Adjusting the old large book that was in your hands, you shuffled it to stay underneath your arm as you came to a stop in front of the familiar door in front of you. Letting out a wry smirk, you cracked the door to the room open and slid your way inside the dark interior inside. The curtains to the large window against the wall was shut closed, casting the room into a dark light. In the middle of the wall, sat a large elegant bed and you could just make out the shape of a person lying in it.

Before you headed over to the bed, you went over to the window and threw open the curtains, letting light stream into the room, instantly brightening up the place. 'That's better,' you thought as you turned around and began to make your way over to the large bed.

You slink your way over to the side of the bed and placed the book onto the nightstand that stood besides it. A sly smirk came across your face as you peered down at the figure who was sleeping peacefully below you. You lightly tapped the person's nose causing them to wrinkle it up.

Ciel rolled over to where his body and face was now directed in your direction. A peaceful expression was on his face, and you couldn't help but admire the expression. 'Aww he looks so cute when he's sleeping. Not to mention he doesn't seem as stressed or upset when he's in dream mode.' An upset look came across your face as you continued to gaze down at the young earl. 'Man I really wish I had a camera right now!'

After a couple moments of admiring Ciel's face, you knew that you had to wake him up for you didn't want Sebastian getting on your case for taking to long to wake Ciel up. "Ciel," you said softly as you poked at his face, causing him to wrinkle his eyes up.

Ciel let out a small noise as he began to blink his eyes open, and he squinted them against the light that was streaming in from the window that you had just opened. "Sebastian it's to early.." he yawned out as he rubbed his eyes, allowing them to get adjusted to the light.

"I'm pretty sure I'm not a soul eating, cat loving demon," you said as you propped yourself up with your elbow in the bed. Ciel's eyes widen as he swiveled them around to look at you. "Good morning Ciel," you chipped out cheerfully.

"Gah!" He cried out as he jerked himself out of the covers and immediately fell backward on the bed. "Wahh!" He yelled out, for it seemed that he had propelled himself to far out of the bed and he fell back and over the side of the bed.

A large crash was heard, making you cringe up at the sound and you crawled your way over to the other side of the bed to peer down at the ground. There Ciel laid on the ground, his limbs sprawled everywhere and a part of his blanket had been brought along with him.

Propping your head onto both of your palms, with your legs sprawled out behind you, you let out a small laugh as you glanced down at Ciel's crumpled figure. "Are you okay?" You asked him as another giggle left your mouth.

"The question is what are you doing here!? In my room!?" It was then that he realized the eye with the mark was unconcealed and he quickly reached up to cover it up.

You slid out from off of the bed and landed beside's Ciel's body. Bending down, you reached to grasp onto his hand and you pulled him up from off of the ground. "You don't have to cover your eye you know. Remember, I know everything about the contract and Sebastian." He slowly let down his hand, allowing you to get a full access at the mark. "Beside's a think it looks sweet," you told him.

"Sweet?" He said questionably, wondering what the word meant.

"Oh! That's right sorry, where I come from it means that it just looks really awesome," you said as you reached over and grabbed the eye patch that he usually wore from off of the nightstand. "Here," you said as you handed it over to him. "I'm guessing that you still probably would want to wear it."

"Thanks," he said as he took the eye patch from you and slipped it over his eyes. After adjusting it back into place, his one eye looked over to meet gazes with you. "What were you doing in my room and on my bed as well?" he asked you.

"Sebastian was busy fixing you breakfast, so he asked me to come wake you up in his place," you told him. "And tada! Here I am!"

"I see that," Ciel said. "Next time do not enter my room without permission. That is an order," he said sternly.

"Aye aye captain," you said in response and you lazily stretched out. "Well now that that's discussed, let's get you dressed." You headed over to the drawer that Sebastian had told you would have Ciel's outfit and you took out a long olive green coat along with a pair of shorts and handed them over to Ciel. "Here you go!"

"You're going to dress me, but you're a girl," Ciel said stiffly as he eyed you dis-trustingly.

"I can just turn around while you change," you offered to him.

"I rather have Sebastian do it," he said. "Why don't you go and wait outside, while I change," Ciel said as he began to shoo you toward the door.

"Do you think you'll be able to put it on correctly?" You asked him with a smirk on your face and Ciel huffed out because of this.

"I can do it," he said as he pushed you out of the door, closing it shut in your face.

