When the curtain of night descended, everybody started preparing to go to sleep.
Chu Qing-Yan opened her eyes, waiting. Ever since she got hurt, Xiao Xu would often come by to check on her before she sleeps. Only after she fell asleep would he return to his own room. He was probably worried that she would have another nightmare again.
