It was a quiet afternoon you were at home and hawks was at his agency. he had work today. Hawks should be off soon you thought to yourself. He gets off at 5pm it was currently 4:50. You messeged him like you always do pretty much the same text

And he always responds right off the bat with

But no responce. Maybe he's just finishing something up real quick.

You: I can't seam to be able to contact him. Im just worried.
Random person: I'll go look to see if he forgot his phone.
The person is back in about 4 min
Random person: I don't think he had forgotten his phone.
You:It's fine thank you for your help.
Random person: no problem.
* hangs up phone*

A few more hours pass

You call him again. No answer

You call again and wow. No answer

You call him once more and your not surprised when there is no answer.
You decided to calm yourself down by reading a book for a while to kill some time.

Holly shit it was 2am you go sit at the desk about ready to cry. Where the fuck is he. What if he is hurt? You where about ready to go out and look for him. Then you hear the door open. You hear someone talking under their breath it was keigo.
Keigo: she's gonna kill me.
Hawks walks into the living room not think you would be in there he thought you must have goe to bed.

hen you turn around in the desk and look him dead in the face.
( Hawks P.O.V)
Fuck I messed up. I went to friends party and got drunk I ended up passed out on the floor. And woke up at around 1:45
I walk into the house and set my keys down
God she's gonna kill me. She's probably in bed. I proceed to walk into the living room. Then the chair to the desk spins and there she is shit she looking me dead in the eyes. Then she speeks
(3rd person P.O.V)
You: where have you been? You are aware it is 2 in the morning?
Keigo: umm
You: umms not an answer! Where have you been?
She looked like she was about to cry
Keigo: I got drunk and passed out at a friends place.
Hawks could just see the anger in your eyes.
You: are you kidding me? You had me worried sick.
Keigo: I'm sorry honey.
You: you really think an I'm sorry will cut it?
Keigo: well, what else am I supposed to say- I was honest wasn't I?
You growl at him and walk away.
You: I'm going to bed. It's almost 3 in the morning.
You go up to the room and lay down in the bed. After maybe 15 minuets hawks walks in grabs a blanket and leaves.
You: your not going to sleep on the couch are you?
You may be pissed at him but you would never make him sleep on the couch.
Keigo: I thought you wouldn't want me by you right now.
You: I may be mad at you, but I wouldn't kick you out of bed.
He then lays down next to you as you roll over and fall asleep.
Next morning
( hawks P.O.V.)
I woke up and (y/n) wasn't there. She really is pissed at me isn't she.
What can I do to make it up to her?
I look at my phone holly shit. She tried to call me at least 20 times. She must have been worried as fuck.
I walk into the kitchen and shes at the table I go up to her and try to kiss her cheek but she puts her hand up to my mouth to stop my lips from touching her cheek.
You: I love you but- no. Im still pissed.
She gets up and leaves. She won't even let me kiss her.
About 30 min later I go to check on her in the bed room. She's not there.
I look in every room in the house she's not there. Where is she. I try to call. Then I hear a ringing in the living room. She forgot her phone. Wait or did she. Did she do that on purpose?
(Y/n) P.O.V)
I needed to take a breather. So I decided to go to the store. We needed a few things anyway. I look at my list
1.milk
2.bread
3.batteries
4.eggs
5. Cereal
Ok let's go. I get out of the car and walk over the store. An walk past the animal store. I have never been in there to be honest. So I decised to go look at all the animals it may help me calm down. So insteaf of going in the store I walk into the pet store.
Store owner: well hello firefly. Im so honored to have such a great hero here in my store today.
Then a little girl about the age of five pokes her head out from behind the store owner
Smol child: mommy may I go say hi?
Store owner: I'm sure she has things she needs to do Mia.
Smol child: but shes the best hero in the- while world!!
You: no- I don't mind at all.
Smol child: really??
Store owner: you really are the best hero.
I walk over to the little child
You: Mia, is that your name?
Smol child: yes.
You: it's so great to meet you Mia.
Smol child: I always wanted to be a hero. I want to be cool just like you.
I then take out my notebook from my little backpack I always carry around on me. I take out a piece of paper.
You: well I think your cool. You can be anything you want. I bet your going to be an amazing hero.
I hand her the piece of paper
You: can I have your autograph?
Smol child: you want mine?
You: yes, I think your awesome.
Mia the little girl takes the paper and then signs it.
Smol child: I do t have the best hand writhing. But may I have your autograph?
Yes: you take out another piece of paper and sigh it.
I look up at the clock on the wall
You: well, I better be going.
Smol child: bye, thank you!
Store owner: oh my gosh thank you. You just made her day. What can I do to thank you.
You: one thing
Store owner: anything
You: just make sure you always support her, I bet she will make a great hero one of these days.
I walk around the store for a while. The animals where so cute. They rescued cats dogs. Pure breds for sale. I keep look to see they were selling baby chickens also.
I laugh I reach down to pet one it jumps into my hand. I think of Keigo.
Keigo, for a guy who lives to eat chicken he shirt does love to hold baby chicks. I put the baby chick down. I continue to look when the little girl Mia runs up to me again.
Mia: hey firefly
You: Hello, we meet again.
Mia: I'm helping mommy feed the animals. Would you like to help feed them. It's really fun.
You: sure, thats if your mother doesn't mind.
Store owner: I don't mind at all. So I spend anothwr few hours holding and feeding baby animals. I had fun.
I start to feel upset for ghosting him all day. I didn't even let him know I was leaving the house. Well, that's what he gets I tell myself. He thinks he can just not pick up the phone to tell you he's ok. He made me worry.
So continue on with my business and walk into the store it was about 3:00 pm.
I pull out my list and start to go down the rows and find what I needed.
I go down to the cold section and pick up eggs and milk then go grab the other few things.

