Qichen's throat went parched as his heartbeat exhilarated. He tried so hard to calm himself down then acted naturally and went to sit in front of him.
“I don't know that you can drink.” Qichen struck the conversation while pouring the wine into the empty glass which he didn't know why Shi Shen put it here even though he was drinking alone.
Judging from his attitude, Qichen believed that he was older than Lin Yue for sure.
Aigh….He recalled that he forced the man to drink the milk in the past so don’t know whether he resented him or not since looking at his gesture he definitely handled the liquor quite well.
On the other hand, Shi Shen lightly said without looking at him,”It felt like someone is going to come if there is another glass on the table.”
Actually, regarding this man, Qichen felt a bit confused. He felt like the person in front of him was actually lonely but at the same time he pushed others away in which he couldn't tell what is exactly on his mind.
“So why are you here? I did say that we should talk later but not late into the night like this.” Shi Shen turned his face to look at him with a raised eyebrow.
“Your surname is Shi?” Qichen gave a question which sounded rather like a statement instead.
This is the reason why he did nothing to Shi Co. and to the Ting family. He figured that it was definitely related to him so he laid low and did nothing even if others thought that he was a coward he didn't care at all.
Even though Xu Jin couldn't dig any information about Shi Co. he still believed in his intuition.
Just that he didn't understand what he did toward the Ting family. Even if it was a revenge why bothering went through this much trouble?
Regarding this matter, Qichen didn't know this but Shi Shen wanted Ting Shiqing to experience the exact same thing as Lin Yue did.

Shi Shen was in a rather good mood thus he lightly chuckled then gave a charming grin in which he didn’t know that this action of his almost cause Qichen to have a heart attack.
“I will tell you if you won’t get drunk before me.”
Qichen was quickly snapped back by this sentence and couldn’t help but feeling a bit speechless since no matter how you look at it, he would undoubtedly win.
Seeing that the man didn't immediately agree Shi Shen reassured,”Don't worry there is nothing wrong with the drinks.”
Qichen pondered a bit then finally agreed.
Only round after round did he finally know that he was gravely wrong!
He, himself was dead drunk but the young man in front of him still drank like it was water!
Qichen slightly shook his head to chase away the dizziness but didn't know why he was getting dizzier while his mind was getting cloudier until a clear voice rang out making him momentarily clear-headed.
Shi Shen put the glass onto the table then he crossed his slender legs and supported his cheek with his right hand while staring unblinkingly at Nian Qichen.
The corner of his lips slightly curled upward. He didn't do anything to the drinks but he did tell He Tian to dispel the alcohol inside his body, therefore, he wouldn't lose to Nian Qichen no matter what.
He opened his mouth then slowly put down his question,”Tell me. Who are you?”
He actually didn’t expect to hear the answer that he want from him but since he didn’t have anything to do anyway might as well ask some questions.
On the other hand, Qichen frowned once he heard the question.
‘’I’m Nian Qichen.’’ He answered his face was full of confusion.
‘’Are you sure?’’
Qichen wobbly nodded his head in return.
Therefore, Shi Shen calmly stated toward He Tian,’’Seem like your hypnotism didn’t work.’’
He Tian grind his teeth then replied,’’He is not a simple fellow. I can’t use that skill on him for some reason.’’
‘’What’s about your superiors?’’
He Tian paused a bit then hesitatingly answered,’’They haven’t replied yet.’’
Shi Shen gently raised an eyebrow then said,’’Are you sure that they are not the one who sent him to interfere with me?’’
At this question, He Tian suddenly went silent because he too was not sure about their intention.
By analyzing the situation, this possibility was quite high depending on why they sent Shi Shen here even though there was no one who could actually fix the plot.
That’s right, these broken worlds were already abandoned so it was no use to come here.
Beside the Lord, no one can actually fix them.
He knew this but still went along with them and hid the truth from Shi Shen.
But how come no one tell him that there’s another person coming here?

Shi Shen tapped his slender finger on the armrest contemplating how much can he trust this supervisor.
There were a lot of suspicious points.

Nonetheless, Shi Shen didn't feel frustrated at these questions since he knew for sure that it was not the time for him to face the trouble yet.

‘’You, when did you fall for me?’’

