Hey I know I'm not the best but right now I'm having a mental breakdown! All I feel is pain physical and mental pain my head is killing me and I'm dizzy I've tried so hard to stay strong and keep fighting but I'm so close to losing it I feel like I'm drowning but I can breathe, I want to scream and.be heard but no one will here me it's been a few months since my last break down but this one I can't break free....
