Date 14 October,2030,11:30PM ,Frankfurt Central Hospital - Edward are disorienting, he stumble across the room, he finally open the door. He look at the sign
- Edward: what...is this? German? No! It... can be!
At the next room, Jack also get out of it,but there is no sign of Annie.
- Jack: Ouch! My head hurt, where am i?(*Look at Edward *) Hey kid, do you know where we are?
- Edward: i don't know either but i think we are in Germany
- Jack: come on let get out of this place
They go around looking for an exit, they found 1 but before they leave, Annie come out of her room but she couldn't stand up any longer, she fall down, Jack come to pick her up then carry her out. They go and see a lot of sign are in german, they are lost in the city. Then, the spark from the street light zap out a spectre take form of an policeman
- Edward: that it not good!
- Jack: what do you mean? He is here to help
- Edward: believe me, he is not a real person, he is a mindless zombie trying to apprehent us
The spectre take out the taser, it shot out stun needles that almost hit Jack's leg
- Jack: hey, why he's shooting at us
- Edward : i told you, Run!!!
They run as fast as they can, luckily, they found a Dunbar's Technology Inc Game Center, Edward tell him to go inside, he run to the securities, they stop him
- Guard 1(German): Halt!! Identify yourself
- Edward(French): Edward Belpois, Gamer ID: 09562.Fr, i need to get in
- Guard 2(French): hold on a minute
The guard take out a ID recognition device and input the code, the device show up the information and they let him in, he tell them Jack and Annie are his friends so they also let them in. The spectre, stop,it pull out a phone and said "Objective complete", then it disappear. Edward tell Jack to stay at the waiting room, he go see the manager of the building, he go to the elevator then hit floor 4. He go to the manager room, knock on the door. The manager said come in, her name is Ellie.
- Ellie(German): can i help you ?
- Edward: nein Deutsch,parle Français vous?
- Ellie(French): can i help you?
- Edward: yes, enter my ID please, it 09562.Fr
- Ellie(French): please wait,(*input the code*),(*show result*), Monsieur Belpois, you are a VIP client, can i assist you?
- Edward: i want you to call William Dunbar, i want to send a message to him
- Ellie(French): yes sir, right away.(*call William*)(*phone ringing*)
- William(At home): what the...? Why Ellie calling at this late hour?(*pick up cellphone*)Hello?
- Ellie: Monsieur William, Monsieur Belpois said he is Frankfurt, he don't know how he got there he said he have some friends are going with him,...,...,...he also said XANA.
- William: that is enough, Ellie, tell them to stay at the waiting room, take any of their request, i'll be there to pick them up by tomorrow
- Ellie: but we are not a hotel should i tell them to go to one and there are still some gamer left playing
- William: NO, do as i said, close the facility at 11:30PM, leave my guess there. They can use any of our service there, free of charge.
William tell the Belpois where is Edward and they are so glad he have been found. William book 3 flight to Frankfurt by 8:00AM. At Frankfurt, Edward sit with Jack in the waiting room.
- Edward: after all this time, i haven't know your name
- Jack: oh, how rude i am, I'm Jack, Jack Résonaye , nice to meet you
- Edward: Edward Belpois, nice to meet you too. Do you know the girl you carrying all this time name is?
- Jack: i have no idea.(*See ID falling out of the pocket*)
- Edward : hey you shouldn't do that
- Jack:(*pick up ID*)hmm, Annie Reiner, born 12 February, 1995 in Kadic,France. Well, she is the same age as mine, also born in the same place as mine, (*see Dunbar's Technology Inc ID*), she even work at the same place as i, hmm, R&D lab, that why i never seen her face before.
- Edward: what department do you work in?
- Jack: i work in Marketing. Well, that it for today, we should get some sleep.
The next morning, Date: 15th October, 2030- William arrive at Frankfurt airport with Emma and Monty. They take a taxi to the Game Center there. Edward with Jack and Annie already wake up ready to go home, William meet them, he give Jack and Annie 2 ticket back to France at 9:30AM
- William(*smile*): Edward so good to see you. (*whisper*) i'll have some questions to ask you but for now, play along
- Edward: yes...Mr Dunbar
- William: Jack? Where have you been all this time?
- Jack: Boss? I...i...i,...
- William: i don't mind if you take a vacation, after all you are hardest working employee i have ever had
- Jack: thank boss.
- William: and Annie
- Annie: yes, sir?
- William: how your kids?
- Annie: i'm, eh... still single
- William: well, then you should meet my twin brother, Monty sometimes. Well then, you 2 go home first, i have some business to attend to.
Jack and Annie are stress out while talking to William because they thought they would get fired. The 2 are relieve. As for Edward, William tell him to go to the mall with Emma
- William: Edward, do you mind taking Emma to the mall, she won't stop talking going to it since we boarded that plane
- Edward: Me? Ok, mr Dunbar
William give Emma his credit card then go to the game center. At Edward side, he and Emma go to the mall , Emma tell him to shop himself some new clothes, he go to the store to try some new outfit. As for Emma, she shopped herself some beautiful dresses.
- Edward: are you sure that ok?, 3 dress for 1000 Euros, kinda expensive
- Emma: don't worry, my dad won't mind
They go to see the other store for a while then bump into Odd, she is walking with a bodyguard disguised as her husband but Edward spotted out by her voice
- Odd: Edward? It really you, did you leave your house because you can't find happiness in your family?