(Hawks P.O.V.)
Keigo: where is she? She left at like 9 this morning.
She left he phone here. I don't think she would have done it on purpose.
I am a little worried though.
(Back at the store)
(Y/n) P.O.V)
Im almost ready to check out I wonder if Keigo need anything.
I go to call him. Where's my phone?
Did I loose it? Maybe I left it in the car? I check out and then head to the car my phone is still missing. Oh crap Keigo has probably been trying to call me. I should head home right now before he worries.
(back at home)
(Hawks P.O.V.)
I'm sitting at the table waking for he to come home it wad now 4pm and she's still not here. Then I hear the door slowly open.
I run into the living room and watch her walk in. She ignores me and walks right past and puts the few things away in the bags she has.
Keigo: stop ignoring me!!!
She looks over at me then quickly turns away.
Keigo: Oh and why did you leave your phone home.
You: I forgot it.
Keigo: really?
You: yes, I forgot it.
Keigo: so you did not purposely leave it for like a revenge thing?
You: no, I'm not that harsh. Once I relized I did not have it I can home asap. Cuz I knew you would fucking worry.
Keigo: why did it take u so ling to relize you didnt have your phone?
You: I didn't need it at that time. I relized it was missing when I was going to call to see if you needed anything.
Keigo: so you don't use tour phone at all when you go out?
You: oh, so what your trying to say is I made you worry.
Damn she got me I was worried. She looks me in the eyes.
Keigo: well- I YES I WAS WORRIED!!
You: KNOW YOU KNOW HOW I FELT.
Keigo: YOU DON'T HAVE TO ACT LIKE YOU DID NOTHING WRONG.
You: AT LEAST I DIDN'T STAY OUT UNTILL 2 IN THE FUCKING MORNING. AND MAKE YOU WORRY YOUR ASS OFF. YO HAD ME IN TEARS.
I WAS ABOUT READY TO GO OUT AND GO LOOK FOR YOU. THEN YOU WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS.
I froze at her words I made her cry.
I made her cry. I made her fucking cry. I couldn't believe what I did to her.
I look into her eyes her beautiful but heart broken eyes.
Keigo: baby I -
You: just go away!
She goes to walk away and I grab her by her arm.
Keigo: baby, I'm so so so sorry. I- I didn't mean to make you worry to make you cry.
She turns and looks at me then looks away.
I put my hand on her cheek and turn her face twards mine.
You: let me go-
Keigo: please baby
She looks me in my eyes once more. I notice her eyes grow softer. She puts her hand on mine then takes it off.
Keigo: baby I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I promise I will never make you worry again. Please it's killed me all day not taking to you. Not holding you.
She then puts my hand into a fist and gives it a small kiss.
You: promise?
Keigo: oh course.
She then grabs my collar and pulls me into a kiss.
You: maybe I.... over reacted. Im sorry birdie.
Keigo: no sweet cheeks, what I did was wrong I had you worry. I mad you cry. I'm sorry. Dont you apologize.
I give her a kiss and she tries to slip her tounge in my mouth, I let her. She starts to explore my mouth. I put my hand on the back of he head. I start to touch her tounge with mine we have a little fight in our mouths.
This was the best kiss ever. Or I just really missed her kisses.
We break from our kiss
You: I love you
Keigo: I love you to sweet cheeks
