Doctor came out of the ICU.
"Doctor, ab baaba kaisa hai?"
"Aap please mere saath cabin me chaliye"
Doctor, Prerna and Mahesh walked towards his cabin.
"Sit"
"Doctor, kya hua? Sab theek hai na?" Mahesh asked worridely
"Unhe heart attack aaya tha. Maine unse kaha tha medicines time pe lena hai aur zyada tension nahi lena chahiye, but, aaj toh unki BP ithni bud gaya hai ki yeh dubara hua"
Prerna and Mahesh stunned by hearing this.
"Doctor yeh aap kya keh raha hai? Dubaara matlab?? !! Baaba ko pehle esa nahi hua hai. He was totally fine"
"What? Tum logon ko nahi pata tha?!!, arrey Mr.Rajesh Sharma is my patient from past 1 year"
Mahesh stood up with a jerk, "yeh aap kya keh rahe hai?? Yeh kaise ho sakta hai"
"Yes Mr. Mahesh, This is his second attack. 1 year pehle, unhe yaha lekar aaya tha Moloy ji ne. Tab tha inka first attack. He was under my medication since then."
"Par Baaba humein iss baare kuch bhi nahi bataya tha!!" Prerna said in shock.
"May be, he didn't want to create a tension. Moloy mera dost hai, and he made sure that Rajesh took his regular check-up every month."
Silence prevailed for a moment
"Anyway, ab aap logon ko unka bohut dhyaan rakhna padega. He is quite stressed out with something I think. Please make sure that his stress level should be the lowest. Ok"
"Yes doctor, baaba ka poora khyaal rakhungi"
"You are Miss. Prerna, right?" She nodded her head, "hmm, jab bhi Moloy ke saath yaha aathe hai toh aapke baare bohut baate karte hai"
Prerna's eyes filled with tears.

Anupam left the room in anger.
But all these were heard by Anurag and then he followed Anupam.

Anupam stopped and closed his eyes, then released a huge breath which he was holding and then turned to face Anurag plastering a fake smile,
"Anu, tum abhi tak college nahi gayi?"
"Mujhe aap se baath karna hai, privately"
Then Anurag entered into his room followed by a worried Anupam.
"Kya baate Anu?!"
"Anupam, mujhe pehle yeh batao ki Di aur aap khush nahi ho ek saath?", Anupam sighed and sat on the bed.
"Anu, khush hone ke liye ek rishte main pyaar hona bohut zaroori hai. Aur main.... khush hu tumhare Di ke saath, par Nivi khush nahi hai."
Anurag sat near him and placed his hand on Anupam's shoulder. "Phir, aap unse keh kyu nahi deta, matlab, jitna maine suna, aur dekha, voh kuch paiso ke baare main baat kar rahe the na?!"
"Haa Anu, tum ne theek suna, maine uss se sirf paiso ke liye shaadi ki thi.... Par jiss Nivi ko maine dekha hai, aur samja hai, Uss Nivi se mujhe pyaar ho gaya. Yeh bold, rude, arrogant Nivedita ke peeche, ek soft, sentimental, cute Nivi bhi hai. Aur main uss Nivi ko jald se jald baahar nikaal doonga" Anurag hugged Anupam happily.
"But, iss baar usne galat ki hai, main usse samjaane ki koshish kar raha tha, but.."
"Kya hua?"
"Rajesh uncle se kal raat Nivi ne bohut rudely baat ki thi. Kuch company issue se lekar.. And..!"
"Rajeshji hospital main hai." The voice heard from outside

"Dev, yeh hai Nandini ki report file" Jennifer handed it over to Dev in her cabin.
"Thanks Jenny, ok bye, mujhe office jaana hai, ek meeting"
"Dev, main..." Jennifer hesitantly started.
"Bolo, kal se tum mujhse kuch kehna chahti ho, Any problem?"
"Kya tum Nandini se pyaar karte ho?!" She asked in just one breath, without making an eye contact. Dev got shocked first, then calmed down.
"No!!"
"But, uss din hospital main?!!, I mean, tum aur Cabir ...!!" He realised that she overheard their conversation.
"Haa, Main usse pyaar,...., nahi ... voh pyaar nahi tha, ek attraction... May be its because of pure jealousy!!,..." He is not getting suitable words to describe.
"Jealous??!!, kis se?!"
"Manik se..! Jis tarah Nandini uss se pyaar karthi hai, jiss tarah Manik uss se pyaar kartha hai, shaayad main bohut jealous feel karthe the." He said with a lonely smile.
