Sharma's home
Veena is arranging the cupboard of her room, while Rajesh is reading something sitting on the chair. While Veena is taking out a bundle of clothes from the cupboard, a letter fell down from it. She took it and opened it to read. Her eyes widened, and she looked towards Rajesh,
"Yeh kya hai?! Aapne pehle bataaya kyu nahi?," Her tensed face and worried voice made Rajesh look at her.
"Kya hua Veena?", She showed the envelope,
"Aapko naukri se nikaal diya?! Par aap keh rahe the ki medical leave hai! Phir yeh kya hai?"
"Veena voh...."

Baasu Baady
Nivedita and Mohini are having their morning tea. Anurag and Anupam entered the hall from outside,
"Anu, tum dono subah subah kaha chale gaye the?"
"Maa, Nivi Dii, hume aap logon se baat karna hai"
"Haa Anu, bata na"
"Nivi, pehle tum yeh papers ek baar dekhlo, phir hum bataate hai", Anupam handed over the papers to Nivedita.
The sudden tension in the atmosphere made Mohini ask Anurag, "Beta, kya baat hai?"
"What?!, yeh kaise ho sakta hai?", Nivedita widened her eyes with the sudden revelation of truth.
"Haa Dii, Mr.Kumar, aapka personal secretary, ussi ne ithne saal tak humaare company ko loot rahe the. Rajesh uncle sahi keh raha tha, loss humare company ki private account se hi ho rahe the. Bohut saalo se yeh chalte aa rahe the, par with less amount. But culprit ko ek din haath main aana hi tha toh isliye iss baar usse 50 lakhs ki zaroorath pad gaya"
"Less amount hi sahi voh jitne loot rahe the, un sab ke liye nakli bills bhi submit kar rahe the. Less amount hai, isliye kisi ne dhyaan nahi diya, pehle" Anupam gave the fake bills to Nivedita.
"Par.." Nivedita got interrupted by a happy excited voice,
"Helloooooooo bachoo and my darling wife"
Moloy entered the house with happiness and came towards them. But he asked them the reason of the tensed situation.
"Kya hua? tum sab log ese chonk kar kyu khade ho?", The silence didn't give him a good vibe,
"Bataao, kya baat hai? sab log tension main!!?. Anuu, Nivi, koyi kuch toh baatao?!"
"Main bataati hu!!", Veena entered with a panic Prerna. Prerna was actually calming down her mother.
"Veena!!??", Mohini exclaimed
"Mera pati, jo din raat iss company ke liye kaam kiya, aur badle main yeh mila hai??!!" Veena raised the envelop and asked everyone
"Veena Bhabhi, yeh kya hai?", Moloy took the envelope from Veena's hand and read it. He widened his eyes in anger and looked at Mohini,
"Mohini!!! yeh kya hai?, Rajesh ko suspend kar diya!! kyu?"
"Moloy, aap pehle poore baat sun toh sahi, kuch confusion hua hai"
"Baaba, baat kya hai Main bataati hu", Anurag explained the whole scenario and also shown him the files and proofs.
"Nivedita Basu, office jaana hai, chalo mere saath, Anu tum bhi". Nivedita got really scared of his tone and she knew that her father calls her by her full name only when he is really upset with her.
"Veena Bhaabhi, aap khar jaayiye, main aa gayi hu na, sab theek kar dunga" he turned to Prerna," Beta, Maa ko lekar khar jaao"
"Moloy..", Mohini called him apologetically, but only got a disappointment stare in return.
They all went to the office except Mohini, Veena, and Prerna.
"Mujhe aapse yeh ummeed nahi thi Bhaabhi", Prerna took Veena with her, leaving behind a guilty Mohini.

Evening
All returned to Baasu Baady except Moloy and Anurag. They went to meet Rajesh.
"Rajesh, maaf karde yaar. Maafi ke alaawa main kya karu!!??" Helplessness is clearly visible in Moloy's voice
"Tu ek baat bata, uss Kumar ko police ke hawaale kar diya na?" Rajesh holded Moloy's hand.
"Yes uncle, complaint file kar diya hai aur usse police lekar bhi gaya" Anurag informed him.
"Tum kyu maafi maang rahe ho buddhu, Yeh dekh, hum dono ke bachee dhaal bankar kaise khade hai. Anurag aur Prerna ne milkar jo ithne saalo se ho raha nuksaan ko rok diya. Isse achaa humein kya chaahiye.!" Rajesh and Moloy looked at them
"Ek taraf se dekhu toh jo hua ache ke liye hua, matlab, agar meri suspension nahi hua hota, toh voh Kumar kabhi haath main nahi aata"
"Par Rajesh, main...."
"Tu jaa, mujhe tera yeh chehra nahi dekhna hai, iss chehre main tum sach main ek budda lag raha hai, bade aaye maafi maangne waala,,,.... arrey dost ko milne aaye hai, voh beemaar tha, uske liye kuch phal-val leke nahi aaya, voh baat toh chod dete hai, par ek baar bhi gale nahi lagaya!!!!"
Everyone laughed and Moloy hugged Rajesh wholeheartedly.
After a good 1-hour chit chat, Moloy and Rajesh bid bye to everyone and reached Basu baady.
Anurag was about to go upstairs to his room, Moloy grabbed his hand and patted his shoulder proudly,
"Mera beta, aaj tumne jo kiya voh..!!"
"Baabaa, aapki tarah maine bhi sach ka saath diya bas, aur Rajesh uncle kon hai, kaisa hai, yeh sab aap hi ne toh bataaya tha mujhe... Aap jaayiye, aaraam kijiye, bohut dhak gaya hai na, Paris se aane ke baad abhi tak aapko rest nahi mila. Jaayiye baaba, good night"
Anurag hugged him and went upstairs, and all the while Moloy was watching him in admiration,
"Tum apna Baabaa ka sir garv se uncha kar diya, I'm so proud of you my son"

At the same time, in Mangalore,
Sid is twisting and turning in bed, in his sleep. He is under a nightmare and suddenly sweat beads covered his face. A child's crying voice heard in his nightmare as "Baabaaaaaaaaaa",
He jerked opened his eyes and woke up,
