Just a small Author's Note - ★
Sorry it took so long. The last month has been hell, but don't worry, i am back. Even though it may have seemed like it, no, the story is not over yet, but it is getting close to the end. So just hold on tight.
The reason it took so long is because in the last month i finished school, that means writing many, many exams, filling in froms, finishing projects, and blah blah blah more. But that wasn't the only thing. I started a work experience, which keeps me working 8 hours a day, every day, and because i am moving this summer, i was busy cleaning out the house which is now half empty.
Also, my internet died for a bit, so i couldn't even check in on you guys and leave a small message... so please forgive me for that too.
But i just wanted to reassure you, i never forgot you guys! and i will try to keep up now, i promise!
I don't know how many people actually read this message now, because in all honesty, i usually skip the author's notes (sorry...) but for those of you who actually bother reading this and for all of you who have ever even read one sentence of my story, thank you so much for sticking with me for so long! I really hope you enjoy this chapter, it took me quite some time ^_^ and it is kinda long, but yeah :) So thank you for the comments, the messages, the votes and for everything else!
Enjoy xxx

A couple weeks had gone by now. It was only a couple days now until easter. Until I could finally see my dad again. Until I could tell him how much had happened, which was a lot.
Yes, Harry and I were finally really together. We finally didn’t have to hide anything anymore.
Of course, the press had a ball with me. Jessica this, Jessica that. Even some of the fans were sending me hate mail, but it didn’t bother me. Why care what other people think? I never had, I won’t and I never will.
All I needed was Harry, and the boys of course.
- beep beep beep -
That was the alarm. It was Friday morning. Last day of work before our two week holiday. This meant, the tour was pretty much around the corner.
I opened my eyes. I was in Harry’s room. I almost lived here now, but I did stop by at home from time to time just to make sure that everything was okay. I mean, my dad was coming home soon, and I didn’t want to greet him with a mess.
I turned the alarm off, and turned around to see a still fast asleep Harry.
“Wakey wakey sleeping beauty.” I whispered while moving a curl from his face.
He just sighed and gave a small moan.
“Come on, we have to get up and get ready-“ I wanted to turned back around and get up, but Harry’s arm that was around my waist held me and pulled me back towards him. “Harry!” I giggled.
He just kept pulling me closer, his eyes were still shut, but he had a small smirk on his face.
“Harry! No,” Part of me wanted him to get off so we could get ready, but the other part also just wanted to cuddle with him the whole day long. “We need to go.”
“No.” Harry said, and pulled me as close as possible so we were face to face. “Stay.” He finally opened his eyes and smiled.
I stopped trying to escape and just looked at him.
“Good girl.” He teased.
“Woof.” I answered back and smiled. He laughed a little before giving me a kiss.
We were interrupted by a knocking at the door.
“You guys need to get up and get ready!” It was Liam. “Come on, it’s our last day.”
We heard some cheering in the background. Since the boys lived in the same apartment block, in the morning they usually all met up in Louis and Harry’s apartment so they can go to work together. Liam, obviously, was always the one getting everyone ready to go.
Harry and I got up and quickly put some clothes on. I always kept some spare ones here, in case I needed them.
We came out of the room to have some breakfast, tea or coffee.
“Good morning guys.” I said as I walked over to the coffee machine.
“Good morning” Zayn said, who was sitting at the kitchen counter. Louis and Niall were playing guitar hero. I know it’s crazy, playing that kind of game at 7 in the morning, but what did you expect when you are living with 5 nut jobs. I thought it was kind of cute, and it really makes me feel at home.
After Harry and I getting ready, and taking a ridiculously long amount of time trying to get Niall and Louis to stop playing the game and come, we were finally on our way to the studio.
The day seemed like it went on forever. A lot of dancing, a lot of paparazzi’s and a lot of people running around like maniacs trying to help in any way to make sure the chaos was fixed before the holidays and before the tour.
In the dance studio we were just fixing up some of the moves when the lunch bell rang.
“Okay girls,” Bella yelled. “Before you are off to lunch, I just wanted to say that when you come back we will to the costume fittings.”
All the girls cheered. We loved the costumes bit. I mean, It was like every girls dream to try on 100 different beautiful pieces of clothing.
“However,” Bella continued, “since we will also be trying to dance in these to see if it works, it will probably take longer. That is why rehearsal today is only going to end at about 5:30,6. Understood? Good. Now have a good lunch.”
Okay, I wasn’t happy about that. Harry and I had planned a dinner tonight, a celebration for the beginning of the holidays. But oh well, I couldn’t change anything about rehearsals.
I went to the lunch room. I didn’t want to eat anything because then my stomach would get bigger and the costumes probably wouldn’t be fitted to the right size, so I just sat down at the table with the others.
“Hey Jess!” Gina greeted me as I sat down. “I hear we will be working together after lunch.” She smiled. She seemed really excited about that.
“Yeah, I heard so too,” I gave her a small grin. I hoped it would be good.
“Why, what are you guys doing?” Niall asked, surprisingly, his mouth wasn’t stuffed with something and we could actually understand him.
“Costume fitting.” I told him. The boys all looked at each other and smiled.
“Can we come watch babes?” Zayn asked with a seductive look in his eyes.
“No.” Gina said. “You should probably try and focus on your own work, darling.” He just laughed it off.
“Okay, but seriously,” Louis said, “make sure that the costumes are really, really tight.” He smiled.
“and short!” Harry added.
“Yes! And short.” Louis pointed at Harry. “Good idea styles.”
We all laughed.
“So, Jess,” Harry waited or it to cool down again. “Bad news, our rehearsal is a little longer today, so you might have to wait before the dinner.”
“Yours too?” Gina asked. “Dude, like everyone’s rehearsal is until 6 today.”
