Matt dropped to the floor with a thud. Everything around me froze as I made my way to him. I kneeled on the ground as I pulled his head on my lap. His big blue eyes stared up at me as tears started to go down my mine. The click of a gun made me look up. Matt's uncle had a shotgun in his hand and was aiming it at me. I lifted up my hand and a blast of green light came from my palm and threw him back.
I watched as he laid limp on the ground. I hope he's dead.
"Lidiya..."
I looked back down at Matt as he started to cough. The bullet wound from his shirt was seeping his shirt in blood.
"Oh, Matt." I said softly.
"He..was...going...to...kill you, I...had to get in front of his shot." he said.
"You didn't have to risk your life for me."
"Of course I did...your my GFF." he said with a small smile.
I caressed his cheek with one hand and put my other over his wound as I closed my eyes. My hands started to glow blue.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
"Find light in the beautiful sea

The light started getting brighter. I continued singing.

The light started to get brighter and brighter. I could feel my energy slowly fading away.
"Lidiya, No!" Matt said.
I fell to the side of Matt as my hand dropped from his chest. Blood came dripping from my nose and one final tear slid down my eyes.

I closed my eyes and went to sleep. I don't know if I'll wake up.
