"Is this even warm ups ?!" I complained.
We've been jogging-wait not jogging , running to be more accurrate. We've been running to catch up to Amane , or her hero name Tears.
We've been running for almost 45 minutes , and I think I'm near my limit. I'm not really a fast runner , but I have good stamina. But I have to exchange that stamina for speed.
Speed isn't just my thing , Shiozaki on the other hand.
'She gave up on using her legs and procceeded on using her vine quirk to swing through the trees!' I thought out loud.
"Using , your quirks to adapt to the environment is quiet basic knowledge for a hero , as expected from a U.A. student" Amane complemented.
"This quirk is a blessing to me , which is why I must use it well" Shiozaki said and begins to catch up to Amane.
At this rate I'm going to be left behind for sure. Would it be a good idea to use my seeds now ? No , I have to use it for emergencies. I need to take into account the no. of seeds I possess , I musn't waste them so recklessly. Just like what happened during the sports festival...
Because of me using Beanstalk for many times , I've lost seeds to continue on the battle. I gotta becareful.
"Hurry up over there Satori , or you'll loose our trail" Amane called out.
I need to concentrate on running , but my legs are so sore. Using my quirk is so tempting right now ... No ! This'll be a good way to improve my physical strength

Amane's P.O.V.
It's been already an hour since we started running , and I can see the girls are starting to get tired.
Shiozaki decided to use her quirk to swing through the trees , good idea. She may not look like it , but I can tell she's smart.
Now , Satori...
She looks like she's about to die ?! Seriously, she hasn't yet used her quirk. I guess master was right about it.

"What ? That's insane ! Making them do that , they're just kids" I complained.
"Kids who are from U.A. , you've seen what they can do during the sports festival. Running won't hurt them" Master Roots said
"But , they aren't physically prepared on it-" He then cut me off.
"This is a good start for them to use their quirk not just for fighting , but to be able to utilize them at any given scenario"
"And ..." He continued after giving a dramatic pause. "This'll be a way to know on how Neose uses her quirk... After seeing the Sports Festival , I can see many faults in the way she uses it"
"She is hesitant on using it , thinking that she has to be careful on what to grow ... but she doesn't know , she has greater power... And also , see if the other side of her shows in any sign of surfacing"

Man , that guy gives the most complex sentences... Even so , it seems Satori's still herself. The side who doesn't understand her true powers.
"Uh ... We're nearing the agency" I said out loud.
"Really ?! That's great news !" I heard Satori exclaim behind us.
"Oh bless the heavens for we are near" Shiozaki said , this girl is really religious.

Neose's P.O.V.
Hearing what Amane just announced just lightened my spirits. We're almost there , I'm about to see Grandpa again.
Looking at my surroundings , brings me nostalgia. I remembered me and Haru-nii would explore around these parts which ends us getting lost. But Grandpa , Mom and Dad would easily find us.
Memories ...
"We're here" Amane announced.
We were finally out of the forest and beyond us lies a temple. It was Grandpa's Hero agency and not to mention ... My old home.
We rested for a bit. I think my soul's about to leave my body and my legs are about to detach from me...
"For such a large temple , it is quiet hidden in the forest" Shiozaki said.
"Yeah , we get that allot" Amane said. "Come on you two , Roots is waiting for you in his office"
She then lead us inside.
Memories of my time here really flashed before me. The only difference is that , there were more Heroes here than before. I guess Grandpa got popular , even for his old age.
"Satori , how does it feel to be back at your old place again ?" Shiozaki whispered to me.
"To be honest , I really don't know" I replied.
"But aren't you excited on seeing your grandfather again ?" She asked once again.
I nodded. "I've been wanting to see him for so long ... Now , I'm going to"
Amane then stopped at a large door. "Roots's is waiting inside, you guys go on ahead. I'll be waiting here" she said.
We nodded.
Amane then leaned to me and whispered something. "Try and avoid not to cry"
"I'm not a crybaby !!!!" I responded , Amane just smirked.
She then opened the door for us , and we them went inside.
It was a large room filled with plants. You would think at first you're at the outside gardens , but in fact we're stepping foot at Grandpa's forest.
"It looks like a forest" Shiozaki muttered as she looks around amazed at what she's seeing. "Even the floor is soil"
"It seems you two ladies have finally arrived" an old voice said.
We looked to see an old man infront of us watering some plants. His back facing us.
"Grandpa ..." I was stunned , seeing him again. Nope , don't cry Neose ! Don't cry !!!! But a tear rolled down my cheek.
"You don't need to cry Neose" He said , I then regained my composure.
"You two girls are here for the internships , am I correct ?" But we didn't answer. He then continued on speaking. "You might be wondering why I've chosen you girls as to be my interns. No , it isn't because of familial relations , and no it isn't because your quirks are similar to mine ... It is because I saw potential in both of you that you haven't yet unlocked. Which is why , you are here"
"Satori" Shiozaki whispered to me. "I sensed that the plants are moving around us ... This isn't good"
"What do you mean Shiozaki ?"
"I just have a bad feeling" she said , she looks tensed.
"I'm pretty sure Tears has already given you warm ups ... The trek you did from the station to here is only just the beginning" He then sets aside his watering can. "Now , since you girls are energized and pumped out. How about let us begin"
Why am I not liking this ?
"You two young heroes , try and restrain me" He then looked at us. "Treat me as if I am a villain" he opened his eyes giving us a sinister stare. But what gave its sinister vibe is the fact my Grandfather is blind.
"Satori !" Shiozaki pushed me away as roots were about to attack me.
"Shiozaki !" I cries out. Shiozaki was then wrapped around tightly in roots.
"I-I'm fine" she said.
"Two versus one ... Two young heroes in training against an old man. Let's see who wins" Grandpa said. "I'll give you a handicap , I won't move from my spot ... But make sure you don't get caught by my roots"
Then roots try to attack me , I had no choice but to grab a seed and make them grow to counter his roots.
But his roots were strong !
"Oh no !" I said as I dodge away from his roots.
"Satori !" Shiozaki called out.
I need to free Shiozaki from her bindings. I made a Venus Flytrap grow and attempt to snap the root but.
"As expected" Grandpa said as he use a root to kill the Fly trap I created.
"Darn it" I said .
I can't do anything . I can't free Shiozaki , I can't even launch an attack on grandpa , if I use Beanstalk I might cause collateral damage...
This is bad ...
"Is dodging and running away the only thing you can do ? Aren't you suppose to be heroes ? How pitiful" Grandpa said. "Hiding won't do any good... Do you think just because I am blind I cannot sense where you are ?"

He can manipulate roots at will , he can also sense his surroundings with the roots he uses.
Talk about useful considering he's blind !
Grandpa's right , hiding is futile considering his quirk. Then roots appear behind me.
"Oh no !" I instinctly grabbed some seeds and made them grow to protect me.
But it wasn't enough , I got thrown away to a wall.
"Satori !" Shiozaki called out.
My vision was hazy , that damn hurt ! My body is in so much pain.
Let me take it from here ...

My vision then became blurry , but before it became dark a voice spoke ... It was the same voice from before.

I'm really enjoying writing the story , even I am getting to know more about Satori.
Anyways , I've manged to finally escape from Bakugo.
