29. Taking an extra long vacation

Tsuna's finally in grade eight, everyone's training seem to be smoothly happening. Everything seem so normal but I can't help but to notice something doesn't feel right—something, or rather someone is missing. I looked left then to right, nothing out of the ordinary seem to happen.
I checked the student council office, to only see unfamiliar faces. Did the student council change?
The school looks to be a bit more chaotic? The teachers lounge are a mess with stacked of untouched paperwork needs to be tended, there were several errors detected to the school system, there were some massive miscommunication with one another.
These were usually all the menial tasks that Elias does in the morning to keep the school running a bit more smoothly. But now with him gone, it seems that they relied on the president too much that they're having trouble fixing their own mistakes.
...President Elias?
That's it! Elliot (or was it Elias) wasn't here, she said she'll be back in a month yet no one weren't able to get a hold of her. Even her friend during summer, she couldn't get ahold of her. It's as if she completely dissapear Namimori, which prove how terrifying their skills are when it comes to hiding and running away.
I decide to walk around to find Hari who looks absolutely grim, but she immediately put a happy mask when the two girls approached to talk to her. I approached Hari to ask about Elias' whereabouts, when I felt a small vibration in my pocket.
Bzzt. Bzzzt.
They're coming soon. Watch out for them.

I stare at my phone trying to decipher her message but I simply couldn't understand what the meaning of her word meant to be. 'They're coming soon' Who's coming? could it be a warning for us? to watch out for 'them'? But who could it be? Sending me a warning means that something big is about to happen soon.
Leon is starting to act up as well. Perhaps Tsuna's going face unexpected events sooner than I expected.
Bzzt. Bzzzt.
Also text me immediately if any news about Namimori students getting attacked ASAP. Thanks~

I sigh at this girl's incredibility, though she told me who she is. I felt like I've only touched the tip of an ice, barely scraping any information at her.
I feel somewhat frustrated that she seem to know more than I do, despite of being in mafia longer than her. The secrets of that girl seem to carry heavier that anyone else for what I seen for a while.
Just how heavy the secrets you carry?

Hayato Gokudera
I came to school with a cigarette on my mouth, as I started smoking. It was quiet, too quiet. Usually, that crazy president would be here and take my cigarette away from me. I look left and right to see any sign of that crazy man but there wasn't any signs of me.
"Is that a cigarette I see, Gokudera-san?"
I flinched hearing that dreaded man's voice from my behind, yet there wasn't anyone standing from my behind. My mind was playing a terrible trick on me, he wasn't there to stop me. No one was there. I dropped the cigarette, and stepped on it, It felt incredibly wrong to not see him or banter with him. The last time we say him was from the Sakura viewing, and after that there hasn't been anything about that crazy president.
Damn, I didn't know how much his presence has greatly affected me, despite the fact we barely talk to each other since he's usually talking with that baseball-freak or with the upperclassmen. I sigh as I walk to class, not caring if I was late or not.
Today's going to be quite boring...

Tsunayoshi Sawada
I was actually excited to attend to first day of school since I finally get to see Elliot-sempai, I always wanted to ask him to help me with some homework but I wasn't able get ahold of him.
Yamamoto and I are walking together, we met halfway going to school. I excitedly look for Elliot-sempai who's usually had a sleepy expression but I couldn't find him anywhere.
That's weird...
Despite of his small stature, he's usually not hard to find due to the aura he held but it looks like I can't find him.
Even some of the girls looks sad, mentioning that they haven't seen Elliot-sempai at all.
Maybe he overslept?

Takeshi Yamamoto
I noticed Elliot wasn't around the school this morning, and he wasn't with Hari or with the Sasagawa's siblings either. It somewhat felt really weird to not see Elliot lazily greet us with such a lack of enthusiasm.
I find him fun to be with despite of his lack of enthusiasm, he still tries his best to listen at our shenanigans and enter his opinion here and there. I find it fun to see him react to things since I find his expressions are adorable for a guy, and I can't help myself but to look at him more.
It looks like that he's late to school, which took me a surprise since I haven't seen him late once before. Tsuna seem to look for him as well, but to our luck, he wasn't anywhere to be found.
I guess we'll look for him later.

Ryohei Sasagawa
I arrived quite early to school, to see my class for this year! I hope to get to be in the same class with Elliot since it was extreeeemely fun with Elliot, despite of his lacking of enthusiasm his passions are exreeeme!
I want to badly recruit him to our club since he looks strong and I want to fight him once! I look for Elliot's name but he wasn't there. He wasn't listed to any classes at all. I furrow my brows trying think about this, but I won't think too much about this and walk to my new class.
It's probably some default.