“and it’s right before the holidays,” Liam said. “I think that’s really unfair.
“Yeah,” I agreed. “But it’s fine, we can meet later, okay?” They all nodded. “I should probably go now, if I’m there first, I probably get the best costumes.
“Get the sexiest!” Harry said in his flirty way. I just laughed.
“I’ll try.” I gave him a kiss and was on my way.
The costume try on was actually really fun. Gina and I worked together, to make mine look good, and as the boys hoped, they were really revealing, but I didn’t mind. In fact, I might actually end up stealing some of these because I thought they were very cool.
It was now 6 and we got to go. Even though it may have only been some costumes, I was pretty tired, but really excited to go to dinner. I was starving.
I met the guys in the hallway, they were on their way too, but Harry wasn’t there.
“Where’s Harry?” I asked.
“Max wanted to talk to him. He is probably in his office.” Zayn said, pointing to the end of the hallway.
Max was their producer/manager sort of thing. He was kinda their boss, but he was a cool kid.
“Okay, thanks.” I smiled at them and walked off.
“Have fun tonight!” Niall called after me.
“Not too much fun!” Louis added on. Then they all laughed and left.
The door was slightly open. I didn’t want to intrude, so I slowly walked towards it, but I stopped when I heard their voices.
“What were you thinking?” Max said. He sounded very angry. “This is ruining your fame. How on earth did you think dating a slutty little dancer would help you in any way?”
A slutty little dancer… was he talking about me?
“She isn’t a slut!” Harry defended. “And I wasn’t thinking about my fame or anything. I really like her. What does it matter who I date? Louis and Liam are in a relationship too.”
“But they are not you, Harry.” Max told him. “For some reason, them having girlfriends has brought you more fame than ever. But you are the flirt Harry. Every boy band needs a flirt. A flirt cannot have a girlfriend. Especially not one like that. She is ruining you and your career!”
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, so I peeked into the room. The were both pacing around it.
“Are you telling me to end it with her?” Harry couldn’t believe it. “This is not fair!”
“Life isn’t fair Harry! Especially when you are the worlds biggest boy band!” Max stopped in the room and faced Harry, his back to the door. “Would you really risk your career, your fame, hell, the fame of all of our 4 band members, friends just for this one girl? Is she worth it? You will find millions of other girls, who might even help your fame, but she isn’t it. You don’t even know her!”
“I do know her!” Harry screamed at Max. “I love her!”
“Do you really? Do you truly know her? Do you really truly love her? Even more than your career? Your band? Your everything?” Max said calmly.
There was a pause. Harry was speechless. He was looking down. He didn’t know what to say.
“Do you trust her?” Max asked, and put his hand on Harry’s shoulder. “Because I don’t want to be rude or anything, but I fear she I using you for your money.”
Harry looked down in shock. He had never thought of that before. He was thinking. This scared me. It scared me to death. I wanted to run. I wanted to scream and tell him that I wasn’t. But I was just frozen.
“I...” Harry was still looking down. “I…” he sighed.
“I don’t kn-“ He looked up. His eyes locked with mine. Shock. Terror. My body felt like it was struck by lighting. Max turned around too. They saw me. Fuck!
I ran. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me.
“Jess!” I heard Harry behind me. He was running too. “JESS!”
I got all the way outside before he caught up with me. It was raining, and it was getting dark. “Jess, please-“
“Shut up!” I yelled at him. “Just, shut up.”
“Jess-“ Harry came closer.
“No.” I tried to push him away, but he was stronger. “Harry, no!”
“Just let me explain.” Harry said.
“I’ve heard enough.” I looked up at him. “I told you, something bad was going to happen. Something will always get in the way. It will never work. It won’t. I don’t want to ruin you-“
“You aren’t ruining me or my band!” Harry told me. “Don’t listen to Max, don’t listen to anyone but me! I told you this would work, and it will. I will make it work, please Jess. I can’t lose you. I can’t-”
“And I can’t make you give up everything for me.” I moved back a little. “You heard Max. It’s your career, or me. You have to pick one.”
Harry stood there in the rain. Looking at me, then looking down. It was a hard decision, and as much as I wanted him to just hold me again, tell me he would never let me go and kiss me, I knew that the right choice had to be made. I couldn’t ruin him. I really couldn’t. I had to leave.
“I can help you make your decision.” I looked down. I wasn’t going to cry, but I was at the break of tears. He looked up. “You need to let me go. I can’t do this to you-“
“Jess, no-“ Harry moved closer, but I stopped him.
“Just tell him, I am using you for your money. I am using you, Harry. I just wanted the fame and the fortune.” Nobody could have any idea how heartbreaking it was for me to say this, but it had to be done.
“No Jess, you aren’t and I know that-“ Harry wanted me to stop. So did I, but I couldn’t.
“Yes, I am Harry.” I looked back up at him. My eyes met his. They were still as beautiful as they were the first day we met. “Yes I am.” I closed my eyes. “You need to let me go. Just, let me go.”
Without another word, I ran off. The rain, pouring down onto us. Soaking us to the bone. Every step made my heart break just a little more. I wanted to look back. I wanted to go back to him. I wanted to maybe just hug him for the last time, but I couldn’t, because if I did, I would never leave. That is what I had to do.
It felt like ages until I got home. I was cold, wet, heartbroken and tired. But I wouldn’t cry.
I got to my apartment, when I realized the door was slightly open. What? Was someone in my apartment? Did someone break in? I was confused and I wasn’t sure what was happening, but I slowly walked into the room.
There was a man standing in the middle smoking a cigarette. His back was to me, but he seemed familiar.
“Hello?” I asked while turning on the light.
He spun around. In an instance, my heart began to beat 5 times it’s normal speed.
I couldn’t believe it.
“Dad?!”
