Jin's POV
Trial day
It was the trial day today, we were all in a court and the masked guy who is called Josh was in the trial box while y/n and Rai sat in the audience.
The garbage cleaner was called to the witness box
"Speak!" I shot daggers at the garbage cleaner
"I-its n-not my fault.. He gave me a call that day saying that he wanted me to clean something and he will r-reward me ." He said pointing at josh
"I got there at the bank and a while later he handed me the bag with lots of m-money." He spoke as his voice cracked
"He was covered with a mask and so i couldn't see his face, he told me to get the dead body to the highway and i did . P-please forgive me i am just a garbage cleaner , i got carried away for money." He said as he did the begging action with his hands
"Your Honor , you might be thinking how josh got his number?? Well i did some investigations and found out that this garbage cleaner cleans garbage from Josh's neighbourhood so ofcourse Josh had his number, he couldn't recognise josh because josh had a mask on." I said
"But he noticed one thing , that was the spider tattoo and thats how we got to him." I stated as the judge gave me a nod
"Your Honor at first we thought that it was Mr Rai since the Car the killer used to hit Mr Min belonged to Mr Rai , but Mr Rai told us that his car has been missing since a week.The killer stole his car so that even if we find out that it was a murder and not an accident, Mr Rai would be caught." I pointed out
"But there is still more to the story , the party last night gave us more than what we wanted ... Your Honour Josh is not the real murderer." To this statement of mine a loud gasp was heard from the audience as a confused judge looked at me
"I would like to call Ms Misa in the box."
2 female officers came and led her to the box
"Your Honour she is the true murder!!!!." I exclaimed as more gasps were heard
"Let me explain."
"Ms Misa is a mutual friend of Mr Min and Park Y/n , she is a really good friend of them,but Ms Misa saw Mr min with more than just friendly eyes , yes she was in love with him." I said
"All 3 of them were class mates , they graduated from the same university , While she was in love with Mr Min,Mr min loved someone else." I said as i averted my gaze to y/n
"They both ended up getting married but someone couldn't take it." I said as i looked at Misa
"You see the day before the murder , Mr Min and Mr Rai got into a heated argument , And Park Y/n just like how she shared everything with Ms Misa , she shared about their small fight with her, Ms misa didn't let this chance go so she stole Mr Rai's car , and hit Mr Min near his office." I stated
"What are the timings of bank and at what time the bank opens or closes and at what time the employees come , who could know it better than the Bank's manager , yes Your Honour , Ms misa worked as that Bank's manager , she exactly knew the timings and all about the Bank , she knew at what time Mr Min would arrive , so she took that opportunity and hit him , ofcourse she had a backup , and that was josh , she used josh for this .. after she hit him , she had josh to take care of body, josh called the garbage cleaner to take care of it she got the body shifted to the highway to make it look like an accident . .. they did all this in so less time , like everything was done simultaneously without wasting any time ,"
I paused for a while before continuing
"Also , it was josh who called Mr Min when he was about to enter the building , and as a result Mr min got distracted and she hit him, she was afraid that Mr Min might dodge or something so she completely made it sure that he dies on spot."
"You might be thinking why josh did all of this?well because josh loved and cared for Ms misa more than anything else and Ms misa was aware of this fact very well, she knew josh would do anything for her so she used him." I spoke
" At first i also thought that it was a man who hit him but last night at the party when Y/n recognised her , it made us wonder as to why she is involved and after asking some questions i got to know that she was jealous of y/n all this time and she was like if she couldn't get Mr Min , no one will ."
"She played too clever , she had a back up for everything , she was sure that if investigated out Mr Rai would be caught and if not Mr Rai then Josh would be caught ... She hit Mr min but she sent Josh to hand over the money , to be on safe side if the garbage cleaners blurts things out in future and thats what happened, he told me about the spider tattoo and we got to him , but you know Ms Misa where you played dumb?" I asked her raising my eyebrows
"Last night when u stopped me and took out a knife , if you hadn't , you would never have got caught." I gave her a smirk as she muttered something under her breath
"Looking at all the things , the court comes to the conclusion that Ms misa will get life time imprisonment while josh will serve 2 years in jail. This trial is over now , you all may disperse." The judge ordered as the audience stood up
"I couldn't even imagine in my wildest dreams that my own best friend would do such thing." Y/n spoke to misa as tears trickled down her face.
"WHY WHYY WHYY?!!" She shouted as more tears fell down
"Hey hey relax.its over now." I got a hold of her as i tried to stop her , i planted a kiss on her head as she turned towards me and rested her head on my shoulder
"Its over now." I said as she cried in my chest

" i didn't know that you were married to him for 1 year until last night." I said as we sat on the bench
"Yaah we are fresh graduates, Min got a job and we got married ." She answered
"Misa was our friend , i still cant believe she did all that .. Plus i forgot that i had shared about their argument with her , i completely forgot it , i was focused more on whether Min or Rai had told about it to someone , i forgot that it could be my friend too." She said as she hid her face in her palms
"Hey hey look here" i said as i brought her face up and made her look in my eyes
"You know your eyes are really captivating?" I said
"I want to stay like this forever, i want the time to stop right here." I said as i caressed her cheek.
" i am not saying to forget Min but would you want to start your life again , with me ? " i asked too afraid to hear her reply
"You dont have to agree , its okay if you refuse but thats how i feel , i have never experienced this tremendous amount of feels rushing inside of me like i did with you." I paused for a while before continuing " i am not sure if i can take Min's place in your heart but i promise you that i will love you more than him and will protect you more than him." I said as i took her hands and kissed on her knuckles
"I dont know when i started experiencing such feelings for you , maybe the first time i met you, but it was just physical attraction , later on i started enjoying things with you , i started seeing you as my partner, i dont think any other girl can make my heart flutter like you did , at least none did all these 27 years of my life and i am sure no one will in future too." I smiled as i looked at her intensely
"Will you stand by my side?? Will you be my partner, can you start your life again with me , can i be your Min?" I asked as i rubbed her hand
I saw a glimpse of tears in her eyes as she tried to speak
"Min will always have a special place in my heart , but i don't want you to be Min , i want you to love me as Jin , as yourself ." She said as she scanned my eyes , tears trickling down her cheeks
This was it !! This was just it !! It was time !!
Moon illuminating the dark world , wind rustling through the leaves , stars shining bright , hands in hands , i could tell that a unfamiliar yet familiar warmth had started to encircle us and then it happened...
I was the one to initiate , i captured her lips with mine as she responded back to mine gladly , i felt her smiling against my lips as i grabbed on her waist bringing her closer to me ..
I found her arms reaching out to my back as i continued to kiss her ...
Bodies gliding , lip bitings , mouth wide open , saliva exchanging , tongues fighting , excitement getting the best of us ...
