CHAPTER 30:
~~Graduation~~
INTRO:
"I can't believe we are graduating guys," I say to them
"me neither we are going out to the outside wide world," Ally says
"We're going to be on our own with kids" Billie exclaims
"But we all have supportive partners with us so we should be fine," I hadn't told them about Grayson and I yet.
"You're back together," they say and I smile showing them my ring finger with my newly placed promise ring.

I FEEL MY PHONE VIBRATE in my back pocket whilst I am waiting in the waiting area in the adoption clinic, I hear it vibrate again and I check my phone. It is literally blowing up with messages from Billie with a dozen phone calls from her
"Where are you" she screams into the phone the moment I answer her 18th call
"I'm at the adoption center getting my papers signed" I reply balancing my phone on my shoulder whilst I begin to rock Lola back to sleep
Her nap time should still be for another hour and the bustling noise of the adoption center and the kids running around is starting to wake her up and I do not want her to be grumpy, I am sick of having grumpy kids.
"You're where?" she exclaims
"Calm down, I'll be at the shop in 20 minutes" I reply I was supposed to meet Billie at the shopping center 5 minutes ago so we can go shopping for our graduation dresses. Yes, graduation is in 2 weeks, which means my kids will legally be mine in 2 weeks which also will mark Grayson and I's 1 month dating anniversary.
"Ally isn't here yet, so I'm going to get a coffee then- meet me at the coffee shop" she replies
"Go for it" I reply back and quickly hang up, chucking my phone in the diaper bag and she calls my name and hands me the fully signed forms
"Your house is in check and you have a stable job and a sufficient enough job to take care of theses children" the caseworker says "good luck Mrs. Peters" she ends and I smile thanking her, taking the papers walking away and to think that I hated being called Mrs. Peters at the start of this unit or this baby project.
I then hurried to the car strapping the baby in before I make a quick pit stop to the school to hand in the adoption forms ignoring the disapproving stare for the receptionist and coach Dylan for being late and bringing the forms in 10 minutes before the submission closes.
I smiled sheepishly before I head of change Lolas diaper quickly before heading to the car to meet Billie and Ally to go shopping.
Grayson dropped the kids off at school today then heading for work, he said that depending on what time he finished he should be able to pick them up so we can try and get all of the shopping done today.
...
"What do you think," I say running my hands down my hips checking the back of the dress out, it is a burnt orange color that has a v plunge that shows slight cleavage that sinches I the waste which then flows out slightly landing just after my mid-thigh.
"I love it" Ally says looking up from Lola, she found her dress at the first store, she picked a white dress that was short with a deeper plunge that has a flowy puffy skirt that comes to her mid-thigh, with a dotted puffed print, with her long legs and tan skin she looks stunning.
"I think it's the one" I reply, we have been to 3 stores already and I am starting to get hungry
"Oh it's definitely the one" Billie chimes in looking up she has one a tight maroon dress that has a mesh halter neck, she always looks the best with halter necks.
"And it's not a bad price either," I say checking the tag looking at Billie who pints to the dress, I screwed my face up and Billie shakes her head signaling no.
"I'm never going to find a dress at this rate guys" Billie sighs and I look at Ally and she is right, we are going to be here forever if Billie doesn't find a dress
"Okay hang these up for me and I'll find a couple of dresses for you to try," I say to Billie handing her over the 4 dresses that I had already tried on.
I then scoop Ellie up from the floor and bring her to the 'floor' level of the department store to give her and Lola some time apart and give Ally a break- even though she is with Lola.
I browse the isles looking for blues, and reens for Billie to try on. She has brown eyes so dark blues and olive greens tend to match her a lot and compliment her the most.
I searched around and found a couple of navy blue dresses and one green one for her, which she tries on and instantly falls in love with the dress that is navy blue and tight, with a full fabric halter neck with decor and design wrapped around the neck which connected to the later neck and covering the slit in the skirt.
I guess it is a job well done. Once we pay for all of the dresses we head to look for shoes, I pick out a pair of strappy nude stilettos, Billie picks out a pair of chunky nude heels and Ally finds a pair of white wedges.
We then finally head for lunch. I woke up late and a toad in the adoption forms to the school so I ran late, I made sure the girls were ready and fed before Grayson took them, leaving me 5 minutes to get ready.
"Finally time for food" I groan sitting down in the fast-food restaurant
"For someone so thin you really eat like a pig" Billie comments
"Why thank you" I reply and Ally giggles
"I can't believe we are graduating guys," I say to them

"But we all have supportive partners with us so we should be fine," I say looking at Billie and Ally who squeal understanding, I hadn't told them about Grayson and I yet.
"You're back together," they say and I smile showing them my ring finger with my newly placed promise ring.
"Yes" Issues back and they hug me tight.
...
2 weeks later
"I can't believe it, my youngest baby is all grown up," my mums says hugging me before releasing me, stepping back to stand next to my sad,I hand her my diploma and bouquet of flowers and smile, Blair is holding onto Lola and she is cradling her Matt huddled over them.
I then look over at Grayson who is talking with his dad, He's holding both Saskia and Layal one kid on the back and one kid on the front he catches my stare and smiles at me walking over his family following him, he comings over and pulls me closer to him, I smile and lean up to kiss him.
Life is good right now and I wouldn't change anything for the world. Now I am in a steady and happy relationship, I have a stale blog and job at a coffee shop, a place to live and 3 beautiful daughters, all because of the Baby Project.
