My pulses dropped. The words that came out of his mouth felt like a nightmare which I want to wake up from as soon as possible. Thinking I might have possibly heard wrong, I asked him again.
"W-What is his name?" I asked shaking
"Joon" He answered non-hesitantly
"Okay thank you" I said
I turned around with tears damping my shirt. Why is it that when I am about to take a step forward to her, a news always come which causes me to back off?
I reached my apartment and opened my door still crying. As soon as I entered, Jimin hyung saw me and bombarded me with questions. I went inside my room without answering and locked myself.
I went for a warm shower while still crying my heart out. After I got out, a singing sound was heard signaling, I had received a text. I ignored it and sat on the bed while my head was in my hand. My back fell on the bed surface and I closed my eyes. I drifted myself off to sleep while crying.

I woke up feeling dizzy due to the excessive crying. My was head spinning yet the thought again bought me to the verge of tears. There was a knock on the door, I quickly wiped my tears with the back of my hand and went to open the door.
I opened the door and saw Jimin hyung standing there. He handed me a mug of coffee. I took it from his hands and thanked him.
"Your not going to let me come in?" He questioned
I opened the door wide for him. He got in with me following behind. He was standing while I took a seat on the edge of my bed. My head was hanging low as I spaced out while looking at the cup of coffee.
I felt shifts beside me and I knew Jimin hyung sat beside me.
"What happened? Don't you dare say nothing cause I know something's up!" He warned
I look up at him with tears in my eyes. His eyes softened at the broken sight of me.
"Y/N.. my predictions about her are always wrong. Why is that when I want to step forward to her.. something comes up?" I said while sobbing
"What happened exactly?" Jimin hyung asked concerned
"She was sick and Joon her carried to the hospital from her house.. I guess she actually likes him" I stated
"Wait..What?! How do you know?!" He asked
"I asked the security guard" I said
I could see Jimin hyung's hands started to shake. He had a panicked expression and his face went pale.
He calmed down and asked me
"Was she unconscious?" He asked in a shaky voice
"Yes..why?" I said
The cup Jimin hyung was holding, fell from his hands. The sound of glass shattering into pieces made me flinch as the coffee painted the floor. His hands continued to shake as he facepalmed himself. I was absolutely confused.
"What's wrong?" I asked
"Fuck! A big problem has happened"
He suddenly ran out of the room with me tailing behind him. I called out for him but he just kept going on. He got on the lift and pressed on the 17th floor. Wait isn't that the floor Y/N lives on?
He reached and started to bang on her door.
"What are you doing?" I asked confused
"We have to to break it" He said
"Wha-"
Before include say anything, he kicked the door few times and shockingly it opened. We both got in. My face turned from a confused to a shocked face. Everything was messed up all the things was out of place.
"Shit! He kidnapped her" He said
I was shocked. I decided to go further into the apartment. When I entered the hallway to the bedroom. The walls caught my attention. I looked at it and a huge blood stain was spotted on it.
My heart stopped beating for a moment. I went to Jimin hyung and saw him using his phone to call someone.
"Shit! My phone is out of cash!" He cursed.
"Use mine" I said
I took out my phone for him to use. I opened it and saw text for me was there which was really catchy. It was a video with the caption 'specially for Jeon Jungkook'. I opened it and Jimin hyung asked.
"What's taking you so long?" He asked
"This video" I answered
"What video? Show me" he said
I opened the video and we both started watching it. In the video was Y/N. She was harshly getting abused by a guy covered in black. My tears started to form. She was in a lifeless condition. Blood dripping down her face, hands and legs scared. It was a terrible sight to watch.
I was crying while Jimin hyung was terrified as well at the sight. The video ended. The guy came forward and opened his mask. The moment he opened his mask, my blood started boiling.
"Hope you enjoyed! Stay tuned for more. Next video shall be live" He spoke with a smirk
I clenched my jaw as my teeth gritted like they would break the other because the pressure. My eyes turned red as tears of anger were dropping.
"I should have understood, he was talking about her" Jimin hyung blurted
"What?!" I asked angrily
"Let's call all the guys over and then we will talk" he said
I didn't say anything as the only thing that was lingering in my mind was that I have to protect her at any cost..
The guys arrived at Y/N's house with a confused yet shocked face.
"What happened in here?!" Hoseok hyung asked
"Well that is what we called you here for" Jimin hyung said
I was sitting in the couch quietly while my eyes potrayed how outraged I was. The guys came and sat down and Jimin hyung started to speak.
"Well today, I overheard Joon on the phone arguing about taking someone from the apartment and taking that person to an abandoned factory and all. But I was not sure who it was so I let it slide thinking it's some rubbish things he is doing.. But the person was actually Y/N and he kidnapped her. This is why, this is the condition of the house." He said in one go
"WHAT?!?" The guys said in unison
"He sent us a video a while ago showing how he abused her." Jimin hyung said again
Everyone went in silent mode. I was furious and started to speak.
"If you guys had bothered to tell me the truth earlier, then none of this would have happened!!" I said furiously
"Did you ever have the urge to find out?!" Taehyung spoke back
"I would have if you had told me!" I snapped back
"There is nothing we can do about it, if your fucking ego is more important than the girl you love. If it wasn't, you would have tried to find every way possible which proved it's all a lie!! Besides we only got to know a month ago and Y/N made us promise not to tell you!!!" He stated
I stopped speaking. He was right, my ego did stop me. The news that she cheated on me really hurt me but I never realised it was ego that stopped me from finding out the truth.
"Okay guys this is not the time for these. We need to find a way to save Y/N from that bastard" Namjoon hyung said
"I will inform the girls about this and also Kai and Irene and Yoongi you inform a police that can help us without it being known. This news shouldn't reach Joon or else he would change the location." Jin hyung said
So I was the only one in the dark. It is my fault anyways. I deserve it. She got treatment she never deserved. I was crying in an unstoppable pace and Namjoon hyung came and comforted me.
"You have to stay strong or else we can't save her Hmm?" He said
I nodded while the other guys gave me looks of pity with softened eyes.
We did every possible measure but we can't expect any outcome within an hour. I was sitting there when the bell rang. Yoongi hyung went to open it.
The girls along with Kai and Irene came in. They came with a worried face. While Kai came over to me and asked
"Bro you alright?" He asked
"I am sorry for the rude behaviour" I said with a guilty look
"Nah it's okay, I would do the same thing but after confirming the truth. It may sound rude but your really stupid for believing in a morphed picture.....I heard you already know?" He said
He is right....I am stupid
"But just wanna inform you.. She still loves unconditionally. Make sure when you get her back, hold her so tightly that even if she wants, but she can't escape" he said
His words really inspired me and created urge in me to protect her more. Suddenly Yoongi said while everyone gave nods of agreement.
"Listen to what he says Jungkook! You really need it!"
I looked at them and glared. While they all gave me smug looks. The bell rang suddenly. I decided to go up and check who it was.
I opened the door and my angered expression turned more angry. I was disgusted and the person spoke making me cringe even more. I felt like hitting that person.
"Hey kookie boy!"
