicted a series of events, including great battles against the evil hordes of Knights of the realm and the Wizards Council from back in the old days.
Mezmo was admiring a particular tapestry of Sea Monsters travelling on pirate ships fueled by electric eels. "I know a particular serpent who would love this." Mezmo said out loud.
Chokun and Lasha looking at one depicting (Y/N) wrapped in her grey, hooded cloak with one hand raised showing off a dragon-shaped mark on her right arm battling Hela behind them a dark portal in the background.
Snappa was inspecting a tapestry depicting The Queen of Monsters a top of her undead dragon in the foreground was an army of the undead pouring out of it at the armies feet lay knights. "Creepy." Snappa said with a shudder.
Echo was staring up at a tapestry that depicted an infant wrapped in grey tied up in a multi-shaded grey ribbon. "I like this one." Echo proudly announced to the entire room.
"Ah, what is this one doing here?" Marquis de Seaweed balked at seeing this particular tapestry. "This won't do at all and the challengers a due tomorrow."
"Only the tapestries that demonstrate power, strength and authority are to be on display in this room." Marquis de Seaweed loudly growled.
"Place it in (Y/N)'s rooms." Lasha offered as a solution. "Yeah, it will definitely help improve that room." Snappa added, nodding vigorously as he did. It wasn't like it would make it any worse.
"Fine. Whatever. Just get it out of here." Marquis de Seaweed quickly ordered and two guards snapped to it, removing the tapestry, carefully rolling it up and carried it off to (Y/N)'s new personal quarters.
Marquis de Seaweed cleared his throat. "Everything is ahead of schedule and the challengers are due to be right on the predicted time for tomorrow's matches." Marquis de Seaweed proudly reported.
"Is there anything you would like to add?" Marquis de Seaweed asked (Y/N).
(Y/N) paused, her eyes squinting slightly. "I... will defer to your judgement." She said slowly because she was unable to think of anything.
All the Serpentine present shared a look but otherwise said nothing. "Very good." Marquis de Seaweed said and proceeded with going over preparations.
"Should we sneak off to speak with Queen Selma about that?" Lasha questioned Mezmo. "No. We watch for now." Mezmo responded and Lasha nodded then went back to observing the decor along with the rest of their bandmates.
"What happened to the Queen of Darkness' old throne?" (Y/N) questioned glancing around the room for that particular throne.
"It's being used as your throne on the stage for when the combatants arrive." Marquis de Seaweed informed her. "Would you like to see?" He politely asked the soon to be Queen.
"If that is what you wish." (Y/N) said and they followed him out to the courtyard.
"Queen Selma." Mezmo quietly whispered to Lasha. "Queen Selma." Lasha quietly agreed.
(Third Person P.O.V)
__ Nexo Knights __
The Ninja's and the Nexo Knights gathered in Merlok 2.0 control room to come up with a plan for tomorrow.
Macy had spent the day on the phone complaining to her mother about her father and her mother trying to play peacekeeper between the two. The Nexo Knights continued to stand by and watch as Macy continued to shout into her phone at her mother over what her father had done.
Well, except Lance he was getting a full-body massage from Dennis. Ronin and Dareth had decided to join him. Clay loudly scoffed at the lazy knight but otherwise didn't say anything.
Jay and Cole both gave Macy a sympathetic look, understanding what it was like to have troublesome parents when you're trying to help save the day. Before returning to what was needed to be discussed.
The Ninja's had been congratulating Lloyd and Robin on returning to their proper ages; it had been dragging on as not one of the ninja team seemed to be able to bring themselves to talk about the elephant in the room.
"So... Um... How do we?... Talk to her?" Kai finally managed to get out. Nya patted her brother on the back as a way to thank him for what he'd just done. Sometimes it paid off having a loud-mouthed hot head for a brother.
"The invitation is our way in." Zane quietly reminded everyone. "Yeah, but. What do we say?" Cole added after a short pause.
Nya buried her face in her hands. She wasn't ready to face (Y/N). She was too ashamed of what she had done.
Kai rubbed the back of his neck, his face filled with embarrassment and regret, Jay started to nervously fidget, Cole became stiff and stoned, Zane stood by silently, and Lloyd couldn't take his eyes off the ground at that moment.