'I might as well wait here for him, in case he may need help.' You leaned against the door of the room, waiting for Ciel to be finished changing. You were sure that you had been standing there for a least ten minutes and you were growing tired. You knocked on the door, "Ciel is everything going okay?" You asked.

It was then that you heard a loud crash coming from inside of the room and you threw the door open, running in. "Ciel! What's.." you trailed off upon seeing Ciel besides a tossed over desk, the coat stuck on his hands and head. He had a tie loosely around his neck and his pants were on backwards.

"What happened?" you asked him with a loud chuckle and you made your way over to him, taking the shirt off so he could put it on over again.

"It seems that I was having trouble," Ciel said as he averted his eyes, and his ears lit up pink.

"What am I going to do with you? The coat was inside out to begin with not to mention your suppose to put the coat on first before you put on the tie." Your eyes trailed downward to the shorts that he was wearing. "And those are backwards. Maybe I should help."

"Fine, just help me," Ciel said in defeat.

You put his coat on the right way, taking the time to gawk at his scrawny and pale completion and you showed him how to put his shorts on right. You began to button up his coat, taking the time from the bottom to the top. You remained focus once you reached the top of the coat and once done you glanced up to see that Ciel was looking at you with large eyes.

You tilted your head to the side innocently, causing Ciel to glance away with his ears tinted red. "Is something on my face?' you asked him curiously, perplexed as to why he had been gazing at you like that.

"Oh no, there wasn't anything," he said quickly.

"Hmm, okay if you say so." You took a step back to admire your finished product and you gave him a large smile. "You're done. I think you look great," you told him, causing him to widen his eye.

Your eyes widened upon remembering that Sebastian was probably still waiting for you to come down with Ciel. "Oh crap!" You exclaimed out and grasped onto Ciel's arm. "I forgot that Sebastian was waiting for us. We have to go to meet him before he kills me for being late."

You pulled him toward the door, before remembering about the spell book that you had brought. "Hold on wait right here," you told Ciel as you ran back toward the nightstand and grabbed onto the book that was on it, hurrying back over to Ciel. "Now I'm ready!"

"What is that?" Ciel asked you as the two of you headed your way down to the Ciel's office where you were sure that Sebastian was probably waiting for you.

"What is what?" You asked him curious as to what he was talking about and then you looked down to the book, realizing that he was probably asking about it. "This?" You said as you raised up the large book that you were carrying.

Ciel nodded his head. "I've never seen that type of book in my library. Not to mention it has strange symbols on it as well."

"I thought I told you this, but I can't exactly remember. You remember when I told you about that guy who ended up breaking into the manor that one night."

Ciel nodded his head in agreement. "It was during the time of the Jack the Ripper case. The others are still on alert in case he comes back one day. What about him?"

You glanced down at the , trailing a finger across some of the foreign words that were on the cover. "After the guy ended up leaving the manor, I found this on my night shelf and I have a feeling that it was him who left it to me, however I don't know why."

"So your saying that he knows that you're a magic-user," Ciel said lost in thought. "And the fact that he had this book could only goes to show that there is a good chance that he can also use magic as well."

You nodded your head. "I really want to find out who he is and ask him questions more about how did he get here and why did he leave this to me."

Ciel's eyes slid up to look at your hair, that you had brushed out for the day. "So I see that you finally managed to remove the ears and the tail," he noted out remembering that just a couple of days earlier, a pair of ears had adorned the top of your head along with a furry tail.

You let out a happy sigh as you reached up to brush down the top of your hair. "Can you believe it!? After a few days since we got back to manor, I finally managed to get them to go away." You let out a laugh. "I could tell that Sebastian was disappointed at this, but he got over it. He's was actually pretty helpful at helping me find a way to get them to go away, so I'm actually pretty thankful for him. If it wasn't because of him, I'm sure that they would still be on me."

"He has huh," Ciel murmured underneath his breath. "Are you still able to call out the ears and tail."

"Yup!" You said and you let your body relax and a cool, watery sensation run down your body before disappearing. Now two lovely fluffy ears laid perched on the top of your head and a long tail flickered behind you. "Tada!" You exclaimed out happily with a laugh. "I can now call them out on will. Isn't that cool."

"I'm glad that you were able to get that figured out," Ciel said to you as the two of you made your way further down the hall.

You nodded in agreement. "Same as well. It would be a pain to hid them if I wasn't able to get them to go away." In a blink of an eye, both the ears and tail vanished, leaving you back in your regular human look. "Oh it seems we're almost there," you said to him.

