Whoever had made this surreal painting must be a master mind, he had used different shades to bring out visual illusions just like those of world renowned artists, the vivid colours melted together while shapes flew together to bring out a harmonious pattern of this beautiful art.
Each and every part was so carefully painted with no risk of error, the shape had perfect curves and edges,curving at right and equal points.
A simple thing so fully and well described? Indeed a standing aviation for the painter..
I mentally clapped in my mind, i mean the person must really know how to play with colours.
The painting hung there so elegantly and confidently that anyone would stopped in his tracks to take a good and detailed look at it , it was that captivating and eye catchy..
It was the painting of a stone ... Ruby stone
I tried to make a meaning out of it , there is just no way right.
Out of all paintings! He chose stone painting to get in his room?!!!
The case just got more complicated!!

I shrugged my thoughts away
Getting out of the room, i made my way back to the corridor when another room caught my eye.
The door was left open,
" guess they forgot to lock it" i spoke to myself
I made my way towards that room,grabbing the door knob i pulled it towards me to close it when something caught my eye, pushing it back open i stepped inside the room, only to meet by another huge painting of.... another stone??
Coming outside the room, i checked more rooms that were vacant and every room had a painting of a specific stone.
Whats with this guy?? Is he obsessed with stones?!

What if the murderer is not Tyson but Tyler?
The case is actually not complicated , all this time the murderer was right in front of me!!
He killed jane in the forest and came back to his tent! Everyone was in their own tents probably and so no one spotted him leaving or coming back!
And since he knew Jane, this just makes more sense!!
He must have known where she was heading to and so he murdered her and came back like nothing happened..
But what could be the reason?
Well ! Serial killers dont really need a reason to kill!!

"What are you doing here?" A familiar voice spoke from behind.
I looked back to find Tyson staring at me with a suspicious expression.
He looked at the painting and instantly went pale..
Did he just realised that i might have figured it all out?
"Nothing , i went to the restroom" i answered making my way out only to be stopped midway by his hand grabbing my arm.
"What is it?" I said shooting daggers at him
"Be honest!" He spoke in a demanding tone
"Let me remind you again, i am a lawyer , you really cant question my doings." I said as i motioned him to get off his hand of me.
The bracelet once again caught my eye as i gave him a suspicious look raising my eyebrow, he was quick to get his hand off me , hiding it behind his back, as if hiding something.
Giving him a look of disappointment , i made my way out.

"Hobi?!" A familiar voice stopped me , it was y/n
"Where are you going?" She asked
"Home!"
"Why?did you find anything?"
"Uh, actually! No nothing , i just have an emergency and i need to go." I started to walk away
"Wait ." I stopped midway as i grabbed her arm
"Come along with me , i ll drop you!" I said
"Why? Its ok i ll go by myself."
"NOO! Just come!"
"What happened?you look tensed!" She said with concern in her eyes
"Its just that -."i stopped thinking whether i should say this or not
"Its just that-."
"Its just that i am worried." I finally blurted out as i held her hand and looked into her eyes
"But didn't we already-."
"I know i know what happened 2 years ago,please just don't ask questions and come with me." I pleaded, she finally took a hint that i didn't like where this conversation was going so she agreed to go with me.

The journey in the car was silent , none of us chose to say anything , both of us realised the extreme awkward tension between us.
"Ohkay i ll see you soon." She managed to speak as she got off the car
I just smiled at her before saying " be careful and don't forget to lock the door." I told her , she smiled before nodding and then finally made her way to her apartment.
I waited there for a while , Don't get me wrong , i was super worried for her , realising that there is a high possibility that one of her friend could be the killer .
I dialled her number
"Hello?" I heard her say
"Did u reach? Are you inside? Did you lock the door?" I attacked her with all sort of questions
"Relax hobi! I did all, don't worry ok." I heard her giggle on the other side of the call.
"Okay then.take care."
Letting out and audible breath of relief, i pressed on the accelerator and sped off..
