Clementine looked at Louis' limp body on the bed. His face was pale, his body was slowly getting colder, and he was losing a lot of blood. He would've been better by now, but the group was running low on medicine. So now, they couldn't do anything about it.
Luke, Javi, and Clementine were slightly hurt from their minor injuries, while everyone else was okay.
Tears ran down her face as she looked at him. She couldn't help but feel guilty. Guilty for what she had done to him. Ruby was right, she was the cause for all of this. She trusted Sophie when she already had done more bad things than you could ever imagine. She had gotten Minnie, Violet, and Omar captured, not to mention she had gotten Aasim killed.
Even Mitch had turned on her. He despised her now, he couldn't even look at her without mumbling at least a dozen insults towards her.
Clementine squeezed Louis' hand firmly. His hands were cold, motionless. Instead of the happy and charming smile he always had, he had a pale and lifeless expression on his face. This broke Clementine down so much. More tears ran down her face each second she was with him.
"I'm... sorry. God, I'm so fucking sorry, Louis..." Clementine croaked, wiping her tears while doing it. "This is all my fucking fault. I don't deserve you. You're... the best thing that's ever happened to me."

Clementine broke down into tears as she looked down. Just then, Clementine felt Lous squeeze her hand. She looked up at him to see him with his eyes open and a small smile forming on his lips. A huge grin formed on Clementine's face as she looked at him. His face was still pale, and his appearance made it seem like he was going to die, but his face said otherwise.
"L-Louis?"
"Hey, darling." He managed to say, coughing right afterward.
Clementine kissed him passionately as he kissed back. She pulled away and frowned. He placed his hand on her cheek. "I... I thought you were going to die." She said, tears threatening to fall again.

Ruby walks over to Louis and sees how he is doing. "Oh, and Clem?"

"I'm sorry for being such an ass out there. Aasim just meant a lot to me-- I know it wasn't your fault."
Clementine appreciatively smiles towards Ruby. "It's alright, Ruby. I've been through that as well. Too many times to count, actually."
Ruby stands up. "Okay, so Louis is still bleeding, but, since he's conscious, that rises up the chance that he'll live. All we really need to do is patch him up."
Clementine lets out a sigh of relief as Ruby smirks. "Are ya'll together?"
Clem's breathing hitches. "Umm..."
"You can tell me, y'know. I won't go 'round telling people."
"Well, yeah."
"Oh, well, ya'll have my blessing." Ruby joked while walking away, causing Clem to laugh.

It had been about a week since the day the raiders came. Louis was finally healed, and everyone was planning on how to rescue their friends. Everyone was asking Clem the questions, mostly because she had been there before, which was stressing Clem out a lot. She was always on edge, and would recently exclude herself from everyone else.
"Clem! Just tell us!" Mitch tempted her, raising his voice louder and louder. Clementine had had enough.
"Mitch, can you shut your fucking mouth for once! I told you, that's all I know!"
"No, it's not! You've been there before, just tell us the fucking truth!"
"I AM!" Tears starting welling up in Clem's eyes.
"Why can't you just tell us! Why? Is it because Lee told you not to!?"
"I told you not to fucking talk about him!" Clementine's anger was through the roof now. She pushed Mitch to the ground, causing him to hit his head on it. He looked up at her in disgust.
Clementine soon realized what she just did and ran off into the dorms. Voices echoed behind her. She didn't go back after that.

It was the middle of the night, probably 2:00 AM when Clementine couldn't sleep. She felt terrible. Only one thing could make her feel better.
Clementine quickly but quietly walked outside of her room and tiptoed upstairs only to see more doors. She tried her best to not make one single sound. But when she did make one, she cringed and kept on going.

"I'm just sick and tired of people pressuring me to tell them about what happened at the raider's camp. I told them everything and-- they just won't listen."

"Not to mention, I'm just killing or hurting everyone here. I got Minnie, Violet, and Omar kidnapped, I got you hurt, and I got Aasim killed. I--I just don't know what to do."
"Clem, you did nothing. Everything that happened was because of the raiders. You are not to blame."
"But none of this would've ever happened if I didn't make you guys fight."
"You're right-- We would all be dead or taken away to work as their slaves. By making us fight, you saved our lives."
The room goes silent for a few seconds.
"Gabe came up to me today, he was really angry."
Clementine raises an eyebrow. "What did he say?"
"He started ranting about how I didn't deserve you and how you guys kissed."
Clementine widens her eyes. She was surprised about how Gabe changed. Instead of the nice and funny guy he was, he was being a jerk.
"Is it true, Clem?" Louis gives her a sad look. Clem's heart broke at the sight.
"Well-- It's half true. We did kiss, but he kissed me. I don't know what was going through his head when he did that, but when he kissed me, I pushed him away and told him off."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
Clementine looks at the ground in shame. "I was afraid you would be mad at me-- or worse, go beat him up or something."
"Clem, when something happens, you have to tell me. We can't keep secrets from each other all the time."
"I know. But I don't want him. I want you."
Louis blushes but then smirks. "You want me, huh?" He scoots closer to Clem, teasing her.
"Y-yes?"
"Why don't you prove it to me then?"
Clementine laughs and shakes her head. "Idiot." She pulls him in, kissing him. Little did they know things were about to get heated.