You and Ciel made your way into the office room, to where you could see Sebastian standing at the table with an irk mark on his face. "Now what was taking so long," he exclaimed out as both you and Ciel made your way over to him, Ciel sliding into to sit at his seat, pulling several of the papers there over toward him.

"Sorry Sebastian," you said as you collapsed down into one of the seats that was there, pulling your legs up criss crossed. "Ciel was having problems dressing," you said as you pointed over to the young Lord who let out a gruffy huff.

Sebastian let out a chuckle. "Well I can understand that. The young master hasn't been that good in doing simple matters such as that."

"Sebastian," Ciel exclaimed curtly.

However, Sebastian just let out a chuckle as he placed a plate down onto the desk before Ciel. "Todays meal is a Banoffee Pie," he said as he placed a brown cake in front of Ciel.

'He eats nothing but sweets,' you thought to yourself as you watched as Ciel began to dig into the dessert. But it did look very delicious and you couldn't help but begin to drool over the chocolaty cake. 'Man I wish I could have some.'

Something was set down in front of you and you glanced down to see a small plate that had a slice of the Banoffee Pie on it. A hand rubbed the top of your head and you glanced up to see that it was Sebastian who was rubbing you, him also being the one that had placed the cake down.

"I assumed that you haven't had breakfast yet, so I set this pie aside for you," he said as he made his way back over to stand at Ciel's side. "The young master didn't need anymore sweets than he has. He already eats to much to begin with."

"And you will keep on making them," Ciel informed Sebastian with a huff.

Sebastian smirked before bowing down to Ciel. "As you wish," he said to him before straightening up and and picking up several stacks of paper that were lying on Ciel's desk. "You have several paperwork to fill out to the Queen regarding the demon hound case, not to mention a letter from the Holiday company about the deal that you had made with them regarding their products," Sebastian said as he shuffled through the papers before placing it down in front of Ciel.

As he was saying this, you began to chow down the cake that was laid out before you. 'This is so good!' You thought to yourself as you listened in on Ciel and Sebastian's conversation. 'Thank you Sebastian!'

Ciel slid the papers over to him as he took up a pen, to begin working on them. "For the day Sebastian, I would prefer it if you would train (Y/N) this afternoon," he said as he began scribbling down onto the papers. "It would be better if she knows how to use her abilities to the full extent. There may come a time where she needs to protect herself."

"As you wish sir," Sebastian said with a bow before turning to address you, before giving you a strange look. You froze in stead, your mouth full to the brim with chocolate cake and frosting all over your mouth and nose. You stared wide eyed with a sheepish grin on your face as you let out a small laugh.

"Whaat! It's really good!" You exclaimed out.

"I'm glad that you liked it," Sebastian said in an amused tone, a smirk on his face as he watched as you licked the frosting that was surrounding your mouth.

Ciel let out an over exaggerated cough at seeing your messy face and Sebastian reached down and handed you a handkerchief, which you immediately took from him. "Thanks," you mumbled out as you used it to wipe your mouth.

"(Y/N) why don't you go outside and wait for me, while I discuss with the young master about several things," Sebastian continued on saying as if nothing had happened.

"Okay if you say so," you mumbled out to him, just now swallowing down the food that was in your mouth. You stood up from where you sat at, pushing the plate over to Sebastian knowing that he would probably take it down to the kitchen along with Ciel's plate. "I'll be out back," you told him as you picked up the book that was resting on the desk and tucked it underneath your arm.

Closing the door behind you, you began to make your way down the hall. Every since Ciel had found that you could use magic, he's been having Sebastian train with you ever since. This was rigorous training and of course you would find every possibility to sneak off, however this never worked due to Sebastian always finding you every five minutes.

As well as having you practice and holding spells, Sebastian would have the two of you battle it out along with one another, teaching you to hold your own in case you were ever against someone stronger than you. It was helpful yes, but tiring all the same.

After switching your maid uniform to a more appropriate fit for training, you began to make your way out toward the back of the manor. You shield your eyes against the blinding sun as you soon found yourself in a small grassy area of the property right next to the woods.

'I guess Sebastian isn't out here yet,' you thought as you came to a stop in the middle of the grassy landscape. You glanced around the area, suddenly wondering where the servants we're at. You haven't seen them at all for the day, but you guessed that they were probably off doing their chores.

