The fact that people still just straight-up ignore the words that John himself wrote in order to keep claiming that he was in love with his wife amazes me, but not in a good way.
Man, I'm salty towards queer erasure today.
Anyway, it's August, huh? This month is gonna be fun for absolutely no one. But let's start with a chill fact.
Random Fact: John seemed to have spelled Combahee River as "Cimbakee".
I wonder if John had a very marked accent or if people in general simply used to pronounce the name of the river that way.
