Harry has been taking care of Teddy for years now. Teddy is ten years old and acts much like a normal child. With the exception of his Metamorphagus abilities.
So Teddy changing his hair color every week became a normal thing.
However, a new exception would be Teddy today.
"Hey Harry!" Teddy exclaimed, jumping down the stairs.
"Hi Ted-" Harry's words were cut off as he saw Teddy.
He had changed his hair to become longer, almost to his elbows, and a light teal. His eyelashes has extended slightly, and his cheekbones were a bit higher, giving him more feminine features. He had taken one of his oversized shirts and cut off the sleeves, and tied a scarf around the middle to give it more of a dress appearance.
"Crap, Teddy. This is new," Harry commented, raising his eyebrows.
Teddy frowned. "Is it bad?"
Harry laughed and shook his head. "No, Teddy. You look fantastic. Your dress is... Interesting."
Teddy pouted. "I don't have any real dresses."
Harry laughed softly, incredulous. "We'll have to change that."
Teddy nodded, and sat down to eat his waffles.
"So, Teddy... What inspired your look today?" Harry asked.
Teddy shrugged, and swallowed a bite of waffle. "Sometimes I don't feel like a boy and I want to be a girl, and sometimes I wanna be a boy. I can change how I look, so I tried to make myself look like a girl. But-" Teddy leaned forward, as if sharing a secret. "I don't know what girls look like down there, so I kept what I have."
Harry laughed. "Okay then. Did you know that's a thing? It's called genderfluid."
Teddy's eyes lit up. "It sounds cool!"
Harry grinned at her. "It sure is. Do you have a name you would prefer to be called?"
Teddy shook her head. "Mom and Dad named me Teddy, and I like Teddy."
Harry nodded. "Okay. Since you're more feminine - it means more female or girl related- do you want to go get some more feminine clothes?"
"Can I finish my waffle first?"
Harry smiled. "You sure can, Ted."
While Teddy ate, Harry dialed Hermione's number.
"Hello, Harry."
"Hi, Hermione. Is Draco at work today?"
"Yes, but they'll be off in ten minutes. Why?"
"May I speak to them?"

"Harry, who are we waiting for?" Teddy asked. "The clothing store is right there!"
"I know, but I have an old friend meeting me today."
"Harry?"
Harry turned around, smiling, to face none other than Draco Malfoy.
"Draco," he greeted. "It's wonderful to see you again. I haven't seen you since Hermione first started working at the Ministry."
"A pleasure to meet you again," Draco replied politely.
"Draco? Like Draco Malfoy?" Teddy asked.
Draco's expression immediately became wary, and their right hand drifted to touch their left arm.
"The Draco Malfoy that saved Harry's life?" Teddy sounded excited.
Draco's expression relaxed into a smile. "I suppose so."
"Draco, what are your current pronouns?" Harry asked.
"Masculine," Draco replied easily. Harry nodded.
"Okay Teddy. Yes, this is Draco Malfoy. He is also genderfluid, but he has a third gender he also identifies with. You feel masculine and feminine depending on the days. So does he, except he also some days identifies as nonbinary. This means some days he has no gender at all. Does that make sense?"
Teddy nodded brightly. "Cool!"
Draco knelt down. "So I take it you're a princess today?"
Teddy nodded brightly.
"Then we should find you some lovely princess outfits!" Draco exclaimed.
Teddy brightened, but then turned to Harry. " Can I?"
Harry smiled. "He's here for a reason."
Teddy cheered, and the pair rushed into the nearest store.
Four hours and way too much money later, Teddy had a newer, more feminine wardrobe; complete with 6 dresses, 8 shirts, 2 shorts, 3 skirts, 2 jeans, and a tiara that both Teddy and Draco insisted was necessary.
Teddy immediately proceeded to have a fashion show when Harry brought her and Draco home. The two clapped and cheered for each outfit.
After Harry had tucked Teddy in, he came back to the kitchen.
"That's really cool of you, being so open about Teddy being genderfluid," Draco mentioned.
Harry smirked. "I got my practice around you."
Draco laughed lightly. "I should head home."
"Oh yes, of course. Would you like to have dinner sometime?" Harry asked.
Draco smiled. "I'd love to. Here's my number, so next time you don't have to call Hermione."
Harry smiled. "Shut up, Malfoy."
Draco stuck out his tongue, laughing, and left.
Harry smiled.
Teddy had really brought him and Draco together.