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Qichen blinked his eyes a few times then he appeared to be in deep thought.
Silent befell the room but Shi Shen patiently wait for his answer.
After another while passed, Qichen quietly mumbled,’’When I went to the amusement park...no...when I decided to act as a big brother...That’s not it either…’’
Trailing of his sentence, he suddenly went silent again. Not long after he opened his mouth to say a sentence in neither low or high voice. This time his voice didn’t contain any uncertainties it seemed that he finally found his real answer.
A gentle smile graced his handsome face,‘’The moment I landed my eyes on you.’’
Staring at his face which full of sincerity while saying this sentence, Shi Shen actually doubted that the man was currently acting which caused him to frown at the thought.
Actually, for all this time, Shi Shen never doubted that the man was tricking him with his acting so he felt a bit displease with the possibility that he was here just to toy with him.
Since another thing that he hates the most is being played with by others.
If this was really the case wait till he made him regret being here.
Anyway, Shi Shen lost interest in questioning him so he decided to send him back to his room.
However, somehow he couldn’t find even a single servant nor his bodyguards to help carry Qichen back to his room.
‘’You are not leaving him to sleep in the balcony, aren’t you?’’Questioned He Tian.
Shi Shen lightly asked‘’Am I that cold-hearted?’’
He Tian didn’t even need the time to think before instantly replied,’’Yeah!’’
Not at all interested in his answer so Shi Shen didn’t say anything in return as he slowly made his way toward Qichen.
‘’Get up.’’
Hearing this, Qichen stared at his face in puzzlement for a while then slowly propped himself up but he wobbled due to the dizziness.
Shi Shen acted timely as he immediately grabbed his arm pulling him toward his body.
Due to his action, Qichen lost his balance causing him to fall and put down all of his weight onto Shi Shen.
Good thing that Shi Shen has been training his body for all these years thus he was not a weakling like in the past anymore so he could receive him without falling down only staggered a bit.
As a result, it looked like the two were hugging each other in which He Tian couldn’t help but comment,’’Tsk, tsk in the past I thought that it felt like I was watching a BL drama but seem like it is really the case after all.’’
Shi Shen didn’t have the time to bother with him because he was enduring the urge to throw the man away due to this physical contact.
He took a deep breath to calm his mind then slide his hand down to put around Qichen’s waist while another hand grabbed Qichen’s arm to put around his shoulders.
Shi Shen supported him to lay down on his own bed since he couldn’t bring him downstairs so he could only let him stay in his room instead.
Shi Shen unbuttoned his shirt and was about to go and wash up when his sleeve suddenly got tugged.
Glancing back, Qichen was staring at him with his eyes half opened.
‘’Can’t you stay?’’
His voice was full of sorrow with his pleading eyes added to his exceeding handsome face, everyone would agree by now but Shi Shen remained silent, he said nothing in return.
‘’Don’t leave me again...I’m begging you.’’
After he finished saying this he finally fell asleep but still held onto Shi Shen’s sleeve without letting go.
Therefore, Shi Shen gently removed his hand, tucked him in the blanket and walked away.
After Shi Shen finished drying his hair he worked for a bit then went to sleep on the couch.

Morning arrived. Qichen slightly frowned due to headache. His eyes slowly opened only to see a familiar yet unfamiliar ceiling. It only took him three seconds to realize where is this place.
He quickly sat up thinking why he is in Lin Yue’s room instead of his!
Right then, the door suddenly opened revealing the owner of the room came in while carrying a food tray.
Shi Shen coolly looked at him then said,‘’Go and wash your face then eat the hangover soup.’’
Qichen was still a bit confused but he still nodded his head as he slowly got up to go to the bathroom.
“Thank you.” Qichen thanked him once he finished the soup but he didn't dare to meet his eyes since he had just recalled what happened last night when he was inside the bathroom.

For Shi Shen, he only reminded of Nian couple's faces when he went down to take the hangover soup and his breakfast.
They were puzzled but at the same time they were excited hoping for something to happen between them last night in which Shi Shen found it hard to react.
However, Shi Shen didn't bother with last night and this morning matter so he nonchalantly replied, ”No need. Go now or you will be late for your work.”
For the first time, Qichen didn't want to go to work at all and stay at home instead since at least he could still get a glimpse of him.
Nevertheless, he knew that if he said something like he got no work today the man would definitely stare daggers at him.
He inwardly sighed then depressingly went out. However, when he just opened the door, Shi Shen's voice suddenly rang out.
“Shi Shen.”
Qichen abruptly paused and quickly turned around to look at the young man with disbelief filled in his eyes.
“Is my name.”
