(a/n: i survive another exam despite binge watching 2MOONS last friday......i really am a bad student *aherm* okay i have no classes starting today till tomorrow so i decided to give you my updates)
"brother" I hugged brother tightly, not wanting to let him go.
"c'mon, Catherine, it's not like I'll be gone for a long time. I'll come and visit during holidays"
"I know" I hug him tighter before letting go. "take care of yourself brother, don't forget to eat a proper meal"
"yes" I handed him his bag and he ruffled my hair.
"call us when you get there" brother nodded before getting in his car and driving away.
"Catherine, don't you think it's time for you to get ready and get to school"
"what time is it?"
"it's already seven fifteen and your opening ceremony is at eight"
"I'm going be late!!!!!!"
"onee-san!!!!" i just got out from the car when someone came running towards me
"Zero!" I immediately hold him
"onee-san aitakatta" he gave me a kiss and I hug him back.
"Catherine, good morning"
"good morning" I smiled in greeting at Aoi while I just nodded at Ryuuji.
"onii-chan" Zero raised his hand and Ryuuji went and pat him in the head
"did you have a good Summer?"
"hai!"
"good" I stand, mesmerized when Ryuuji smiled at Zero, although it was a small smile it was so surprising and very unexpected that it pierces right through to the heart. Somehow I am suddenly having some understanding on why the heroine fall for Ryuuji. He might be a cold demon king but when he smile like this he looks like an angel. He look at me and his smile immediately vanished turning him back into an expressionless king "go and prepare the necessary documents, I will be immediately announcing the opening for the filing of candidacy for the next student council members"
"I understand"
"Zero, go with your classmates, onee-san will be busy with something"
"no! I want to be with onee-san" Zero faced me "nee-san, can I go? I promise I will be a good boy" ahh.....he's so cute, those rosy cheeks and soft mochi looking cheeks..... ah.... he's an angel!!
"Zero"
"it's okay!" I immediately intervened "it's fine with me to be accompanied by him"
"I don't care" I bit my lip trying very hard not to talk back at him "it will be troublesome to explain to his adviser when he's suddenly not present during the opening ceremony." Ah....i almost forgot about that
"looks like today's not good Zero"
"ehhhh????" he turn at Ryuuji and glare at him "nii-chan is bad!!! You only want to mopolize nee-san. Daikirai!!"
"Zero, don't say things like that"
"demo, nii-chan want to take you from me" my heart feels like it's being squeezed when I saw hint of tears in Zero's eyes.
"Zero"
"stop indulging him and let him down already" I glare at Ryuuji
"I'll talk with his adviser for him to go with me" after saying those I turn my back on him and march to look for Zero's adviser.
"so you're here" I look up and saw Kana standing on the door "I did not find you during the opening ceremony and thought that you're crying at home because brother Clyde already left for university"
"of course not, I am not a kid anymore" I lied with a straight face as I give Zero a blank sheet of paper to doodle on.
"liar, anyway, congratulations"
"ehh???"
"you're still a member of the student council"
"ha????" I asked in disbelief "b-but we're already in our third year, we're considered retired already"
"hehe"
"stop heheing me Kana"
"how come we're still in office?"
"well it was requested by the students and your king graciously accepted it, of course with the approval of the principal" I faced palm and look at the stack of papers in front of me
"then what's the use of doing this?"
"nee-san? Something wrong?" I shake my head
"nothing, c'mon class is starting let's get you to your class room"
"yada! I want to be with nee-san more"
"you can come and visit me during your break"
"honto?" he ask with sparkling eyes that made me pinch his cheeks

"yatta!!!" he jump in my arms and I hug him.
"you look like a mother-son pair" Kana tried to touch Zero again but as always Zero ignored him, it's also the same attitude every time Aoi try to touch him.
"Miss Catherine congratulations"
"congratulations miss Catherine"
"miss Catherine"
"you're really famous" I ignored Kana's comment
"Catherine" I was surprised when I saw Aoi coming in
"kyaa!!!!!! It's prince Aoi"
"Prince Aoi!!!"
"hello prince Aoi!!"
"oh my god!!!!! Prince Ryuuji is also here!!!!"
"kyaaa!!!!!!"
"oh my god...oh my god!!!!" I look at the entrance with mouth agape
"close your mouth" I closed it and look at Kana with a questioning gaze "did you not see the names?" I shake my head
"the two of them are in our section" apocalypse is coming!!!!!!
"are you kidding me?" I mouted at Kana but she just grinned
"Catherine, looks like we'll be classmates this year" what kind of rotten luck is this?
"I see" Aoi smiled and pat me on the head. Somehow I had this feeling that all eyes are on me. I turn to my side to look at my classmates and I notice how they all averted their gaze. I foresee a bad year for me.
"Ryuuji are you going to ta—"Aoi turn to look at Ryuuji but he is already sitting on the desk beside me and is currently reading some programing books. "well this is surprising" Ryuuji look at Aoi
"I'm too tired to move" well I want you to move. Ryuuji suddenly turn in my direction "do you have a problem?" I immediately shake my head "did you finish what I ordered you to do?" I nodded. "good" I can never get along with this guy.
