(Y/N) let out a groan and struggle as much as she could but the one carrying her never letting go.
They just patted her back to help her coughing up more seawater and carried her inside the Lighthouse prison.
"It is ok, I am Zane I was built to protect those who cannot protect themselves." A voice said.
"It did sound like Zane's voice only a little higher and cuter almost like an echo." (Y/N) thought to herself as she drifted off to sleep.
_____(Y/N)'s P.O.V______
I wake up and look around. I'm in some kind of dark area, the darkness around me pulsing and shifting.
I noticed something shining out of a crack in the wall, which immediately made me curious. I ran into a small open space where the shiny thing emitted from and looked out the crack in the wall. What I saw caused my eyes to widen.
Smoke from a volcano, and a mass comprised of hundreds of wrecked ships and the sea.
The only sound for miles around was the constant crashing of waves into the structure, the ocean winds blew strong and cold causing me to look away.
As I peer through the hole again and I realise just how high above all of this I'm from my hiding spot.
Wait... Hiding spot?
"Bask in the glory of what I, your master has created."
Turning around nervously, I saw someone who was perched up high on a high wall, watching me.
Her skin was an unhealthy pale appearance with deep purple and red veins that run from her eyes that are glowing reddish, orange.
She was wearing a very long black robe and her helm like crown, hiding her hair.
She emitted an aura of fear the sight of this woman made my blood freeze. I remember. I remember this fear. No, she was Fear, she was Cruelty, she was pure Evil and she was so much worse.
She couldn't be stopped, she couldn't be reasoned with and she would not rest until those who opposed her died at her feet... She was Hela; Queen of Darkness...
And I was about to be punished.
The Queen of Darkness jumped down from her vantage spot landing in front of me and knocking me to the ground. "Any mistake is certain death."
"That's why, my weapon... is why you must stay focused!" The Queen of Darkness screamed at me then kicked me into the vicinity of a burly, heavily armed man.
"Teach this one a lesson." Queen of Darkness ordered and jump out of my sight back into the shadows.
I knew what she meant and accepted my punishment running would only make it worse.
The burly, heavily armed man stepped in front of me and let out a mighty growl.
Abiding by the order, The burly, heavily armed man grabbed me and slammed me to the ground they let out a tiny soft growl as a disguised apology and began to pummel me in the face.
I understood... This person was only following orders as not to incur her wrath as well... It was alright... This was how we survived here trapped in the Queen of Darkness' tower-fortress... There were no hard feelings here...
Over the pummeling, I heard someone cry out.
"My Queen she is only a child." A voice tried to reason. then the sound of someone hitting the wall with their body and landing against the ground.
"She is a weapon! Nothing more!" The Queen of Darkness ordered.
That was ok too... I meant nothing to her and she meant nothing to me... I liked this just fine...
I continue to lay still and receive my punishment against the cold hard ground...
I didn't want to make this harder on my punisher then I had too... It wasn't like they had a choice in this... Serve or be destroyed were his only two options...
My face must have been bloody enough because my punisher stopped. "Now continue with lessons!" The Queen of Darkness ordered.
I stood up wobbly my face hurt from the swelling. Someone tried to stop me by putting their arms around me... I couldn't hear what they were saying but they were pleading with The Queen of Darkness...
I pushed my way out of their arms and started walking off to my lesson... The person that tried to stop me was shock that someone so tiny was still moving...
I try to say something to them but my jaw is too swollen for me to understand what I had said and went to continue my training like an obedient weapon.
I left the person stunned on the floor his sad eyes cast a soft, glow on the dark room. As I walked up the worn steps and pushed open a large wooden door.
I had to train...
(Third Person P.O.V)
Echo Zane continued to hover over the delirious (Y/N) he tried to comfort her and tell her everything would be alright.
(Y/N) had a high fever and was delirious talking a dark towers prisons. Echo Zane gently put a damp cloth on her forehead. Her fever still hadn't broken and Echo Zane was getting worried.
Echo Zane still didn't quite understand what was going on.
The storm had been terrifying for him and was hiding in the hidden basement, listening to the sound of the thunder.
The roar of the wind and crashing of the waves only continued to terrify him. When the storm finally subsided there came a terrible crash.
Dr Julien his Father went to investigate where the noise came from and what caused it.
Echo Zane sat in the dark basement for the rest of the day and all night.
Then Echo Zane's sensors picked up something a life in danger he quickly left the basement thinking it was his Father that was dying at the bottom of the ocean.
Echo Zane dived into the ocean and pulled the person out to his surprise it was his Father but a girl.
Echo Zane carried her up the stairs, hoping his father was there and had forgotten to get him and would know what to do.
But the only trace of his father were his inventions, and spare clothing.
Echo Zane did as he was built for, to protect those who cannot protect themselves.
Echo Zane had never met another person before besides his father... But his father had been a boy and this was a girl.
Maybe she was a mermaid?
Echo Zane had read about them in a waterlogged book that had washed up on shore once.
This girl was beautiful enough to be one but she didn't have a fish tale. Echo Zane continued to sit beside her and monitor her recovery.
(Y/N) murmured a little and looked at Echo Zane she was still feverish and Echo Zane went to check the cloth on her forehead.
(Y/N) grabbed his copper hand and smiled weakly at him. "-Cute... Just like an echo...Zane..." (Y/N) said falling back asleep.
Echo Zane could feel his systems whirring after she'd called him cute.He'd never been complimented before it was nice
