Sangeet venue
It was the evening before the wedding, or you could say time for the function of Sangeet. Unlike the previous two which were quite private or included only close friends, this was out for the world to see.
The function of Sangeet showed how much the families and friends were excited about the wedding, a celebration including dance and music. And like its said the more the merrier. Today everyone was invited from the close ones to those they had only cordial relations with. From long term buisness partners to newly found investors.
The venue like always was extravagant, showing the wealth of murthy's ,perfectly complementing the wedding of their first born son.
The families were delighted. And everyone was in a jolly mood. Ishita and niyonika were socializing, while Raman and Raj were looking after the guests.
Adi was making sure everything was going well, looking at list of performances to doing tasks like making sure the guests received perfect hospitality from them.
Nandini looked elegant and chatted with the guests, also enjoying herself. As being the princess there weren't many responsibilities that were given to her today. Everyone wanted her to enjoy.
Manik looked dashing and girls couldn't help to oogle at him. He was helping Adi and also sneaking glances at nandini.
Preeti was with anika, within a small time they had gotten quite acquainted, like anika was a bit more responsible, preeti too was quite serious with her outlook towards life.
Nandini had grown up with two brothers and a friend like manik who full filled every wish of hers. She didn't even have to lift a finger to get her work done. Although going to America she had understood life but the princess in her had never gone. She could be called brat by some but all she is, is a princess made by her family.
This was quite a reason anika and nandini although had good relations but didn't get that close. Preeti was used to doing her things on her own, faced the life's struggles. So she and anika understood each other well. Also falling for the murthy brothers was also something they had in common.
Rest of their friends had come with their families and being in the rich strata of the society also brought certain obligations like socializing.

Today everyone was on their own, they weren't in that big group that they made, but with the person amongst that group they considered their closest friend.
Alia was with dhruv, since they were a couple their parents wanted the world to know this and perhaps bring to notice about the fact that one day their business might collaborate.
Alia was smiling all the time her hand in dhruv's, conversing with people when she saw Ruhi talking to a fashion designer. She excused herself and went towards them.
Al : hi
Ru : hi Alia. Meet Mrs kappor, she is a very famous fashion designer from America.
Yes the kappor's were also invited. Madhyam and soha were off talking to other people while their mother Mrs kappor had been caught into a conversation with Ruhi who was quite a fashion enthusiast.
Al : hello I have seen some of your designes, they are phenomenal.
Mrs kappor : thank you, and I am actually impressed at seeing young girls like you such fashion sense.
After a few more minutes Mrs kappor went to talk to others while Ruhi and Alia smiled to each other. Fangirl in them delighted.
Al : this is one of the major reasons to attend murthy functions or parties.
Ru : right, such high profile guests are here although I never actually realized Mrs kappor was madhyam and soha's mother. Maybe not trying friendship with her just because nandini doesn't like her is stupid.
Al : I am not sure, Manik and madhyam are kind of against each other and with Fab 5 always standing together.
Ru : Manik isn't the owner of Fab 5 just a member, all of you can have your own choices.
As they were talking soha went by them and Ruhi called her.
Ru : hi soha
So : hi, do I know you
Ru : not exactly but u must have seen us around in college.
Alia not thinking too much and deciding to take Ruhi's advice too introduces herself.
Al : I am Alia and she is Ruhi
So : hi .aren't you Alia a part of Fab 5 . Everyone in the college talks about then along with you know nandini
Al :yes I play the keyboard
So : God it's nice u know also having a chance to spend time with the handsome hunk of your lead singer
Ru : Manik
So : yes Manik, he is quite hot
Alia was a bit awkward while Ruhi had a evil glint in her eyes
Al : I have a boyfriend and besides I never really saw manik like that.
Ru : soha, do u like him
So : no, just appreciating he is good looking and besides the way he is all about nandini, I don't think I have a chance.
Soha went away on being called while Alia turned to Ruhi
Al : what were u trying to do
Ru : nothing just thought maybe it would be good If nandini had competition and not get everything straightaway. But seems like every girl knows that Manik is hers mad all they can do is just look.
Alia sighed knowing how much Ruhi dislikes nandini. It wasn't like she was a fan of her but she didn't detest her so much either.

Now, it was time for the first performance.
Fab 5 had the opening and had taken their positions. Manik took the Mike and started singing .

This created the mood and by the end of the song many family members along with the bride and the groom were dancing. Fab 5 had also left their instruments for a few seconds in the middle to join them. This was the perfect performance to begin .
As they ended their was great applause and everyone was into the performance totally.
