Once we got in the tent, Josh and I leaned against the couch. Our heads were about four inches away from the top blankets. How did they build this so fast? I laid my head back and closed my eyes for a minute.

"Hey, you can't sleep!" Jenna said as she poked my side.

"Ow, fine." I wined when she touched my bruised ribs.

"Sorry." She laughed.

"So, this is the gang uh?" Zack said as he settled on a small blanket the laid across the floor.

"Yep." I smiled. "Josh, Jenna, this is my older brother, Zack. Zack, this is Jenna and Josh."

"Nice to formally meet you all."

"You too." Jenna agreed.

"Zack is going to school to be a lawyer." I grinned at my brother.

"Yep. Second year, hopefully only one more to go."

"I meant to ask you, why did you get here so late?" I asked him curiously.

"My flight got delayed by an hour. Then my Uber driver was late. I planned on getting here around ten."

"Oh, okay." I smiled.

"Hey Ty?" Josh asked.

"Yeah?"

"Do you have some sweats I could borrow?"

"Yeah, man. Absolutely." I slowly crawled out of the tent. He wasn't too far behind me. We both started up the steps and to my room. I looked in my drawer and pulled out two pairs of sweatpants and threw a pair at him.

"Thanks, dude."

"No problem. Do you want a shirt too? Or are you good in that?" I asked.

"I'm fine in this, thanks."

"Alright. You can change in here and I'll change in the bathroom." I walked out of the room, pulling the door up behind me. I walked into the bathroom and shut the door behind me, quickly, I changed my pants then put the jeans I was wearing into the laundry basket. I walked out at the same time josh walked down the hall.

"Hey, I left my jeans on your bed. Is that okay?"

"Yep." We walked down the steps and back into the living room. We crawled into the tent and sat back onto our spots against the couch.

"So, Zack," Josh started, " you got a girlfriend?"

" Yeah, I was actually just telling Jenna about her. Her name is Tatum, we've been together for about a year now." He smiled brightly.

"That's so awesome dude!" Josh also grinned.

"Thanks, man."

"Is there anything else interesting about you, Zack?" Jenna asked curiously.

"Umm... not really." He laughed. "What about you guys?"

"Well, I don't really have anything interesting going on in my life. I'm a junior this year, like Tyler. I've thought about dropping out and getting my GED. If I do that then I can go to a baking school. I'd love to have a bakery." She smiled at the thought.

"Cool. What about you, Josh?"

"I'm a senior this year, after I graduate I might go into music. I love listening to music, I use to have drums but I had to sell them so that I could afford my apartment." He frowned for a second, "But I might be able to by a new set soon." He perked up.

"That's awesome!"

"Yep." Josh nodded.

"Alright, we need to find something to do, I can hardly keep my eyes open." I finally chimed in.

"Yeah, Jenna told me what happened. Are you okay? I heard about yesterday too." Zack looked really worried.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. Other then the bruises, I feel.. well, felt I guess, better from yesterday. I'm sore from today obviously, but I'll be fine."

"Good. How's Maddie?"

"She's okay. A little shaken up, but okay."

"That's good. I swear if that guy had hurt her he would be in a coffin instead of a cell right now." Zack popped his knuckles.

"Don't worry, Tyler nailed him a few times." Jenna smiled.

"Not hard enough though." I felt my good hand and squeezed it into a fist.

"Hey, you didn't get to see the guy afterwards. He looked pretty bad." Josh assured me and I relaxed a bit.

"Good. But I couldn't have done it without you guys." I looked back and forth between Josh and Jenna.

"I didn't do anything. I just happened to walk in at the right time." Jenna said as she laid back.

"Yeah, but still, you cared for my sister while Josh took care of the douche bag."

"I didn't do that much either Ty." Josh chimed in.

"Dude, without you we couldn't have gotten in her room to help her. And I could be even more hurt then I am."

"I guess that's true." He smiled.

"Alright, he need something to do guys." Zack changed the subject.

"Movies?" Jenna suggested.

"Sure." Zack answered.

"What kind?" Josh asked.

"Disney?" I got excited because I actually loved Disney, not just the movies, but everything about it.

"Yeah!" They all agreed.

We picked a few movies to watch including Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel, and Pocahontas. We all sang the songs and talked about our favorite parts, who knew that we were all such Disney geeks.

"Well, we did it." I yawned. "It's 7:30." I looked over to see a sleeping Jenna and Zack. Josh was barley awake, playing in his phone.

"Does this mean we can sleep?" Josh rolled over and looked at me.

"Probably. I'll probably try to stay awake until at least twelve though." I started to crawl out of the tent, Josh followed me.

"I suppose I'll stay up too then."

"You don't have to. I was just think that I might make everyone breakfast."

"Well, I'll help since I'm still up anyway."

"Okay." I smiled at his offer.

"Alright, let's see." I opened up the fridge and looked at what we had. "We have eggs and bacon and sausage." I pulled all of them out and laid them on the counter. I walked over to the pantry, I pulled out the bread. "Alright, we have bacon, eggs, sausage, and toast. Does that sound good?" I looked at Josh.

"Yep." He smiled. "Where are your pans?"

"In the cabinets over there." I pointed at the cabinets beside the sink. He pulled out two pans.

"Do you want to listen to music?" I suggested.

"Yeah!"

"Sick. How about..." I scrolled through my playlist. "this." I connected my phone to the small speaker system in the kitchen and started "Young Volcanoes" by Fall Out Boy.

"I freakin love this song!" Josh exclaimed.

We bargain to sing the song as we prepared to start cooking.

"We arrrreeeee wild! We are like young volcanoes! We arrreeeee wild! Americana, exotic, do you wanna feel a little beautiful, baby?" We sang together. As I started scrambling the eggs and he started cooking the sausage and bacon, I figured that would be easier for him with his arm in a sling and stuff.

"Oh this is my favorite part!" I said.

"Same!" He said right before we sang,

"We will teach you how to make boys next door out of a-holes!" We both laughed.

We finished cooking while listening to more Fall Out Boy. We pulled out five plates and sat them out on the table along with forks, knives, and jelly, and butter for the toast. We carried the plates of meat and bread to the table sat them down. I got the last bit of eggs out of the pan and poured them in the bowl with the others. I carried it to the table.

"Alright, it's eight, do you want to get everyone up?" He asked.

"Sure. I'll get Maddie you can get Jenna and Zack?"  I suggested.

"Sounds good." We both grinned and walked out the door into the living room. We were surprised at what we had just walked in on though.