At the moment, looking at his fist, he felt so wrong. He killed their once strong bond. They used to be partners in crime, everything but blood. Right, they used to be. All because of his one stupid, rash decision buried it all. The decision he'd never forget. The decision that could never be forgiven.
It wasn't like he hadn't been aware of his actions. He had known what he was doing. Sure, he had been in pain, but (Y/N) was the one that suffered the price.
He wouldn't complain though, he deserved the hate. He broke his friend. He'd hurt his (Y/N). He deserved it all.
"I'm ready to face her." Lloyd said, clenching his fist tighter, his mind was made up. No more running and avoiding this. It was time.
The Ninja's all turned to face him. "Lloyd." Kai said placing a hand on the Green Ninja's shoulder. "It's my fault. I'll expect her wrath as punishment." Lloyd quietly declared. Promising himself that he would own up to his mistakes and accept his punishment.
"It wasn't just your fault. We all played a part... Some more than others." Kai solemnly admitted to Green Ninja. Kai grabbed at his gi as he thought back to all that had happened between himself and (Y/N). He'd always been a volatile, hothead with a big mouth and was far too stubborn for his own good.
"I... I bullied and excluded her. Blamed her for things that weren't her fault. Took things out on her." Kai confessed with tears of repentance and shame flowing down his face. "And I regret it. All of it. I was stupid and hotheaded. She deserved better than that." Kai started to babble on when Nys burst into tears.
"I did awful things." Nya regretfully sobbed into her hands. "I was jealous of how great her life was going. She had found lost family. She had her career. She had a team that looked up to and believed in her. She was making it all on her own. She had her own identity." Nya wailed her confession.
"It wasn't her fault. I just- I just." Nya sniffled into her forearm. "I'm sorry." Nya cried as she rubbed her eyes. Zane patted her back to comfort her.
"If only there was a way to turn back time, to make things anew. I would do everything to reverse these mistakes. To make (Y/N) trust us again and to save my brother." Zane sadly admitted as he comforted the distressed Ninja of Water.
Zane would always be grateful that (Y/N) was so kind to his little brother despite all the team had done to her. He often found himself wondering if it was because of her elemental power that she was so balanced in her decision making.
"She was the only one of us who kept her head on straight and focused on the mission." Jay said sadly, not taking his eyes off the Master of Ice as he spoke.
"She was the only Elemental Master that kept Chen out of her head." Cole said thinking back to what had happened on Chen's island.
Jay and Cole turned to look at one and other. "We'd been so busy fighting each other." Jay began with an ashamed look on his face. "We didn't bother to see what was going on around us." Cole finished for the Master of Lightning.
"She's going to be so mad with us." Lloyd said with a half-smile. He knew this was going to suck but just even just having her mad at himself again would do him a world of good. "Yeah, but we kind of deserve it. She is the Master of Karma, after all." Kai agreed as he wiped his eyes free from tears and joined Lloyd in going over what they had coming amidst (Y/N)'s wrath with tempered melancholy humour.
"It's time to face the music." Cole chuckled, his fellow ninja's nodding along in agreement. The irony of that statement wasn't lost on them either.
The melancholy humour was interrupted by an alarm sounding off and a video displayed on the screen. "Well, it looks like Jestro and his army will also be joining in." Ava informed everyone as she pulled live footage up on the screen for them all to see.
There on the screen was live footage of Jestro's Evil Mobile being pulled by Sparkz and Burnzie speeding towards the direction of the Isle of Vile. The Lava Monsters all hyped up and excited at the promise of battle.
"Oh come on!" Macy hissed at the screen. "What did you expect? Open invite." Aaron pointed out to Macy. "Great another group of deranged lunatics getting involved." Axl expressed with a solid grunt.
"Us, the Ninjas, the Tighty Knighties and Jestro's group." Aaron listed off while counting on his hand. "This is going to one interesting party." Aaron loudly declared with a cheeky grin of his face.
"It's not a party Aaron." Clay said scolding the hyperactive knight. "Um, isn't there also a dragon, Sea Monsters and Forest Monsters on the guest list too?" Axl pointed out to Aaron and completely ignoring the frustrated look on Clay's otherwise stoic face.
"It's NOT a party, Axl." Clay frustratedly reiterated to the giant of a Knight. "Did someone say party!?" Lance shouted from down the hall, causing Clay to groan loudly.
