"She's awake."
"Good morning sunshine. Don't you look delightful."
"Oh shut up."
"What do you wanna do today?"
"Well we haven't really gotten any time alone together since Christina's accident. So, Lets bring the kids to the babysitter and we can go somewhere special."
"Okay. Let me call Kayla their babysitter."
"Okay. I'll be back."
I have the day planned out perfectly for her.
~ Shays POV~
I know I should really get sleep but I can't. I wonder how the kids are? I wouldn't know because I've been here for so long. I don't even know if she's going to make it. I Know I should have faith in her but it's been so long. I don't know what I would do without her, she's my everything. How are we suppose to get married? How are the kids gonna react? How will we live without her? I might be the one hurting but I think Ellie would be hurt the most. That's when I heard a beep and looked up. She's flat lining.
"Help! help! She's flat lining!"
A nurse rushed in and took her out.
"Where is she going?!"
"She needs surgery."
"Can I come?"
"Sorry no. Please wait out here."
Why? Is this really the end?
"Cameron!"
"What?"
"Chris started flat lining and she's in surgery! Please bring Ellie."
"Okay were on our way. Well be there in 10 minutes."
"Okay thanks."
~Ellie's POV~
I wonder what were doing today. I just dropped the kids off and he sent me directions to where we were going. I drove over to where were going and I was in a big field.
"Cam?!"
"I'm over here!"
"Where?"
"Right here." and I felt warm hands over my eyes.
"Well who is this?"
"Take a guess."
"Uh, Jake from State Farm?"
"No! It's me."
"I know it's you. What are we doing?"
"Here take a step right here and you'll find out."
"Okay. Can you move your meat fingers now?"
"Uh no because you said that."
"Wow."
"Okay look now."
"Oh my gosh."
We were high up in the air in an air balloon. Under us was a picnic.
"Wow Cam."
"I know I'm awesome."
"Yea yea. This is so amazing. Thank you so much."
"No problem. Anything for my girl."
"Your so sweet, and amazing you know that?"
"I know I'm like superman."
"Okay buddy. This view is beautiful."
"Not as beautiful as you."
"Thanks Cameron."
"Wanna eat?"
"Yes."
"We have caramel apples, Starbucks, Chipotle, and chocolate!"
"Sounds like heaven."

How did I get so lucky to get an amazing guy like Cam?
"Because I'm amazing."
"Did I say that out loud?"
"yea. But I feel the same way. I am so lucky to have a girlfriend like you."
"Awh Cam. You're the best.
"I know I am. Hold on."
He pulled out his phone and answered it.
"What?"
"Okay were on our way. Well be there in 10 minutes."
He hung up then started to land the balloon.
"What's wrong?"
"It's Chris she's in surgery, she was flat lining."
"Lets get this thing landed then lets go."
We some how landed the balloon and ran to the car. We hoped in as drove off to the hospital.
"You t-Think she's gonna be okay?"
"Yea, she's tough."
"Okay."
Deep down I knew he was lying but I just want to believe the lie so bad. Maybe I'll loose my bestfriend today. What will Shay do? The kids.
"Cam!"
"What?!"
"What about the kids?!"
"They'll be fine. They're still with the babysitter."
"Okay."
We drove the rest way in silence, with my fingers intertwined with his. We finally arrived. I ran inside, running to the front desk.
"Where is she?!"
"Maim calm down who?"
"Christina!"
"Who?"
"Never mind!"
"Calm down Ellie."
"Why?! Why should I calm down?! My bestfriend is in their dieing and you want me to calm down!"
"She's not dieing she's okay. She's actually awake."
"What?"
"it's okay. She actually wants to see you."
"Okay."
I slowly walked to her room. I arrived at the door and I slowly opened it. I looked in and saw a figure by her bed with something that didn't look good.
"What the hell are you doing?!"
They turned and looked at me. I couldn't see who it was but they then pulled out a gun and almost shot me but Chris knocked it out their hand. She went to choke Chris but I jumped on their back. They tried to knock me off but I wasn't budging. They ran out the room with me on their back.
"Cam! Shay! Help!"
"Ellie?!"
"help!"
I could hear their footsteps.
"Get off me!"
"No!"
"Fine."
The person then instead of knocking me off put me over their shoulder and ran out the door with me.
"Let me go!"
"You wouldn't get off so you're mine."
"Help! Cam!"
"Ellie!"
I saw him run down the hall and he finally saw me.
"Let go of her!"
The person continued to carry me. They brought me into an empty room and held a needle with something in it that didn't look good to my neck.
"Scream and I jab this into you and you die."
"Okay."
"Ellie?!"
"Come get her!"
Cam came to the door and saw me. I mouthed the words "help me" and he took a step forward.
"Back up pretty boy or she gets it."
"What do you want?"
"I want you to leave and I take the girl."
"Never. Ill leave but with the girl."
"Nope."
"Fine be that way."
They started to press harder making it very painful.
"Okay. I love you Ellie but I don't want you to die."
"Wise choice. Now back up."
He started to back up and I bit the persons hand making them drop the needle.
I darted for the needle and grabbed it. Cam ran up to the person and jumped on them. He got up with the guy. He held them in a head lock.
"Who are you?!"
"None of your business!"
"Okay then Cam."
"Okay! I can't tell you who I am but I was sent by Isabelle."
"What? I thought the police got her!"
"They let her go once they found out she has a mental disorder that makes her want attention."
"What?! Wouldn't that make you want to lock her up?!"
"No. They assigned me to her. They told me whatever she wants give to her because she only had two more weeks to live. The disease is killing her slowly."
"So she wanted Christina dead? And you listened?! I'm pretty sure they didn't mean killing someone!"
"She told me to or she have me dead."
"Fine. So what did you want with me?"
"She wants you captured since you are the problem of all this. If you didn't exist them her plans would work."
"Wow. Okay."
"Yes I'm sorry now can you let me go?"
"Uh yea. But we have to tell the cops."
"No!"
"Yes or else she will kill you because you failed. I don't get why I'm being so nice to you. I could easily have Cameron kill you."
"And I don't get why I haven't."
"Thank you. I'm sorry."
"It's okay I guess. Just don't try and kill my friend again."
"And if you ever try to kidnap my girlfriend again I will personally take care of you."
"Understood."
"But we do need to know who you are."
"Fine. let me take my mask off."
They pulled their mask off revealing who they were.
