I woke up this morning feeling really weak and like i have no energy.
It should be the opposite since i didn't even go to bed that late. I usually go to bed really late and i'm all energised and ready to go but this doesn't make sense.
Oh well, i'll just have to push through today.

"yeah?" i ask
I get no answer. What is it with moms when they shout you and you shout back and get no answer
"Holly!" she shouts again
"what?" i shout back

this is ridiculous.
I clamber out of bed and make my way towards the bottom of the stairs
"what?" i snap looking down at my mom with her hands on her hips
"your missing school, the doc has an open appointment today and she can fit your last scan in today" she tells me

My mom and i are in the hospital, i haven't told her about the chills i've been getting. I don't want her to worry, that and i'm scared that it has come back.
We sit in the office waiting for the results from the scan. This morning the doc has done a scan, full
blood works just to be on the safe side.
"So how have you been doing Holly?" she asks
"alright but i have been feeling quite cold recently" i say
"has it been coming on suddenly or gradually?" she asks
"suddenly" i say
"when did this start?" she asks
"started on tuesday and then it was last night" i say
"how long, when you feel cold are you cold?" she asks
"it comes and goes really, it usually lasts about half and hour to an hour. I took my temperature and it was high when i was freezing so i just took some normal pain killers. I've also been feeling weak and tired" i say
Her ipad in her hands go off and she types away on ipad.
"so do you want the good or the bad news first?" she asks
"bad" i say
"you have Anaemia, this explains the symptoms you have been experiencing. It also links to the cancer, the cancer may have caused it or the chemotherapy" she tells me "it can be either temporary or longterm"
"okay and what's the good news" i ask
"your cancer free" she tells me
"oh my god!!!" my mom practically shouts pulling me into a hug
"i can't believe it!" i say
"you better Holly, i'm so happy for you" she tells me
"thank you so much doc" i tell her
"it's no problem" she tells me smiling
"what about the anaemia thing?" i ask
"so the blood tests show that your red blood cell count is low and it fluctuates a bit. When you get your period is it heavy?" she asks
"yeah very" i say
"well that links to it as well, i'm going to prescribe you some iron tablets. Take them for six months to stop it from returning" she tells me
"okay thank you" she tells me

"i can't believe it" i tell my mom
"me neither, i'm so happy" she tells me
"so am i"
"we're home" she tells me
"who are them cars there?" i ask as we pull onto our street
"i don't know" she tells me, her eyes are glued onto the road ahead
I narrow my at her but shrug it off, that was weird.
She parks the car and we get out.
"oh my phone" i say grabbing it before she locks the car
I put it in my back pocket and i open the door.
"CONGRATULATIONS!" they all shout as i walk in making me jump out of my skin
Everyone is there, my family the whitey boys, Raymond and Kelly. The girls are even here.
I beam at them "thank you!"
I see Flynn smiling away and i can't help but smile
All of a sudden i'm falling onto the floor and Oscar and Emily are laughing.
"your okay again!" Oscar shouts
"i am!" i say
"i'm so happy i might cry" Emily tells me and i pull them both into a hug
"i love you two" i tell them
"i love you too" they say back
"we have food!" Ryder announces making me get up automatically
"what type of food?" i ask
"pizza" he tells me
"what type of pizza?" i ask cautiously walking up to them
"ham and pineapple!" Ace shouts excitedly
"what?!" Flynn's voice covered in outrage
"i'm joking" Ace tells me
"good" we both say before laugh
"oh Holly, i'm so glad your alright" Kelly tells me as she walks up to me with Raymond, mom and dad
"i'm so happy" my mom says again
"so am i" my dad says and he pulls me into a hug
"dad don't cry" i say
"what i wasn't gonna cry" he tells me
"i can tell" i say looking up at him
"i may have been tearing up" he says
"dad! come look they have sausage rolls!" Oscar says dragging him away making us all laugh
"it's nice to hear good news" Raymond says
"it is, this town could do with something good happening" my mom says
