Chapter 2❄: Mistake
"Time to take a job," Levy hummed. She looked over at the board and saw all the jobs hanging on it.
"Jet! Droy! Look at this job!"
They walked over, Droy was eating a buffalo wing. "That looks like a good one Levy!" They said in unison with hearts in their eyes. The job was pretty simple, what you needed to do was kill 3 golams. "Yeah, and it's worth £17,000 jewel!" Levys hazel eyes lit with joy.
"Then it's settled!" Jet spoke taking the flyer off the board. He walked over and checked it in to
Mira-Jane. Levy felt like someones eyes were watching her so she turned around and saw Gajeel staring at her. She started blushing like an idiot and decided to turn around on her heels and shout: "Let's go on that job!"
Once they arrived she saw tall snow covered mountains. "It's really pretty, and cold. Let's hurry and finish this job!" the bluenette said shivering. "You got it, Levy!" Jet said while winking. They raced to the cottage to find an old man that assigned the job. Once they did all there talking they went over to the cave that was full of golams. Levy ran inside of the cave. "Solid script, Light!" she shouted with the word 'light' floating in the air. "Nice, Levy!" Jet and Droy said with a thumbs up.
They walked in the cave and almost instantly got attacked. Levy however was well prepared, she was chosen to become an S-class wizard. "Solid Script: Iron!" The big chunk of iron landed on one of the golems heads.
"1 down 2 to go!" Levy yelled with stars in her eyes. However Jet and Droy weren't nearly as prepared as she was. In fact they were knocked out cold. "Jet! Droy!" Levy yelled with tears in her eyes. After a about 15 minutes she finished off the other two.
----Time⏰Skip---
Once they came back in the guild Jet and Droy were laying in beds in the infirmary. "Mira looked at Levy, then said: "They're okay, but they can't take a job until next week."
"Next week!? Poor guys, they need to pay there rent!"
"If it's not going out of your way you could make a little extra money for them so when they get better they won't be at square one."
"Really?"
"Yes, but don't go by yourself, I don't want to see you in the infirmary next."
Most of her friends already picked a job and left. So her only option was Panther Lily...and Gajeel Redfox.
