After a month of being in the NICU, Elena was finally able to bring Kennedi home
Since nobody was really able to see her since she was born, we all came to welcome her home
I sat on the chair holding Kennedi while she quietly slept, admiring how pretty she was
"She still so tiny"
"I know..." Lena agreed with me, looking at Kennedi as well. She pushed up her glasses "I'm just glad all that food I was eating didn't affect her cause I was greedy as shit"
"Yeah. You was" Kd joined the conversation while he walked into the living room. I rolled my eyes and so did Elena. She then got quiet for a second before speaking up
"I'm so in love with this child already"
"They can do that to you. Until they get older and act like this" I pointed over at Kemoni. She was busy bothering Nasir, who was minding his business crawling on the floor
"Mamas you see your cousin"
Kemoni stopped tapping Nasir and looked back at me before standing up and walked over to me. She looked in kennedi's face before pointing to herself
"My baby?"
"No. This Titi's baby" I nodded over at Elena and Kemoni frowned
"I wanna baby"
"Girl you got one right there on the floor. Bye" I pushed her softly over to where she was and she walked off. Elena laughed while the door opened and Kentrell walked in.
"Daaa!" Kemoni ran over to him and tapped his leg before pointing where we were
"What?"
"I wanna baby"
"The hell?" Kentrell rose his eyebrow, looking over at me
"Ion got shit to do with that"
"Why you actin like that Kentrell?" Elena asked him "I thought you wanted another baby"
"Not nomore. Kemoni ended that baby fever"
"Damn" she laughed. Kentrell picked Kemoni up and walked over to where Nasir was. When he saw Kentrell he smiled and crawled up his leg
"No siir" Kemoni fussed but Kentrell still bent down to pick him up, now holding the both of them
Kennedi moved around in my arms, scratching at her face but couldn't because she wore mitts. The minute she let out a yawn and opened her eyes, I smiled
"Hey aunties baby. I wish Kemoni was this little all over again"
"I ain lyin" Kentrell agreed while looking at her and she smiled
"I want baby" she pointed at Kennedi
"You'on want shit" Kentrell responded and she slapped her hands together
"Shit!"
Hearing Kemoni curse caused me to quickly look up at her
"Kemoni Dior!"
"Ion know why you so surprised. You knew that was comin' one day" Kd shrugged while sitting on the chair beside me. Kennedi wailed her arms around and started smiling
"She do that every time that nigga talks. It's annoying" Elena rolled her eyes
"Why you hatin'?" Kd asked her and she twisted up her lip
"What I gotta hate on?"
"A lot"
"Fuck you kelldrick"
I looked at both Elena and Kd "I gotta question for y'all two"
"We might have an answer"
I fixed the mitt on Kennedi's hand and looked at Elena again "so where y'all stand"
"Whatchu mean?"
"Are y'all together or...."
"Oh no." Elena answered and I looked at Kd
"We just coparenting. Ain shit more to it"
"Well shit, y'all act like y'all together" Kentrell blurted out, putting Kemoni down on the ground so she could play again but kept Nasir in his arm
"We're not. It's too much going on for me to even think about relationships right now. As long as we both active in Kennedi's life, that's all I'm worried about"
Kennedi started to kick her legs as her face frowned and she looked like she was about to cry
"It's enough crybabies already Kennedi. Don't start" I grabbed her pacifier and put it in her mouth which stopped her. Elena stood up and walked to the kitchen, going in the fridge
"How was y'all first night home with Kemoni?" She asked while looking in the fridge
"Me?" Kemoni asked and I rolled my eyes
"Being that I got to experience Kaleb before I had my own babies it wasn't too bad physically. It was just the waking up in the middle of the night. I think for me personally it was the mental part of it cause you know I had postpartum bad"
"Real bad"
"Noel was off the shits" Kd added as I passed Kennedi to him. Once I did so, Kemoni wasted no time running over to me and jumped on my lap
"I wasn't off the shits. Y'all gotta understand. I just had a whole baby and too much stuff was going on"
"You just kept lettin' shit get to you. That's it" Kentrell spoke up causing me to look at him some type of way
"I was going through a depression too dumbass so of course stuff was gone get to me. Postpartum ain no joke."