(Third Person P.O.V)
__ Nexo Knights __
"Oh, I just can't wait to get this party started!" The Siren of Seaguard loudly exclaimed. Her eyes just beaming with excitement as the construction of the stage was wrapping up.
"It's not a party, Siren." Marquis de Seaweed loudly growled at the diva. "Oh, stop being such a wet blanket, Marquis." The Siren pouted back at him. "This is a celebration soon monsters will be back on top." The Siren proudly declared, some of her fellow monsters cheered at hearing that, then went back to work.
"You think anyone is going to best her?" The Siren scoffed and nodded her head towards (Y/N) who was off to the side talking to the Treble Makers.
"No, but that isn't the point." Marquis de Seaweed hissed back. "This isn't about fun. This is about winning at all costs."
"Then you don't need to worry." The Siren of Seaguard proclaimed rather smugly. "Just think of it as I'm getting ready for our victory party."
Marquis de Seaweed let out a snarl at the siren. "You're not listening! We need to be on guard for any deception, any coup, any scam. Do you understand me!?" He finished with a vicious hiss.
"That's why she's having this tournament isn't it?" The Siren of Seaguard indifferently rebuffed. "To get that stuff out of the way. Then on to conquest." The Siren of Seaguard said that last part with absolute delight.
"Focus." Marquis de Seaweed snarled at the siren but she wasn't listening already warming up her pipes to start singing.

Snappa and Mezmo's mouths hung wide open. As the Monsters let out thunderous applause for the fishtailed songstress impromptu performance. "Wow!" Chokun loudly exclaimed. "So I take it she's the one that taught you to sing?" Lasha stated to (Y/N).
(Y/N) nodded. "While I can't charm people like the Siren of Seaguard. I am at least able to supply her with back up singing should the need arise. Though I sorely pail in comparison to her vocal talents." (Y/N) stated completely dismissing her own musical talent.
"But your music is more genuine." Echo innocently piped up. (Y/N) winced as everyone had heard the copper nindroid. Now there was a coldness that ran through the group of musicians as almost every monster was staring daggers at Echo.
(Y/N) panicked feeling the impending doom that was about to fall upon Echo for his blasphemous claims against a siren's music.
"Ha. Ha. Funny joke Echo." (Y/N) quickly blurted out, followed by nervous laughter. "We all know a siren's music could never be topped in any fashion."
Echo was about to say something but Mezmo stepped in and covered the copper nindroids mouth upon sensing the sheer panic of Echo's safety coming from (Y/N). "Yes, I agree the Siren of Seaguard's music could never be topped." Mezmo quickly stated and silently urged the others to join in.
"Oh, Yes." Snappa said aloud for all to hear. "It's sweet of you to humour (Y/N) like that but we all know a siren's music is the best."
"Can't be beat." Chokun swiftly added as he nudged Lasha. "Number one chart-topper." Lasha loudly proclaimed with a forced smile on his face. "Another song." (Y/N) called out to the Siren of Seaguard.
All the Monsters let go of their hostility and returned their combined attentions to adore the Siren of Seaguard.
While everyone was distracted (Y/N) and the Serpentine band members dragged Echo out of sight and into a corridor for his own safety.
"Echo you must listen to me carefully." (Y/N) warned with a serious tone in her voice. "You must never insult anyone here ok?" (Y/N) stressed the importance of this to the innocent Nindroid.
"But I was only speaking the truth. Your singing is beautiful and has great feeling to it." Echo said truthfully. He loved her singing. It was beautiful and so full of genuine emotion to him which was something he truly treasured.
"No, Echo. You can't say those kind of things here. Sirens are known for their singing voices and take great pride in them you must never insult that." (Y/N) strongly warned him.
"But I wasn't insulting her." Echo politely objected. "Echo... It will put you in danger to say things like that." (Y/N) strongly emphasised.
"Echo. It's like Chen's island ears and eyes everywhere." Mezmo tried to explain to his confused companion.
"Oh. And the Monsters are like Chen's people?" Echo questioned, thinking back to his time on Chen's island. "Yes, that's right." Chokun insisted with an encouraging smile. (Y/N) raised an eyebrow and Snappa spoke. "We'll explain later." Snappa said to (Y/N) who just nodded in response.
