Shadows Of The Forgotten
She hides in the shadows, where no one can see
She is unknown, hidden completely by the dark
her face never seen, her voice never heard
She struggles towards the light in the never-ending tunnel of shadows.
She screams, She cries and people keep walking past
Never seen, Never known, She stands for all things forgotten
No love, no hate, She is emotionless.
The darkness wraps around her blinding out the light
Time flows past, the world has changed
Yet she is still there, waiting in the shadows
Until she is remembered again.