"is it just me or are we getting more and more attention?" Aoi handed me some water and I accepted it before looking at Kana
"maybe it's just your imagination cause we're eating in a conspicuous place" I glare at Ryuuji when he started setting aside the broccoli on his plate.
"no, its not that"
"just eat your lunch" some of you might be wondering why is someone like me who is running away from this two is sitting here and having lunch with them? well it's because of one simple reason, we have to show a front that the four highest position are working together. It's an order from the school administration and I have no idea why they suddenly ask this kind of nonsense. I glare again at Ryuuji when he set aside his carrots.
"neh!" I finally grab Ryuuji's hand when he set aside the broccolis again
"what?"
"eat your vegetables"
"I don't want to" using my spoon I scoop the vegetables and offer it to him
"eat" he only look at me "Or I'm going to force you" I thought he's going to protest but I am surprised when he suddenly eat what I offered him. "if you're going to eat it in the end you should've done it from the beginning' I scope the others and offer it to him again.
"Catherine" Kana called my name but I am busy feeding Ryuuji his vegetable so I ignored he
"geez you.....you might be the king but your choosy with your food" I scoop the remaining one and offer it to him "here the last one. You still have me to feed it to—" I stop midway when I realize what I am doing as Ryuuji open his mouth and eat from my spoon.
"happy?" he ask while I am frozen in place. Shocked, I set down my spoon as I look at Ryuuji who is drinking his water
"what did I just do?" I helplessly ask Kana as I look at my spoon that I use to feed Ryuuji
"you want me to answer you?" she asked in a teasing tone while I shake my head
"this is the first time I saw someone managing to make Ryuuji eat his hated vegetables" I suddenly want to run away. I swear I did not mean it! I only acted on pure instinct! Who would have thought that he would eat what I offered him just like that?
"you okay?" Kana teasingly asked as we walk down the stairs, Ryuuji and Aoi are still on their seat talking about something while Kana and decided to leave early, there are still some papers we need to look into in the Student Council office. After two months of playing the mascot Ryuuji had finally started giving me some work though it all range from minor one before he finally started trusting me with some major works that really involved the school.
"I don't even want to remember about it" i stole a major scene in the manga where the heroine feed Ryuuji his food in front of the students of cafeteria. What to do? What to do?
"but I am pretty sure the whole middle school department will remember it"
"no! no!" I shake my head in denial "it was just out of reflex, he was not eating his vegetable so...."
"yes, yes but still that one back there was quite heart throbbing I did not expect that your king will really eat it, I thought he was going to ignore you or just talk trash about it" Kana happily relayed while I am being restless inside. "next time you do some lovey dovey acts with your king make sure that I am present to witness it okay?" she even give a thumbs up.
"no!!!!!!"
"hey...hey have you heard the rumors?"
"is it about the transfer student in the high school section?"
"yes, yes, that's the one"
"I heard he's from Truvian Academy"
"he's the famous charismatic president of their middle school department and is the top candidate for the president position in their high school department"
"so amazing...but why is he here?"
"I heard he was running from an arranged marriage"
"really? But from what I've heard he got tired of the school's management"
"tsk....you've got the wrong information, from what I've heard from a friend who is studying at Truvian it was supposedly because he followed the one he loves here in our school"
"kyaaaa!!! That's so romantic"
"I wonder who that girl is?"
"our female classmates are really active first thing in the morning" I look at the group of girls talking in front.
"well we can't fault them after-all a juicy rumor is spreading around the school right now" I look at Kana.
"what rumor?"
"its about the new student in the high school section"
"new student? What's the big deal our school accepts new student every year"
"yes, but not from someone who had a fixed position in one of the top two schools rivaling our own"
"position? Is he a former student council member?" I can't help but remember the faces I meet during the camp even though it was a short experience for me, there are still some who made a mark in my head.
"yes, apparently he's the next student council president of Truvian's high school department" after hearing the name of the school for some reason I could feel a chill in my bones.
"wait.............we're not talking about the same person I am thinking right now, right?" Kana look intently at me when we heard a commotion outside.
"kyaaaa!!!! He's so handsome"
"he look like a prince!!!!!"
"oh my gosh all three of them" I look at Kana who is looking outside the window facing the hallway and basing on the glint of her eyes I know that whatever is outside is not something good.
"good morning" that familiar voice......
"kyaaaaa!!!!"
"he's so handsome"
"this is unbelievable Catherine"
"I want to run away" I tried to look for an escape but for some reason both doors are blocked by my female classmates. But when did our section become dominated by girls?
"oh, little guy what are you doing here?"
"he's so cute!!!"
"neh, why don't you call me sister??"
"Catherine!"
"nee-san!!" I look up and I saw Zero standing on the door to my left while Jansen is standing on the door to my right.
