-dRiNk loTs oF wAtEr. but no seriously, you don't want to become dehydrated!!!! lemonade is also a nice drink for the summer
DON'T:
-drink a lot of caffiene, alcohol, and soft drinks
DO:
-wear light clothing. it's summer, wear tanks tops and shorts. don't be afraid to show your body, you need to be comfortable!!
DON'T:
-make fun of someone for their imperfections. don't point out their weight, stretch marks, birth marks, acne, or anything. be respectful!!
DO:
-wear sunscreen, you don't want to get burnt!!
DON'T:
-go out in the sun with no protection. the sun can do very damaging things to your skin, like skin poisoning
DO:
-keep aloe vera gel with you, if you do end up getting a little burnt, this will cool the burn and make your skin feel better
DON'T:
-take a hot shower while you have a sunburn. i feel like this is pretty obvious, but it will worsen your sunburn and cause you more pain
