The Next Day At The Docks
Your POV
We all were ready for me to try to do this. We all stood in a circle talking about how this was going to work. Luckily Regina was the one to explain, "Okay. Y/n is going to open the portal to Hell. We all need to jump in right away, before we lose our chance. This is a big spell, so she won't be able to hold it for very long." Thanks for the reassurance Ragina. "Once we're in Hell, we will split up into groups to find him."
Everyone agreed, and they all backed away from me. I guess it's time for me work my magic. I was very nervous about this spell. I haven't used, or practiced much on transporting anywhere in a long time.
I put my hands up towards the ocean of StoryBrooke. I breathed in and concentrated. When nothing happened, I did it again and nothing. I slapped my hands onto my sides and turned to Belle. "Nothing. See Belle, I told you."
"Come on Y/n, concentrate harder," Regina demanded me. I was surprised to hear Regina was the one trying to boost my confidence. In a way I didn't want to go. I was scared to see Peter again. I was scared to do something I will regret, if I saw him.
But then again this isn't just about me. This is about Belle, Baelfire, and Rumple.
Stop being selfish Y/N.
I put my hands up again. I closed my eyes and cleared my mind. I was pushing ever ounce of energy I had into my mind and hands to make this work. I pushed and pushed until...
It worked.
A big purple portal was in front of me now. I smiled and yelled out, "Oh my god, I did it! I really did it!" Before anyone could move, a hand grabbed me and pulled me into the portal.
"Y/n!" I heard Jack yell for me and jump into the portal after me. With Regina and Belle following him. The portal closed before anyone else could enter.
With those last few noises and calls for me, my vision went black.
Hell
I opened my eyes slowly. I was laying on the ground looking up at what looked like a very dark sky. I was in Hell now. I'm sure of it just from the aura it casted. I sat up and looked around me to see Regina, Jack, and Belle laying next to me. They were all holding their heads in pain. My head hurt too, but I was more surprised that we were in Hell. Who dragged me in?
I stood up and everyone else did too. I looked around to see we were in StoryBrook. Except, it wasn't StoryBrook. It looked like a depressing version of StoryBrook. The walls of every building were either gray or red. There was no one around, and sounds of cats being startled were heard from afar. I asked as a joke, "Is this Hell or just a depressing version of StoryBrooke?"
"No, it's Hell alright. For fairy tail characters like us, we come here to live out our days in a depressed coma. The coma doesn't come until we've been here for so long we forget who we are. Then we eventually decide to jump in the river of souls and vanish from existence." What Regina said, sent chills done my spine. Just thinking if any of us were sent here after we died, scared me a little. It was such a sad version of StoryBrook and Rumple was somewhere in here. Alone. Probably confused or scared like all the other dead people here.
Belle walked closer to Regina and asked, "Okay Regina what's the plan?"
"Well, who ever dragged Y/n in here probably wants more then to just say hello. So the plan is Jack and Y/n will stay close to this spot, and look for Rumple in places that are safe. Don't go anywhere you don't know fully!" She paused to empathize that our safety is very important. "Me and Belle will go to Rumples shop first. I would imagine he would be there. If no one finds him in a hour, we will meet back here and re-group."
Everyone nodded and agreed to Regina's plan.
I looked at Belle and I saw she was worried. She couldn't stand the fact that Rumple was in Hell. I grabbed her hand before they could walk away and told her, "Hey Belle. It's okay. We will find him."
She slightly nodded her head and a half-smiled at me. As much as I know how strong Belle is, she's still in love. Love can make any strong person fearful of their loved ones outcome, especially in a place like this.
When I let go of her hand, Regina and Belle started walking in the direction of Rumple's shop on the other side of town. When they got far enough away from us, I turned to look at Jack. He was picking something up from the ground. When he got up, I saw he was holding a flower in his hand. "What's that for?"
"For you-" He put the flower behind my ear and spoke kindly to me. He continued the same way, "I know you being here, and knowing Pan is here, is really getting to you. So I thought this would cheer you up."
I smiled at Jack's kind gesture. "Thank you Jack. It's just... I have a weird feeling that something bad is going to happen." I had a strange feeling someone was watching us too. I turned around and saw no one was there.
Jack interrupted my thoughts before I could time to much of it, "Oh, come on. You got me now, kiddo. Ain't no one gonna take you from me." His words made me smile. Jack put his arm around my shoulder and we started walking to Grandma's diner. We couldn't think about anywhere else that could be safer and where Rumple could be. I still had the feeling that someone was watching us, but I ignored it when Jack and I started having small talk.
Rumples Shop
Belle POV
We got to Rumples shop, or the Hell version of it, and everything looked exactly the same as the one at home. I smiled to see how neat everything was. Rumple always took such good care of this shop. "Wow, I can't believe how normal this all looks."
Reginas words about the shop weren't as positive, "Yeah a little weird isn't it?"
I looked around and saw so many replicas of the stuff we had at home. The only difference was, some of the things we're on platforms in the middle of the room. I walked over to one that caught my eye. It was a chipped teacup. This was Rumple's and I's prized possession. It reminded us both of when and how we met. Even though he wasn't always so kind to me during those days, this cup meant more to us then just a drinking dish. I asked myself out loud, "Oh Rumple... Where could you be?"
