- REMOVE MAKEUP!!
your lips need to be able to breathe by being clear, make sure your remove all makeup before sleeping.
- SCRUB YOUR LIPS!!
scrubbing your lips is to ensure that they stay healthy and soft. it removes dead skin cells to make sure that your lips don't get an infection.
- USE LIP BALM!!
yes this is obvious but it is essential to keep your lips soft and smooth, try to carry one round with you!!
