As the Destiny's Bounty 2.0 flies towards the Wailing Alps, Jay, Kai, and Zane practice Airjitzu by attempting to grab a flag atop the ship's mast, while Ronin and Sensei Wu watched.
Kai grunts as he tries to use Airjitzu to reach a flag. He tries again but misses. "Seriously!" Kai screaming anger.
"Aww, short. Just like your temper, Kai." Ronin laughed as he was watched them from the flag platform.
"Let me try." Jay says and tries his hand only to come up short missing the flag.
"That wasn't Airjitzu, that was Failitzu." Ronin laughed at Jay. "Or Stupiditzu." Kai also laughed at the Ninja of Lightning.
"To master the powers of Airjitzu, we must uplift, not put each other down, Ronin." Sensei Wu scolded the thief.
Ronin took a bite of an apple. "You close shop for a week, you gotta let me have some fun." Ronin spat back. "Aren't Nindroids supposed to be precise?" Ronin shouted at Zane.
"These new suits are heavy. Why can't we just use our old ones?" Kai sighed.
"These are embedded with Deepstone. They will protect you from being possessed." Sensei Wu explained.
Jay tries again this time flying far above the flag. "Missed. Again." Ronin teased on Jay way back down Jay takes Ronin's apple instead. "Hey!" Ronin shouted at him Jay only Laughs.
"Yeah, well, maybe the name "Airjitzu" isn't uplifting enough. Maybe we need something more inspiring, like... Cyclone-do!" Jay says as he takes a bite to spite Ronin.
(Third Person P.O.V)
A blush spread across Morro's face. Morro wasn't sure if this was the best moment in his life in recent memory or not but it sure felt like it.
He and (Y/N) were sharing the seat in Mech-enstein (Y/N) sitting on the seat with Morro on her lap controlling the mech. (Y/N)'s head leaning gently against his shoulder as her soft breath tickled his neck as she sung in his ear.
Morro tilted his neck slightly allowing (Y/N) to have more access to the vulnerable part of his body. Morro was in heaven right now and that made Lloyd extremely jealous causing him to fight Morro's possession with renewed strength.
"What is it, Morro?" Bansha questioned noticing the bizarre look on Morro's face.
"N-nothing! Lloyd's spirit continues to fight my possession. Nothing more." Morro squeaked out.
"Bah! We cannot fail to secure the Sword of Sanctuary." Bansha hissed rolling her eyes at the boy.
"These winds don't affect us Ghosts. We could go faster if you abandon Lloyd and (Y/N). Soul Archer pointed out.
"Need I remind you only a Spinjitzu Master can find the tomb? If I leave Lloyd's body now, the Sword would be useless." Morro spat at Soul Archer.
"But our master would want us to—" Bansha started to complain.
"The Preeminent is not here, I am! Our master sent me to find the tomb, so until she's freed, you serve me! Understand!?" Morro shouted at the group.
"Yes, Morro." Came the reply from the group and (Y/N) continued to hum her song.
(Third Person P.O.V)
Nya was in a foul mood. After she and Ronin managed to get back from the now destroyed Samurai X Cave. Nya wanted... No, Nya needed to make (Y/N) suffer this.
(Y/N) had taken Samurai X from Nya just like she took everything else. (Y/N) stole her spot in the team, (Y/N) stole her big brother's attention form her, (Y/N) stole her boyfriends from her, she ruined Nya's reputation and for that Nya would have revenge.
In the midst of her heat filled daydreaming Nya spotted Cole inside the Bounty 2.0, not training with the others. "I could go for an ego boost right now." Nya though to herself.
"I'm going to go talk to Misako..." Nya grumbled to the others and walked off inside to talk to Cole.
"Don't feel like training?" Nya asked Cole as sweetly as she could while Cole just continued to lament his new existence.
"In case you haven't heard, I'm a Ghost. And don't tell me we can fix this 'cause we can't. This is just... Who I am now." Cole cried out as he tried to hold a cup but his hand passes through it.
"Ugh. I can't touch anything anymore." Cole screamed in frustration. Nya watched on with a rather bemused look on her face.
"Mind if I give it a try?" Nya asked and raised her hand up in an attempt to touch his cheek in a loving manner.
Cole's eyes went wide and he took a big step backwards. Nya let out a cute giggle. "There nothing to worry about Cole it's not like I'm going to catch ghost cooties." Nya chuckled with faux innocence.
"But it's sweet that you care." Nya finished with a warm smile, Cole returned a nervous one. "Sorry I'm just a little jumpy this is all so new a confusing." Cole apologised rubbing the back of his neck.
Nya only smiled politely and continued to play with Cole. "It's alright Cole If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here for you." And in triumph Nya deliberately sauntered off swaying her hips suggestively as she did.
