Can you do a Lucas one where Lucas and the reader are best friends and he comes home after the tsunami and confess their feelings to each other.
Y/n watched the news with horror. It was talking about a tsunami that occurred in Thailand. Her friend and his family were there on vacation and she couldn't help but think that they weren't gonna come back.
She sat by watching for updates as days unfolded. Her parents tried to comfort her but she kept telling them that she didn't need it. Somewhere in her heart she knew that Lucas was gonna be ok.
She couldn't help but think if he was gone that she hadn't told him something that she always felt. She knew they were young but she was always drawn to him. Not just in a friend way but in a different way.
She watched the tv and saw all the wreckage that the tsunami had caused. There also was a death toll and only some of the bodies were identified. She held onto hope that Lucas and his family weren't among those bodies.
A week had passed and Y/n was slowly losing hope. Then she herd a knock on the front door. Her mom walked over and opened the door.
Y/n heard her gasp and she turned around curiously. Lucas stood there, he was covered in dirt and had some scrapes on his face. Y/n put her hand to her mouth and ran over to him.
She pulled him into a hug and cried into his chest. "I'm alright." He said and soothed her. He rubbed her back and she sniffled. Her mom left and Y/n sat on the couch.
Lucas sat beside her and he grabbed her hand. She examined his face and saw the little scars that he had. She put her other hand on his face and grazed over the scars.
She smiled sadly at him, "I was so worried. Is everyone else ok?" She asked concerned and he nodded. She sighed with relief, "It was terrifying." Lucas said and looked down at his lap.
She touched his chin and made him look at her. "I'm so sorry that happened to you." She said and looked at him sadly. Lucas felt tears well up in his eyes just remembering the terror he went through.
She pulled him into another hug and soothed him. She pulled away from him and wiped his tears away. "It's gonna be ok. You're safe now." Y/n said to him with a smile.
He nodded, "Thank you Y/n." He said and she smiled wider. He then quickly pecked her lips and moved away. The blood rushed to her cheeks. "Sorry, I just really like you." Lucas said nervously and she giggled.
She pecked his lips quickly and this time he blushed. "I like you too." She replied and he blushed deeper. Y/n laid her head on his shoulder as they sat together. Whenever he would need her she would be there for him.