A small noise came from the direction of the forest and you glanced over toward the direction it came from, wondering what it could be. Setting your book to the side, you made your way over toward where you had heard the noise. 'It's probably just a bird or squirrel,' you thought to yourself as you peered in between the trees.

A sneeze sounded and a reddish blur rolled out from a bush at your side making you shriek out in surprise and fall back. A fox pushed itself up to blink large caramel eyes at you and you let out a sigh of relief. "What are you doing here pup," you said out loud to it. It sure wasn't a full grown fox maybe about like halfway through it's age; like a teenage.

The fox displayed no signs of hostility and in fact seemed curious about your figure. Sniffing it's small snout in your direction, it slowly crept forward, it's large eyes gazing into your own without breaking contact. You stuck a hand out allowing it to sniff it. "I wonder if you're the same one I saw on the picnic."

The fox suddenly scampered away back into the thick undergrowth leaving you staring after it. 'Well that was something,' you thought as you got back up and headed back to where you had left the book. 'Sebastian's still not here! Don't he know you're never suppose to keep a girl waiting?"

Not knowing if he was going to take longer, you settled yourself down onto the grassy ground and pulled the book closer over toward you. Sure you had glanced through the book several times, but you had never took the time to actually thoroughly go over it. 'I wonder..' In the next second you shouted out, "Glossaryck!" Nothing happened and you let out a pout because of this. 'Man I was really hoping that worked,' you thought.

You opened the large leather book, you gaze darting down to the pages that consisted of a variety of spells. 'Let's see what type of spells do we have in here,' you thought as you began to flip through the large book.

"Honesty spell," you read out loud when you had came to the page that addressed it.

Honesty Spell

A spell which the person the caster has used on will be forced to tell the complete truth to the caster for a maximum of 2 hours.

To use the spell recite: Help the person I visualize here to speak with truth and honesty not with fear. Lies and dishonesty hurt those so dear, with this offering help him see that so clear.

The complexity level of this spell is a 2.3.

------------------------------ Intermission by the author ------------------------

Hey you all! Here's a quick explanation on the the categorization of spell levels and such. So the complexity of spells are divided up into five categories; one being the lowest and five the highest. The first category is simple and easy to do, like ones such as weather spells that don't require a lot of energy. Two is also fairly low, while three, four, and five head into difficult spells. Spells for three through five require much more energy and can drain the user. If a lower energy user attempts to do a spell higher then their range, the user could seriously injure themselves and in some cases, death. In rare cases, there has been known for spells to exceed the fifth category and only a few are able to use them. There are some rare cases where spells can exceed the fifth category and only a few can use them. The reader right now is a level 3.0 and is working on improving her stats. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me in the comment section. Thanks for reading and now back to your daily dose of Black Butler!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You continued to flip through the pages, looking over the other spells such as Invisibility, dream walking, and other high level ones. This book was filled with everything that had to do with magic-user's and spells. It even had a small summary on the history of magic-user's which you definitely looked over.

Why had the guy given you this book? Was he trying to help you enhance your abilities or something. It was then that your gaze locked onto a bookmark that had been left in the book and it seemed as if it was positioned at the last page of the book. Curious to as it was marking, you flipped to the last page only to see writing in cursive.

'Sometimes I sit by myself and wonder, Do demons fall in love?

If angels are meant to be pure, Why do some fall?

A doll is a child's toy, And yet they can be deadly.

Beware who you trust and keep a watchful eye out, For magic-user's like ourselves have much to worry about.' -A trusted friend

'This clearly has to be from the guy who left this book for me.' So he was a magic user as well. The main questions were who was he and how did he of all people know that you were a magic user? You remembered that you had the knife hilt on you and you pulled it out from your back pocket. It had been days since you had found it back in Houndsville and you still had no clue what the words on it meant.

It clearly had to be some type of riddle, but from the way the sentence ended you could tell there was still more to it. A person who lives in disguise, who deals in secrets and tells naught but lies.. Was there by some chance that it was talking about a thief. There was a good chance, but you wouldn't know until you found the rest of the pieces.

"Are you ready for your training," came a voice from behind you causing you to jump in startlement. You slammed the book shut and whirled around to face Sebastian who was smirking from behind you,

"What took you so long!?" you exclaimed out to him as you lurched yourself onto your feet, facing him with a pouty look on your face.

"The young master needed to be advised on several of the papers that he had, which is the reason why it took so long. I do apologize."