Kentrell looked at Kd before muttering something and they both laughed
"The fuck y'all talkin bout?"
Kentrell just shook his head and I nodded
"Alright. Bet"
"Ahh Hell" Kd laughed again, laying Kennedi in his arm. Kentrell put Nasir down, letting him crawl again then stood in front of me
"Move daddy" Kemoni told him with a smile while she playfully pushed his leg therefore he picked her up off of my lap and put her on the ground before walking up to me
"Kentrell get out my face"
"I do what the fuck I want"
"Do Whatchu want to your kids. They over there. Cause last time I checked my daddy is dead"
"Noel"
Kentrell tried to touch me but I slapped his hand away
"Fuck out my face desean"
"Whatchu mad for"
"Go finish talkin shit to Kd. How bout that"
"You get so mad so fast mane for no fuckin reason" Kentrell said with an attitude as Elena walked back into the living room confused
"Wait what?"
"Fuck Kentrell. Talkin bout other people get mad fast like you ain bipolar as shit"
"You the reason why I'm bipolar. Dealin' witcho stupid ass"
"Who the fuck you callin stupid? You must got me confused with some other bitch"
"Nah I'm talkin to the right bitch" he responded while sitting on the other couch and Elena's eyes grew, looking at Kentrell some type of way while Kd laughed. Kemoni went and sat beside Kentrell while Nasir held onto the table to stand up and started slapping down on it in his own world
"Kentrell..." Elena seemed surprised but I shook my head
"Don't even say shit. He callin me a bitch now but who gone be the real bitch when I leave his stupid ass and take my kids with me"
"You ain doin' shit"
"Okay. You gone see since ima bitch"
"Why y'all wildin' right now? What the hell happened?" Elena asked
"They crazy" Kd answered and I looked at him
"I'm not crazy. Kentrell gone realize who the fuck he talkin to. It's about to be 4 years so he should know I ain one of them old hoes of his. He wanna disrespect me like I won't get disrespectful back. Cause if he wanna be technical he the one that's really a bitch"
"Ima bitch?" He asked with a laugh and Kd shrugged
"If y'all wanna know why Kemoni curse now. Y'all see y'all answer"
I ignored Kd and sat up looking at Kentrell
"Yes you are. And if you wanna be technical, since we getting disrespectful... you're my bitch" I shrugged which really set him off. Kentrell stood up, leaving Kemoni on the chair so I stood up too and walk up to him
"Don't like that do you?"
"You bout to make me fuck you up" he threatened through gritted teeth
"Kentrell you ain scaring NOBODY. Do Whatchu gotta do"
"Daddy! No" Kemoni started to whine while standing up in the chair reaching for Kentrell but he stared me down
"Y'all chill out" Elena pleaded while laughing "Kemoni look like she bout to piss herself"
"Well her daddy gone learn his lesson if he'on come correct next time he talk to me"
Kentrell's phone started ringing de he pulled it out of his pocket, finally taking his eyes off of me while answering it
"What?"
"Daddy" Kemoni continued to whine and nasir stopped beating on the table, looking at her and burst out laughing
"You Daddy talkin to one of his hoes. You gotta wait"
Kentrell made a nasty face at me and walked off, picking Kemoni up while he talked to whoever was o the phone. Once he was done he put his phone back into his pocket and sat Kemoni back down on the chair
"Daddy I wantchuuuu"
"Stay right here. Ima be back?"
"Where you going?" Elena asked while I went to sit back down in my seat
"To go see one of my hoes"
"And I owe you have fun too" I applauded him "better enjoy her cause that's the only pussy you gettin"
"It ain shit to get some pussy" he muttered. Kd started cracking up, causing Nasir to copy him and do the same but I shrugged
Elena put he head in her hand "y'all..."
"Cool. And it ain shit for me to get some dick either"
"Whatchu gone do? Call Ty?" He asked trying to be funny and I nodded
"I just might"
"Do Whatchu gotta do" Kentrell retorted before walking out of the house. Once he was gone they both looked at me
"What y'all got goin on?" Kd asked with a chuckle
"Forreal. Shit just went real left real fast"
"Kentrell been on one lately. We been gettin into it over the stupidest shit for no reason and I'm honestly over it"
"Whatever y'all got goin' on need to be fixed"
"Just give that man a lil pussy and he straight. You know this" Kd waved me off and Elena rolled her eyes then looked at me
"I hate to say it but Kd might be right. When the last time y'all had sex?"
