Everyone I come across says that I look like my father.
And I guess you could say that.
That we have the same eyes.
Because we're both exhausted.
That we have the same, dry laugh.
Because we're both tired of the ignorance of this generation.
That we have the same drive.
Because we both want to make sure that when people speak of us, they speak of us well.
But that perfectionism, your father doesn't have that.
You're right. Because that's the one thing that my mother and I have in common.