"It's okay," you told him with a wave of your hand. "I'm ready to train whenever you are."

"Then why don't we begin," Sebastian said and you nodded in agreement.

Like you guys always did, you took your position on the opposite side of the field, facing each other. Sebastian was calm and looked at ease as he meerily glanced over at you, like he wasn't expecting you to be much of an opponent.

'Well I'll teach him wrong,' you thought to yourself as your body slid down to a defensive form, bracing for an attack. "Listen I want you to use your full power. No holding back okay. If I ever do have to go up against a stronger opponent, I should at least be prepared to fight them."

Sebastian let out a amused smirk as he nodded his head. "Sure why not. If you want that, I'll give it to you."

'Give.. it.. to.. you..' you could help but think about how inappropriate that sentence sounded.

Sebastian darted forward, startling you for a second for you weren't prepared for him to begin without telling you. Your eyes narrowed as you watch a blur dart toward you and though you couldn't make out the details of the person you knew that it was Sebastian.

As soon as he reached you, you slid to the side only to be targeted with a flying fist, quickly making you twist your body to the side. You raised your elbow and sent it barreling toward Sebastian's side only to be blocked by a single hand. "Damn it," you muttered out. Adrenaline was coursing through your blood, causing your senses to be on high alert and you could feel your heart pounding loudly in your chest.

Your eyes instantly locked onto the leg that was swinging your way and you blocked it with crossed arms, causing you to be pushed backwards. "Don't forget what I taught you," you heard Sebastian say.

'Can't you see I'm trying,' you screamed in your head. Sebastian was standing in front of you with a smirk on his face as if he was raining you about not being able to land a blow on him. You rubbed your bruised arms where our had blocked Sebastian's kick. It had hurt a lot more than you expected, probably because of the force of the kick.

Not taking a second to relax, you charge forward toward him acting as if you were about to punch him, but then swerved to the side and swiped a side kick at him. As if he was expecting this, he caught it with one finger irking you more. 'Are you trying to show off!'

A smirk crossed you feature, causing him to widen his eyes as you dropped down to the ground, before propelling yourself forward and up at Sebastian, and shoving your arms up into his chest area. "With the strike of my hands, course lightning through his blood," you quickly chanted out.

Using your hand as a brace on his arms, you paced a foot on his chest using it to spring over his book coming to a crouch behind him. You spun around to see strings of yellow lightning crackling off the surface of Sebastian's body, several strings coated his entire figure.

Of course it wasn't used to it's full effect since you don't want to seriously injure him, but you made sure that it was to the point that even a demon could feel pain. Sebastian let out a chuckle once the electricity vanished, giving you an amused smile. "Not bad," he said. "You've gotten faster and more flexible."

"Well I had a good teacher," you told him, your eyes wary watching if he was going to attack once again. You were breathing heavily and you did all you could do to calm it.

"Shall we continue," Sebastian said as he himself slid down into an attack position.

"Yes, we.." it was then that you got distracted upon seeing the white fur of a large familiar demon hound. "Plu Plu!" You exclaimed out as you raced over to him, him being in his hound form.

Pluto looked overjoyed to see you and he bounded over to give you a large slobbering kiss in the face. "Eww Pluto," you said with a giggle as you hugged the canine from around the neck and stroked his fluffy fur.

"I would appreciate it if you focused on your training, rather than that.. beast," you heard Sebastian say behind you in disgust.

"But he's so cute," you squealed out and you burrowed your face further into Pluto's fur.

"Oh (Y/N)! I wasn't expecting you to be here," you heard a sweet voice say and you peered out from around Pluto's massive head to see Finny heading up toward you with a large ball in his hands. "Oh and you're here Sebastian," he included when his eyes came upon Sebastian who was looking on with a semi annoyed expression.

"Shouldn't you be doing your chores Finny," Sebastian said curtly, his eyes care watching Finny who was heading over to you.

Finny let out a sheepish expression as he scratched his chin, his emerald eyes glancing down. "Well I was able to finish fertilizing the front of the manor, but I.. umm.. tended to use to much and some of them may have.. died."

"Aww, Finny it's not your fault," you said as you placed a hand onto his shoulder in reassurance.

"I've told him mutiple times not to over fertilize the flowers," Sebastian said briskly. "He should know by now and that doesn't explain why he's back here with that.. thing," he finished saying his eyes narrowed in disgust at Pluto.

"I..well.. just thought I might as well look after Pluto," Finny said softly. Sebastian said nothing only gazed down at the boy causing him to fidget in place.

