"Hey, Y/n." Your head turn to the owner of the voice that called your name. Your brows furrowed.
You saw a pair of thin lips tugged into a soft smile. Black eyes crinkled in both sides as he look at your face. His wavy hair sits still on his forehead. Its Jeon Jungkook.
And you dont know how to react. Its like you're paralyzed and you forgot how to talk. You dont move a muscle, not until Jimin step on your foot that made you twitch on your seat.
You let an awkward smile slip. "Hey." You shyly said.
"Can I sit with you and your friend?" He asked politely, he makes an eye contact with Jimin and nod slightly to him.
You saw Jimin nod back as an acknowledgement to the bunny guy. "Uh, I―" you stutter, your eyes not focusing on one thing.
"Yes. Yes, you can sit with us man." Jimin takes the lead. He looks at you with naughty eyes, and you knew he was saying that you should take this chance and not waste it.
He scoot down, leaving a spot for Jungkook beside you. The bunny guy sat down comfortably, his black jeans ripped on the knee part and the exposed skin touched the side of your knee.
You almost jerk on your seat but you dont try to take your knee away, his skin feels warm and soft. It tingles, as if his skin that touched your knee numb it. Your fingers grip the cup of your own choice of drink, your eyes glued to it as you hold your breath.
You couldn't look at the guy beside you, especially when you feel his eyes on the side of your face. "Have you been writing well?" He ask you as he rest his head on his fist.
You glance at him too quickly, "Yes. Yoongi has been helping me." Your voice almost a whisper.
He nod, his eyes still on you. "You dont need my shots?" He asks and you turn to face him.
"I dont think I need one right now but I'll tell you if I need one." You shyly said.
He smiled at you then nod. His eyes curving like he was so happy talking to you right now. He seems angelic.
Jimin cleared his throat that made the both of you turn to him. He was smiling, particularly at Jungkook.
"You're Jungkook, right?" He says.
"Yeah. Im sorry, I haven't introduce myself to you."
"Its fine. You're pretty popular, anyways. Im Park Jimin." Jimin said as he lean back to his seat.
"Ah, yeah. The dancer guy. I know you by face, I took a picture of you maybe once or twice." Jungkook said, finally recognizing Jimin's face.
Jimin smiled, nodding his head. "So uhm, are you in a relationship?" Jimin asked that made you want to throw your drink to his face.
Jungkook was flustered. His eyes widen, his hand goes to scratch the back of his head as he chuckle awkwardly.
"Dont get me wrong man, I ain't gay. Just want to know if you're dating someone." Jimin clears his throat as you blush. You glance at Jungkook sideways. You were embarassed and nervous.
What if he find out that you like him? You're screwed if that ever happens.
"Im not yet in a relationship." He said and you catch him throw a glance at you.
And you cant help but take your eyes of off him, you feel your cheeks growing hot.
Jimin lightly kick your feet. You catch his meaningful stare and the smile he is trying to hide.
You finally found the bravery you've been searching for since day one as you try to fight Jungkook's glance.
"One strawberry milk shake and wintermelon milk tea for Y/n!" The lady on the counter shouted that made you cut the staring contest between the two of you and Jungkook.
Your brows furrow when the lady on the counter shouts your name when you didn't even order anything other than what you and Jimin are drinking right now.
"It's mine." Jungkook said as he stood up from his seat. He stride his way towards the counted and grab his take out order.
He goes back to your table but this time, he doesn't sit down beside you. He just stood there infront the both of you and Jimin.
"I have to go. The girl was a bit interested in me earlier that's why I used your name instead. Im sorry." He bows down and you could only stare at him.
"Okay, see you around Jungkook." Jimin was the one to reply at Jeon Jungkook.
Everything was just processing. Sinking into your messy head that was drowning with the thought of the boy you like.
"Call me when you need a picture, kay?" Jungkook said softly and did an unexpected thing. He patted your hair softly.
You look up at him and smiled, mind still not processing anything. "Mmkay." You only said.
Then he turns to Jimin. "I'll see you around man." He said as he tap Jimin's shoulder.
Both you and Jimin watch him walk away the tea house. The bell ringing again as he swing it open, the lady said a fairwell to him and told him to comeback again.
"Girl, I swear he likes you too. Hit him up immediately." Jimin jumps on his seat.
But you only shook your head as you smile sadly, "I dont think he does." You said that made Jimin frown.
"What? How can you say that? He's pretty obvious with the way he glance at you." Jimin said as he lean in.
"Why would he order two drinks?" You ask that made Jimin look at you stupidly.
"What are you talking about? Why are thinking about his order?" Jimin said as he chuckle at you.
"He'll give the other drink to someone." You whispered.
Jimin nudge you. "What are you even saying? Hey, be optimistic sometimes okay?" He said as he smile at you.
You shook your head. "He likes someone. He said he's not in a relationship yet." You insist.
"Well, yeah. That's because he is single. And if he likes someone he could've just told us that he likes someone." Jimin said as he roll his eyes at you.
But you weren't one to be fooled. You knew how to read between the lines and you know that you shouldn't let your heart come first.
"He's not in a relationship yet but in the process of getting into one." You muttered making Jimin shut his mouth.
