Day before Luka's birthday...
Luka was in his room playing his guitar. He was upset, ever since the day Marinette found out about his birthday, she had been ignoring him. Just then Juleka walks in the room with party streamers.. Oh no. Juleka froze hoping he didn't noticed her.
"umm.. Hey si- why do you have streamers?"

Juleka turned to face Luka.
"It's for umm.. Marinette! Tomorrow is the bakery's anniversary"
Luka put his head down.
"Juleka? Do you know why Marinette's ignoring me??"
"uhh.. I. Have. No. Idea"
"uhh.. Yes. You. Do"
Juleka just stood quite. And headed out.
"Hey Juleka! It seems you have something like this in your heart!"
Then Luka started playing really loud and angerist music. Juleka turned back and faced Luka.
"okay! Listen here big brother! I love you and all but please BE QUIET! I have absolutely no idea why Marinette is ignoring you!"
With that Juleka stomped away and headed to the bakery. Luka stood there shocked. What if he did something? Then his phone ringed. It was Marinette, and he quickly picked up.
"Hey Luka!"
"Hey Ma-Ma Marinette"
"I told you to let that go!"
"I do not wish to"
"okay, anyways.. I was wondering if you would like to hang out tomorrow? You know.. For your birthday? Then get a treat from the bakery at the end?"
"I would love too!"
"Great! See you then"
Luka sigh happily, tomorrow was going to be the best birthday ever! Luka got his guitar and continued playing.
Meanwhile with Marinette, she was helping decorate the bakery, well half of it. They were continue the rest tomorrow. They were throwing a surprise party for Luka.
Later that night, Marinette was finishing her dress. In two weeks there was going to be a ball dance in the school. Tikki went to Marinette.
"Patrol time Marinette"
"Just wait.. There! Okay let's go"
Marinette transformed and headed out. Chat Noir was already there. They usually patrol on the 🗼. But today they were in a building near Marinette's house.
"Lovely night M'lady"
"How many times I have to say, I'm not your lady Chat... "
"I know... But may I call you that?"
Ladybug started thinking, the her face light up.
"No you may not, but I don't mind Little Lady"
"little lady?"
"I'm teasing, I was thinking that you could call me umm... I actually I have no idea... "
"how about umm.. Bugaboo?"
"oh hell no! How about nothing for now"
"nothing for now? That's a very unusual name L.B"

Chat Noir and Ladybug talked about something's they didn't mind sharing, nothing bad was happening. Patrol went smoothly. After patrol Chat Noir & Ladybug went their separate ways.
Ladybug detransformed back into Marinette and went to bed.
Chat Noir did the same, but he couldn't sleep.
"Something wrong Adrien? Also more Camembert?"
"No.. I just wonder who M'lady be.. "
"didn't she say not to call her that"
Adrien got up as Plagg got his camembert. Play was right, he had told her to call her L. B, a name he wished to not be the name to call her.
Luka's birthday...
Marinette got up and decided to get changed. She put on this dress that was pink with white flower details. Tikki got out from her hiding spot. And told Marinette to go for a small morning patrol. Marinette happily agreed.
Luka was getting ready for today and started heading out. A few minutes later he arrived at the Dupain-Cheng residence.
"Hello Mr & Mrs. Dupain-Cheng!"
"Oh Luka, just call us by our first name"
"got it, is Marinette home?"
"she's probably still sleeping, go on and wake her up"
Luka nodded and headed upstairs into her bedroom. He got there and saw no one. Marinette wasn't there. Luka headed to the door to go tell Sabine and Tom.
"uh.. She isn't... Ladybug!?"
Just there Marinette arrived into her room still as Ladybug.
Shit
She only had less than a minute.
"I can exp.. "
"Is Marinette Okay?"
"She's saf- oh no!"
Beep! Beep! Just there Ladybug de transformed in a blink. Luka stood there shocked.
"M-Marinette? You're Ladybug?"
"I'm sorry Luka. I couldn't tell you, I couldn't tell anyone. If someone were to find out, it could put me in danger, but not just me but everyone I love as well. Luka, you must promise not to tell anyone, like no one. "
At this point Marinette was crying. Luka was surprised. But also shocked. But he didn't want to look like an idiot so he hugged Marinette tight.
"As long as your safe, then I'm okay with it. I also promise not to tell anyone"
Marinette giggled and smiled.
"Thanks Luka"
"Of course Buginette"
"Buginette?"
"Yes, a combo between L.B and Marinette"
Marinette got ready for the day. And Lukanette headed out.
The couple had went to the zoo and the movies so far. They were headed now to the park. Marinette planned a surprise for both, but mostly for the birthday boy.
2 days ago...
Marinette decided to send a message to the famous singer, Jagged Stone.
"Hey Mr. Jagged Stone, it's me, Marinette. You know the girl who designed your album cover and sun glasses. Anyway, I was wondering if you could perform at 5pm on the park in two days. It's my boyfriend's birthday and he's a huge fan of yours, just like me. Please let me know"

Marinette covered Luka's eyes as they arrived at the park. Jagged was already in position. Then Marinette revealed her birthday present to Luka!
"surprise!! A Jagged Stone concert!!"
"You planned this!?"
"yes I did"
Luka hugged Marinette and she hugged back.
"thanks Buginette"
The concert started a few minutes later, as people walked into near the stage for the concert. Everything was perfect until two hours of the concert. It started raining. Luka took out his jacket and used it as a cover to cover him and Marinette.
Jagged Stone had just finished his final song before making an announcement.
"Thank you Paris for coming! Especially miss Marinette & her boyfriend, Luka Couffaine!! Happy birthday Luka! Have a good night everyone! Thank you!"
Jagged Stone got of stage and headed to Marinette and Luka.
"umm.. Mr. Jagged Stone? May I have a picture with you?"
"of course"
Luka had asked to take a picture with the singer, and Marinette volunteered to take the picture.
It was still raining so the couple ran to the Dupain-Cheng bakery, still getting covered by Luka's jacket. Until they arrived.
"Thanks Buginette for the best birthday!"
"well.. It's not over yet, we still have to get our treats from the bakery!"
"oh right I forgot"
They both laughed before walking in.
"Surprise! Happy birthday Luka!"
"Wow! Surprise party? For me? Thank you guys!"
The rest of the night was great. Luka cut the first piece of cake and wiped some frosting on Marinette's face.
Luka's 16th birthday was full of surprises, lot's of surprises, but they were good ones.