"I think that's totally fine," you told Finny with a smile. "Don't listen to anything that grumpy old pus says," you added on as you pointed over to where Sebastian was.

"What were the two of you doing anyway?" Finny asked you curiously.

"We were actually just training," you told him.

"Oh I'm sorry! I wasn't meaning on interrupting!" He exclaimed out.

"It's okay Finny really."

"Still. I leave you two to continue," he said as he patted on Pluto's snout. "C'mon boy, let's leave these two to their training," he said as he began to head away from you. Pluto let out a while as he nestled closer to you, clearly showing that he didn't want to leave you.

"If that's how you want to play then," Finny began to say before pulling his arm back and soon launched the ball he was carrying into the woods. "Go fetch!!"

Pluto's ears instantly perked up and a lopsided grin was etched onto his face as he sprinted after the ball, barging into the tree line. Finny let out a laugh as he followed after him. "Atta boy!" He exclaimed out. "See ya (Y/N)!"

"Now with the distraction gone we can continue," Sebastian said with a sigh of relief.

I don't know why you hate Pluto so much; or dogs for the matter," you said as you made your way back to stand close to Sebastian.

"Their just vile creatures," he muttered out. "I prefer cats over them."

You rolled your eyes at this, before sliding back down into a defensive position. "Shall we continue?" You asked him and he nodded.

"We've wasted enough time so why don't we." He too slid into a fighting position, ready to for you to launch your attack on him.

You launched forward at him, your eyes flickering over to glance at his abdomen planning on attacking him there. Suddenly, your body was struck by a large white object causing you to let out a startled cry and topple toward the ground. You braced yourself for the crash, only to feel a soft texture wrap around your body and pull you toward a warm embrace.

"Pluto!" You heard Finny's voice from the distance, but you paid no attention to him as you gaze up flustered into Sebastian's concerned dim red eyes.

"Don't you dare drop me," you told him and he let out a deep chuckle because of this.

"I would never dream of," he replied back. "Are you okay?" He asked you and you realized that he still hadn't let you, causing you to blush and nod your head. "Yeah."

"And yet another reason why I hate dog's," he said as his eyes slid over to look at something "They always get in the way."

You glanced over to see Pluto knawing on that same ball that Finny had thrown. "Pluto!" you exclaimed out causing the canine to turn around and face you. His eyes widened as a look of jealousy crossed his features upon seeing Sebastian holding you in his arms. Letting out a howl of grief, he launched himself at the two of you, however Sebastian swerved away with you still in his arms.

This time Sebastian actually placed you to the side as he glared in disgust at the hound who was whimpering in front of him.

"I'm so sorry (Y/N), Sebastian!" Finny cried as he raced over to where you were at. "Pluto suddenly just started charging back here and I just couldn't get him to stop."

After coming out of your daze, you straightened up to give Finny a reassuring smile. "It's okay Finny. It wasn't your fault that Pluto charged at us."

"But I should have had a grip on him!" He exclaimed out.

"Finny, it's okay."

"Now I hardly think this is what you call training," you heard a voice behind you say and you whirled around to find Ciel behind you guys. His eyes flickered between Finny and Pluto, lingering for a sec on who you was close to Sebastian.

"Sorry sir, but it seemed we were having a bit of a complication with something," Sebastian addressed Ciel as the young Earl came up closer to the three of you.

"How is her training going?" Ciel asked him curiously.

"She's doing much better than she has done lately. I can tell that her skills are improving and that she is getting better at fighting," Sebastian was saying. "However she can be distracted easily and I think.."

You zoned out of their conversation, you gaze sliding over to gaze into the woods wondering where that fox had headed off to. A flash of purple caught your sight, but it vanished as if it was never there. You shrugged your shoulders and turned back toward Ciel and Sebastian, only to be surprised to see that Ciel was looking expectantly at you.

"I'm sorry did you say something?" You asked him.

Ciel let out a sigh and he repeated what he had said. "I said your training is done for the day. I want you to come with me to the town."

"You want me to go with you?" You said sort of surprised that he would want you to accompany him.

"Isn't that just what I said," he turned to address Sebastian. "Go fetch the carriage, I want to be leaving this instant," he said. "Oh and (Y/N), it would be better if you changed into a more appropriate outfit for when we go to town." He turned around, most likely heading toward the front of the manor already.