"Still got it." Nya though happily to herself a light smirk appearing on her face and went to report her success with Cole to Misako and to tell Misako she was right that when you got down to it, people really were just like machines.
You just needed to know what buttons to press.
(Third Person P.O.V)
The Ninja went into the briefing room. Where Misako and Nya were waiting to show them a slideshow to explain things to them about the next clue.
"Now that both Morro and you have Airjitzu it's time to turn our attention to this second clue the sword in the cloud.
"Me senses tell me It could be many a swords, There be the fire sword, The Sword of Destiny, The golden cutlass." Zane said with a pirate accent.
"I thought you said you fixed his voice." Kai whispered to Jay. "I thought I did." Jay said with a sigh. "At least this is better." Kai snickered at Jay and sarcastically said. "You're right this is much better."
"The sword of invisibility, The sword of Invincibility, The blade of ruin." Zane finished.
"Aye, Zane and to add to your colourful account, there are many more sword's but it wasn't until Morro and his allies stole Nya's Samurai Mech that it all became clear."
"It's the sword of Sanctuary, protected in the cloud kingdom." Misako said beaming at her own intelligence.
"The Cloud Kingdom? I know every square inch of Ninjago there ain't no place called the cloud kingdom." Ronin scoffed.
"You're right it isn't in Ninjago it's in a parallel realm, that can only be reached through the blind man's eye." Sensei Wu exclaimed taking a sip of his tea.
"As in the Blind Man's Eye? The most powerful storm cyclone above the clouds? But it's altitude is far too high for the Bounty to reach." Nya pointed out casting a worried look at the ninja just like she rehearsed earlier with Misako.
"Unless we ascend the tallest mountain in Ninjago, the wailing alps." Misako said faux comforting Nya for show she didn't keep both her husband and Wu entrapped in her thaws without putting in a little work.
"Yes, the wailing alps when the blind man's eye passed its peak, you four ninja will jump into the Eye of the storm using Airjitzu to cross over into the Cloud Kingdom to take possession of the sword of the sanctuary." Sensei Wu explained giving Misako a kind and longing look for her motherly caring nature.
"Works everytime." Misako though happily to herself letting go of Nya. "So this Sword of Sanctuary that we're after, what makes it so special?" Cole asked his Sensei.
"It's special because reflected within its blade, you can foresee your opponent's next move." Sensei Wu announced to his students.
"And whoever claims it will have a huge advantage. Light's please." Misako said and Nya then pushed the button to turn the lights back on.
"This is about more than finding the next clue to the Spinjitzu Master's Tomb. This is about saving my son you cannot fail." Misako finished with a firm nod.
"Whoa, wait what about (Y/N)?" Jay questioned both Zane and Cole nodded in agreement. Kai's head perked up.
"I've done some digging but the Serpentine refused to talk to us under any circumstance." Misako half lied. Misako and Nya hadn't done any research into (Y/N) and knew the Serpentine would not aid them so they hadn't bothered to ask.
"Maybe we could try Dareth or Cyrus Borg again." Jay asked. "Aye, what about me kin Echo, he has Captain Borg's ear?" Zane announced with certainty.
"It's worth a shot." Cole said with a shrug. "I'm sure it will work once we tell him (Y/N) is in trouble." Jay agreed.
Zane was able to get ahold of his brother over the Destiny's Bounty 2.0 computer.
"Hello, Brother it is good to see you again." Echo said waving at Zane over the monitor.
"Aye, Echo it does me eyes good to see you as well me bucko." Zane answered in his pirate voice confusing the boy.
"Echo we need you to get Mr Borg, can you do that?" Jay pleaded with the copper nindroid.
Echo paused for a moment then said. "I will retrieve Mr Borg." Then saluted before racing out the room and returning with Cyrus Borg in his arms.
"Echo? What is this about? Why did you just snatch me away from my chair I was in the middle of work?" Cyrus Borg questioned the copper Nindroid as he adjusted his glasses to see what Echo had brought him to.
Jay was fangirling as soon as he saw Cyrus Borg and with Zane's new dialect Cole took over speaking for the group.
"Cole? You're a ghost!?" Cyrus Borg gasped at ninja of earth. "It's a long story. We need help, some ghosts took (Y/N) and the Serpentine aren't talking to us. Do you know any connections we don't about her?" Cole pleaded he couldn't take that look of pity.
Cyrus bit his lip. "I had a talk with the Serpentine not long ago and recorded what they had to tell me I don't know if it will be any help but it does involve Miss (Y/N)." Cyrus admitted.
"Great send it over and we'll let you know how thing go." Cole said ending the call before Cyrus could change his mind.