I shrugged, not knowing because it has really been a while since Kentrell and I have done anything romantic
"When the last time y'all been ALONE together?"
Yet again I shrugged and they both shook their heads
"Well I have a diagnosis. Both of y'all just horny" Kd bluntly answered and Elena looked at him before pushing up her glasses some
"Alright doc Mcstuffins... anyways. He's right. You and Kentrell lacking intimacy. I don't even see y'all give each other a simple kiss nomore"
"Well shit happens when you got kids"
"So. Daddy used to have me, you and Dana and he still found time to go in the next room and fuck his little freaks"
"That's cause he was a hoe"
"But he was a happy hoe"
"Mamamama" Nasir yelled out before dropping to the ground and crawled over to me on my lap so I picked him up
"That's all y'all focused on. Them two right there. If y'all ain taking care of them you doing something for somebody else and Kentrell out making money. Now I applaud y'all cause y'all some great ass parents, but damn y'all gotta get away at least once"
"And who gone watch them?"
"Momma! Liyah! Momma would die for Nasir and for some reason liyah loves Kemoni. I'd watch em but I'm tryina adjust to this whole responsibility thing now. But forreal, y'all gotta ship them off for a weekend and get back to how y'all was before y'all had two kids"
I looked down at Nasir and he pulled at the shirt he wore, nearly popping the chain on his neck which would've made Kentrell mad so I pulled it from out of his hand and he looked at me some type of way before leaning for Elena
"Aww momma made you mad aunties big boy?" She sat him on her lap and of course, Kemoni slid off of the chair she was on and sat up under Lena too, putting her finger in her mouth
"Y'all just find somebody to watch them and do something. Shit, ride the dick from sun up to sun down if you have too. Just fix this situation cause you see these two adorable faces...."
"My babies" I smiled and Elena nodded
"Yeah your babies.. they fucking up the romance between you and kentrell"
I looked at her some type of way and she burst out laughing alone with Kd

Kentrell has never shown back up and it was late so Kd dropped me and the kids off back home and I was beyond pissed with Kentrell.
After I put Kemoni to sleep I was in the process of putting Nasir to sleep while watching Law and Order: SVU. My phone started to ring and I was gonna ignore it, being that I didn't wanna be bothered but I ended up answering it without even checking to see who it was because right now anybody was liable to get cursed out on kentrell's behalf
"What?"
"Aye" Kentrell spoke in a chilled like tone into the phone and I rolled my eyes
"Yes Kentrell"
"I need you to come pick me up"
I stayed silent for a minute then actually pulled the phone away from my ear to see what number he was calling from and sighed before putting it back
"What they got you for?"
"Possession"
"....Im coming Kentrell"
"Ight" he responded and I quickly hung up before tossing my phone beside me then looked at Nasir who was finally asleep
"Shit" I muttered then stood up, fixing him so his head was laying on my shoulder and went into the room. I put him on a jacket and had to put Kemoni on some clothes too before struggling out the door and down to my car with a sleeping two year old and ten month old

After picking Kentrell up, I didn't say nothing the whole car ride home and neither did he. I just continued to keep my focus on the road. When we arrived back to the apartment I grabbed Nasir while he carried Kemoni, who still was asleep, up the elevator and into the apartment. While I put Nasir in his crib Kentrell laid Kemoni on the bed and went to take a shower so I undressed her and got in the bed, laying with my babygirl
Once Kentrell got out of the shower he got in the bed as well but I had my back turned towards him. I heard a little shuffling and felt him moving beside me before he threw his arm across me and kissed my shoulder
"I'm sorry. Ight"
"I'm sorry too" I quietly responded while keeping my eyes closed and his arm hugged around me tight. Within a few minutes I could hear kemoni's light snores in front of me and Kentrell sleeping behind me, meanwhile I couldn't sleep so I just stayed awake, laying there in the complete dark