Me and Regina suddenly heard a lock at the store's front door. We both turned to see the door has been magically locked. Regina and I both tried opening the door manually but to no avail. Regina even kicked it once, but it didn't budge. "How could this just lock itself?"
"Oh, it didn't lock itself Belle. Someone is trying to keep us away from something... and I have a feeling that something is Y/n." I gasped at what Regina was implying. Was someone really trying to hurt Y/n, or was it much more evil then that? Were they trying to keep her in Hell?
Grandma's Diner
Your POV
Jack was making fun of me when I entered Grandma's Diner. I yelled at him as I went through the door and heard the familiar ring of the bell. "I was not sleeping! I was just resting my eyes Jackal!"
We we're talking about when me and him snuck out the house and went camping. I fell asleep within an hour of being out in our tent. Jackal was the name I called him every time I got mad at him.
"Yes you were! And don't start that Jackal thing! You know I hate that Y/n," He spoke serious at the end of his little rant.
"Awww poor Jackal. Can't handle me and my nicknames," I said this with a baby voice to make fun of him.
"Can't handle the nicknames, but you... I can handle you," Jack said this while inching forward to me. He put his hands on my waist when he got close enough. I freaked out by this unexpected advance and shoved his hands off of me.
"Um... let's start looking for Rumple."
I was about to walk into the kitchen, but Jack stopped me by calling after me. I turned around and tried to act like what he just did didn't happen. "What?"
"Why are you so distant towards me? Like, you know I like you. So why won't you give me a chance?"
This confession surprised me. "I actually didn't know that, and I don't want to talk about this anymore."
I was about to walk through the moving doors, until Jack's next question stopped me. "You still love Pan, don't you?"
I turned around and my face showed my emotions clear as day. I don't know why I was angry now. Maybe because I hated the fact that he was right. I walked up to him and got right in his face."It doesn't matter if I still love him or not, Jack! Were here to look for Rumple, not deal with this bullshit!" I turned around about to walk through the doors again, but I decided to add one more thing. "And you know what-" I stopped speaking the second I realized I was alone. Jack was gone. I looked around very confused as to where he went. I didn't even hear the above door bell ring. Where did he go?
Meanwhile at Rumple's Shop
Belle POV
Regina has been trying to open the door with magic for 20 minutes. I gave up trying to help her about 5 minutes in. I looked around the shop instead. I was looking for something out of place or something that didn't look like it was a replica, to help us get out.
I realized, while snooping around, there wasn't a safe on the wall. I picked at the yellow wall paper where the safe would have been. When I finally got through to the real wall, I saw something silver and it looked like it was made of metal. I yelled over to Regina, "Hey Regina! Come look at this." She threw one more ball of her power at the door, which didn't work, and walked over to me.
She walked over to me and huffed out her frustration. "What, Belle? Yes, it's a wall. What about it? Can you help us get out of here?"
I ignored her attitude and picked more at the wall. It was the safe. I pointed at the big line of silver and said, "Look, it's a safe. Why would you need a safe in Hell unless your trying to hide it."
Regina understood after that and we started ripping at the paper. When the wall paper was all gone, it showed a silver, metal safe. I said with joy, "See I told you!"
"Yeah, but how do you expect to open it?" I thought about it for a minute. I first tried the original code to the safe back at home, it didn't work. Then I tried my birthday, Neal's birthday, our anniversary, Rumples birthday, but none of the codes worked.
I yelled in frustration, "Damn! Why isn't anything working?" I looked at Regina and she was thinking hard.
"Wait... let me try something." Regina put a code in and it worked. It opened with a snap.
Out of curiosity I had to ask, "What did you put in?"
"04-28," This date didn't mean anything to me at first. "Y/n's birthday. What ever is in this safe, wasn't what Rumple was trying to hide. It was what Pan was trying to hide." We looked at each other, then back at the cracked open safe. I put my hand carefully on the door of the safe and slowly opened it.
When we opened it, we saw Pandora's box being the only thing in it. We wondered where that box went since we left Neverland. We just never got around to look for it. Regina asked first, "Why is Pandora's box here?" I didn't answer her. I picked up the box gently and walked over to the counter and put it down on the glass counter.
"What if the reason we can't find Rumple, is because Pan put him in this box when they first got to Hell? What if Pan put up this wall, to hide anyone from ever finding him? What if, Pan was the one who pulled Y/n into the portal and locked us in here?!" I saw the fear in Reginas eyes. She threw a fire ball at the door out of anger this time. I ducked from the aftermath that went all over the store. We both looked at the Pandora's box and wondered, is Rumple in there?

Sorry for the constant flip back and forth of POV's. I just felt Belle's and "your" POV's were needed in this chapter. It also made sense to have what's happening to them, happen at the same time. This chapter reminded me most of the actual show and it's honestly one of my favorites! I also like that I can add Belle into the story now and start having her be a main character. Weirdly enough, she was one of my favorite underrated characters in the show. I just feel she doesn't get enough recognition, especially where this story is at when it coordinates to the show. I hope you know what I mean lol! Anyway, I hope you liked this chapter as much as I liked writing... and re-writing this chapter. I'll be updating the next chapter soon :)