"I guess that ends the training then," Sebastian said, his eyes trailing after Ciel. "Don't try to be late," he said as he headed off after the direction Ciel had left on.

"Hmm, I wonder why Ciel would allow you to accompany him to the town," Finny said curiously. "I should probably go then," he said.

"Oh, then bye Finny. I'll see you when i get back."

"See ya (Y/N)," he said. "C'mon Pluto!" He exclaimed to the large canine who was knawing on his ball. Letting out a snort, Pluto picked up the ball and bounded after Finny. You let out a chuckle upon seeing this before turning around and heading back into the manor.

After changing into a more 'appropriate' outfit which you though Ciel would deam acceptable, you headed out to the front of the manor to see Sebastian already sitting up front and you could only assume that Ciel was already inside.

You made sure to let Sebastian know that you were there, before hopping your way into the carriage, coming to find Ciel sitting on one of the seats inside. "What took you so long?" He asked you when you came in. You sat down besides him, surprising him for a second.

"Sorry I had to change and everything," you told him.

Ciel said nothing but use the tip of his cane to tap the top of the carriage, indicating to Sebastian that he could go. In the next moment, the carriage lurched forward, making its way out and away from the manor.

"By the way, I was wondering," you began to say. "Why did you wanted to bring me along?"

Ciel gave a small shrug. "I guess you can say I just wanted the company."

You tilted your head to the side. "But you have Sebastian right?"

"I mean someone other than Sebastian. He's two much like a nagging nanny," Ciel said. "I rather have someone who's closer to my age."

You were surprised at this, but you didn't mind accompanying Ciel to the town. Suddenly, you let out a yawn as exhaustion came over you, probably because of the fact that you had been training earlier.

You laid your head down onto Ciel's shoulder, and you felt that he sorta jumped underneath your touch. You drifted into sleep, allowing your dreams to over take your mind.

'Mama what's happening!' a younger you exclaimed out to your mother who was sitting on the couch alongside you. On the t.v in front of you, you could see a large group of people which you knew were magic users were rioting against the AMA. Your eyes watched as a large fight broke out between the two group, and your eyes stayed glued on it.

'It's the resistance,' you heard someone say and you looked back over the couch to see your father making his way over to where you were at. His eyes stayed glued onto the t.v as he said, 'Our people are sick of the way the world is treating us, so their trying to make a stand.'

'Is mister Malcom out there?' you asked him curiously.

Your mother let out a hmm. 'There's a good possibility that he is.'

Your father nodded. 'Knowing him he is. He's never like the way the government is running things.' He let out a small smile as he ruffled up your hair. '(Y/N), promise me that you'll try not to get involved with the conflict and the AMA.'

'I promise!' you exclaimed out, not knowing the seriousness of the promise.

Your father let out a small smile, before he glanced back at the t.v worry displayed on his features. 'Why don't we watch something else?' he said as he switched the channel.

You woke up upon feeling the carriage come to a lurching stop and you realized that you were still laying on Ciel's shoulder. It was then that you realized that something was draped across your body and you glanced down to see that Ciel had covered you with his jacket. Looking up, your gaze caught onto Ciel's eyes, him already gazing down at you.

"Oh!" You quickly said as you straightened up and handed his coat to him. "I hope I didn't drool on you. And thanks for the coat," you quickly said.

Ciel let out a barely noticeable smile as he took the coat from you. "No you didn't drool on me. It seemed that you were cold so I put it over you."

"Well thank you," you told him shyly. You glanced around that carriage and as you did so you could hear people outside it. "Shall we go out?" You asked him. "We're here already and I don't want to keep you from anything."

Ciel stood up as he crossed over to the door with you on his tail. "It doesn't really matter. I just came here to do a few shopping nothing for business."

This sparked your curiosity. "What were you planning on buying?"

"Nothing really special, just planning on looking around," he said. The two of you had managed to get out of the carriage and was greeted by Sebastian.

"So where do you intend on heading?" Sebastian asked Ciel as the three of you began heading down the sidewalk of the busy town. You took your time to peer into the shop windows 'oowing' and 'awwing' at the displays.

"As of right now, I just simply plan on wandering around and looking through the shops," Ciel replied as you continued to peer around the district. You raced ahead of the two, and something caught your interest in one of the windows.

