That's a reminder of what your dress looks like ^^^
When I woke up in the morning I took a nice long shower. Once I got out of the shower I put on sweats and a t-shirt. I brushed through my wet hair then went to the kitchen. There I found Nat and Bucky talking.
"Where is everyone?" I asked them.
"Well most of the guys are picking up their tux's and I think Wanda is still asleep." Bucky told me.
I nodded. I got some food then sat down.
Nat smiled, "So y/n you excited for tonight?"
I rolled my eyes making Bucky smile. "I guess. Are you two going together?" I asked them.
Bucky nodded, "Yeah, we are." (sorry I had to...I just ship them so much)
"Awwww! So cute!" I teased.
Nat rolled her eyes, "You are so annoying sometimes."
"Hey you do it to me!" I laughed.
She got up put her dishes in the sink then looked at me, "I'll come to your room in a little bit to help you get ready."
"Okay."
Bucky then got up and started to walk away. "Where are you going?" Nat asked.
"I have to go pick up my tux." he answered.
She rolled her eyes, "Men. They don't do anything until the last minute."
He grinned then left. I finished eating then went to my room. Time was moving very slowly. It would be forever until It would be time to leave. I dried my hair then watched TV. It would be a while until I would actually have to get ready.
Nat and Wanda came into my room after a while. "Isn't a little early to start getting ready?" I asked.
Nat smirked. "It's gonna take a while to get ready and we have to get ready too."
"Well you two can get ready then you can get me ready." I told them.
"You sure?" Wanda asked.
I nodded. They looked at each other then left to go get ready. Wanda came back to my room a little while after. She had her makeup done and her hair was nicely curled.
"Aw, you look so pretty!" I told her.
She rolled her eyes then sat next to me on my bed. "So are you going with anyone?" I asked.
"I actually am." she told me.
"Ohhh, who?"
"Vision."
"Really? Huh..."
"What?" she asked.
"Nothing!" I said. "I just didn't think he would ever ask you out."
"Same here."
We watched TV for a little bit in silence. Then Nat came into my room with her arms full of makeup bags and hair supplies. "Alright lets get down to it. How do you want your hair done?" she asked me. She also had her hair curled and her makeup all done.
I shrugged. "I dunno, what do you think would look best with the dress?"
Wanda went to my closet and pulled it out. "Maybe half up half down?" she suggested.
Nat stared at the dress. "I know what to do. y/n sit down here." She pulled out a chair for me to sit on.
I sat down, "So what are you going to do with my hair?"
"You'll see."
Wanda sat on my bed reading. Nat tugged and pulled on my hair. I got stabbed in the head with a few bobby pins. "Oww!" I complained.
"Oh stop it." She put in a few more bobby pins. "Okay turn around." I did. She pulled out a few hairs then curled them with the curling iron. She then sprayed my hair with as much hairspray she could.
"Dude are you trying to kill me!" I said coughing.
"I'm just making sure your hair won't fall out. Alright time for makeup."
I groaned. She pat my face with a dozen of different brushes and powders. She would tell me to close my eyes as she did my eyeliner then begged me to wear fake eyelashes.
"Please! It will look so good if you do!"
"Hell no! I'm not wearing those!"
"Why!"
"Because! I don't want to!"
She groaned. "Fine, just wear mascara then."
Wanda shook her head and laughed. By the time Nat got done it was four. Everyone would meet here at the compound at 5:40 then we would be leaving to the gala.
"Alright what do you think Wanda?" Nat asked.
Wanda grinned, "She looks beautiful."
"You can go look at yourself now." Nat told me.
I got up and looked in my mirror. My hair was pulled back into some bun thing and looked very elegant. My makeup was simple yet beautiful. I looked breathtakingly beautiful. It was kinda selfish of me to say but it was true. I had never felt so good about myself.

I turned and looked at Nat. "Thank you." I grinned then gave her a hug. "I love it."
She laughed. "Alright, well me and Wanda need to go put our dresses on and I suggest you do the same."
They left then I shut the door. I put my dress on. I couldn't zip it up so I had to run to Nat's room so she could. Even after she zipped my dress up I stayed in her room. "Are you alright?" she asked.
"Uh, no. I'm freaking out right now. I'm really nervous all of a sudden."
Nat grabbed my arms and smiled at me, "That's okay, it's normal to feel that way. But you're going to be just fine. You are going to do just fine tonight and you'll have a lot of fun. I promise."
I nodded then went back to my room to put my shoes on. I hid in my room for the last little while trying to convince myself that there was nothing to be nervous about. It was 5:36. I could hear the Avengers outside of my room waiting to leave.
It was now 5:40. I heard a knock on my door. "y/n, come on it's time to go." I heard my dad say.
"Okay, be right out." I slipped my shoes on then opened my door. I walked into the main room and saw everyone including Peter. My dad was with Pepper (SHIP), Steve was with Sharon (meh)...
Nat and Bucky where together (SHIP). Vision was with Wanda (SHIIPP). Clint was with his wife Laura, Scott was with Cassie and Sam, Bruce and Thor were loners.
I walked into the room and everyone froze and looked at me. Wanda and Nat were grinning and everyone else had their mouths wide open.
"W-wow..." Peter said.
"Damn girl." I heard Sam say. "You look beautiful."
I felt my face heat up from all the attention. "Thank you Sam."
"You look magnificent lady y/n!" Thor yelled.
My dad grinned, "Alright, lets go."
We all headed out to the car. I walked up to Peter and he smiled shyly at me. "Y-you look beautiful y-y/n. W-well I mean y-you always look beautiful but..."
I grinned then hooked my arm with his, "Thank you Peter."
We all got into a limo and rode to the gala.