"Ooh look Ciel!" You cried out to him, pointing into a window of one of the shops. Ciel headed his way over to you, and glanced into the window you were pointing to. On display was several stuff mannequin dolls and surprisingly they all seemed to resemble the characters from Black Butler. You could see a minature Grell, Alois and Sebastian. And.. "Oh! Look Ciel! It's you!" You exclaimed as you pointed to one of the dolls.

"It looks nothing like me," he said as he gazed down at the doll. You could hear the song 'London Bridge is Falling down' coming from inside of the shop, but chose to ignore it.

"Of course it looks like you," you said with a laugh. "The same eye patch, eye and hair color, and the scowl you always have on your face," you said teasing him.

"I don't scowl like that," he said however it sounded hesitant.

"I'm just messing with you," you told him. Your gaze drifted further down the district. "Let's keep going! I want to see what else they have!"

"She's quite energetic," you heard Sebastian tell Ciel.

Ciel said nothing and instead kept his gaze on your figure, watching as you ran from window to window.

"Ciel let's go into this shop!" You exclaimed out to him as you pointed into one of the shops.

"Sure why not," Ciel said and you darted into the shop Ciel on your tail.

"Sebastian," Ciel began to say. "Wait out here for us."

Sebastian bowed down to Ciel, "As you wish my lord."

You raced around the store, not minding the stares that you received from the people as you glanced down at the merchandise. A bracelet charm caught your eye and you made your way over toward it. 'It's so cute,' you thought to yourself as you picked up the bracelet and admired the dog charm that was on it.

"Excuse me," a voice behind you said and you swiveled around to face one of the employees. "Will you be buying today or are you just going to stand there. If you do not have any money - especially considering that you're of a lower.. position - please leave."

You felt your jaw drop upon hearing his nerves. 'How dare he!' It was obvious that he was calling you a peasant.

"She's actually with me," you heard Ciel say, him having just walked up, figuring what the situation was.

"And you would be.." the employee trailed off, his eyes taking in Ciel's elegant clothes.

"Earl Phantomhive," Ciel plainly stated out, giving the man a cold glare.

You could tell that the employee was intimidated by the young Lord as he took a step back. "Well feel free to shop however you like," he stuttered out before scurrying away.

"Thanks for the help," you told Ciel, who's eyes glanced over to the charm that you were holding in your hand. "Do you want that?" He asked you.

You quickly nodded your head in yes. "It's cute and it looks just like Pluto."

"Then let's buy it," he said as he lead you up to the cash register.

"You don't have to."

"Nonsense, you want it so I'll get it," Ciel said as the cashier rang the item up before handing it to you in a bag.

"Thanks Ciel," you told him as you put the bracelet on your wrist and admired the way it fit on you.

For the rest of the day, you and Ciel - quietly followed by Sebastian - made your way throughout most of the rest of the town, stopping into shops whenever you saw something that caught your eye. By now the sun was setting and the three of you began to make your way back to the carriage done for the day.

"That was fun!" You exclaimed out as Ciel made his way into the carriage.

"I have to agree," Ciel said with and. "That wasn't actually that bad."

You let out a laugh at his response, and just as you were about to hop your way into the carriage, a light tap was felt on our shoulder. You glanced to the side to see that Sebastian was handing you an envelope and you took it from him. "What is this?" You asked him and you gazed curiously down at the envelope to see your name on it.

"Someone on the street wanted me to hand this to you when you weren't busy," Sebastian said. "It seemed to be important to him.

"Thanks Sebastian," you told him as you made your way into the carriage and sat down from across Ciel.

His eyes glued down onto the envelope that was in your hands a questioning look on his face. "It seemed that someone wanted to give this to me," you informed him. Ciel nodded before glancing away and out of the window.

You glanced onto the envelope reading, 'To (Y/N), From James.' Your eyes widened upon seeing that name. Figuring it was the person you were thinking of - the James from Houndsville - you tore open the envelope to read the letter inside. It had been days since you had last seen James and the last thing you remembered was him leaving the village after you had warned him about Lord Henry.

Your eyes darted down to the writing reading; Dear (Y/N), I just wanted to thank you for warning me about Lord Henry and the fact that he was planning on killing me. After leaving the village, I heard rumors that Lord Henry had murdered a villager named 'James' and that he was supposedly was also killed. As of now I lived on the outskirts of London trying to remain low. Once again thanks and hopefully we might be able to see each once more.

You placed the letter down after reading it. You would have to write back to him later, but as of now you had other things in mind. You glanced at the window, watching the buildings blur by wondering what tomorrow will bring.