- Edward: uhm, no. I don't even know i got here, i was in comas the entire time. But wait a minute what are you doing here, aren't you suppose to be on a tour around France.
- Odd:uhm...uh uh uh... that was a lie, i need a vacation, i already leave dear Ollie what he need, he'll be fine.
Meanwhile at Dunbar's Technology Inc, Wiliam take Monty to go see around the building. He show Monty the Supercomputer(custom made by the German so it run differently with the French one) with main program that run the entire German sever, it was Jeremy's Medieval World. Monty come close, he touch the monitor, a little spark of electricity run into the Supercomputer. The building suddenly lose power, but the supercomputer is still on. William tell the guard to search around for any problem but they find nothing. The power go back up but th Supercomputer is overheated. It begin to spark , a glimpse of XANA symbol show in the monitor then it explode. William triggers the alarm to evacuate all personnel. He start the cool shutdown procedure ( The German Supercomputer power by an Arc). He and Monty then get out of the place, 15 minute later, the facility haven't exploded, the entire building just shutdown completely. William with a team come in to check on the Supercomputer. The team get a new monitor to plug in the Supercomputer, what they find is nothing, everything is gone. All of the data are transferred to the Cortex. XANA regenerate slowly again, XANA whole body grow back 1 by 1 until he is complete.
- Tyrone: wonderful, i now have the most powerful computer virus in my hand.
- Nero: ha ha ha, foolish old man
- Clara:did you really thing we would serve you for what you done?
- XANA: your Cortex will make me more powerful
XANA plants his hand into the Cortex and drain everything, The Cortex disassembled, Tyrone supercomputer auto shutdown itself, XANA and his children teleport out of it, they devirtualize to the real world. They step out of a scanner in a basement in a house near the river Sœur de Vert.The scanner are wired to an advance laptop but when they step out it crashed then explode because it couldn't handle. XANA have a new identity as Xavier D'Argathan. A 35 years old man with a scar near his left eye
- Nathan: father, we finally have you back, we can live as family like we always want to
- Xavier: and we will, after i made they pay for what they did to me
- Carla: can't we just forget about them?
- Xavier(shout): you dare disobey me?
- Carla: sorry father
- Xavier: now, we will make our own supercomputer. According to the Cortex's Data Bank, there will be a military convoy carrying plutonium pass by Kadic in 2 days, can you 2 retrieve the plutonium?
- Nathan: we can do it
- Xavier: good
XANA go and collect part to make a supercomputer. At Germany, Edward and Emma go back to the Game Center only to see the entire staffs and gamer standing outside. The situation finally come to an end, William tell Edward to go to the manager's office for a private conversation. Emma, Monty and Ellie are waiting in the waiting room.
- William: tell me Edward, how did you get here? How did you recover so quickly from a unknown sickness? How do you found Jack and Annie? They have been missing for 2 week
- Edward: i don't know, i just wake up in a hospital with Jack and Annie- 2 of the best allies my dad have ever known in Frankfurt hospital for no reason. I don't even know how did i go over 400 mile from France to here
- William: are you sure that all you know?
- Edward: definitely
- William: then i have nothing else to say, let go back to France.
They get in a flight to Paris, then take the bus to Kadic. Aelita and Maya are waiting for Edward at the bus station, they are happy because Edward finally come back.
- Aelita: thank, William for finding Edward , but does he get to Germany?
- William: well, the hospital seem to make a mistake and transfer him to Germany for special treatment, but it alright, he is cured and the hospital fees are already paid, you don't need to repay me, maybe go with me for a cup of coffee for several occasion
- Aelita(smile): sure
Everyone go back to their usual business as XANA begin to assemble his own supercomputer. Date 17th October, 2030- The news are buzzing about the military convoy are attacked by 2 unknown attackers. The Belpois, Dunbar, Stern, are concerned because XANA haven't made any move since his children break down the supercomputer core. Date 18th October, 2030- XANA's supercomputer is finished, but he name it the Mega Kore. It run on plutonium contain in 5 cylinders , 4 super chip, a massive customized processor of 10 supercomputer. XANA place his hand on the hand scanner, the Mega Kore turn on. XANA created his own Lyoko, he also transfer part of himself to the Core in order to run it, the process didn't affect much on XANA human appearance.
- XANA: at last, connected, all the device on this planet, all the satellite, all of the nuclear missiles, all of the war machine all under my control
If XANA want to control all, he will have to active all of the tower inside the Mega Kore, it will cost a lot of power so he can only control 2 at a time but decided not to, he want to test it out, he activate 1 tower inside the old Lyoko, he control an airplane from Moscow heading to London , he alternate it course for it to crash into the Eiffel Tower. That cause attention by all media. The billboard and TV are reporting the news
- Tamiya: Breaking news, a plane by the ID of Airbus 505 heading from Moscow to London have alternate it course and heading toward Paris. The captain are transmitting the signal saying the plane is out of control and the HUD showing the destination: Eiffel Tower. Is this somehow of an terrorist hacker alternate the flight or maybe something else is happening, we will keep updating the news
The scanner developped by Franz Hopper catch the signal and alert. He call the team to the center.
- Aelita: what it is father?
- Franz: the radar, it caught the signal of XANA's activities. A tower have been activated in the Desert Area. But wait the other 4 Area seem to be attracted to something
- Aelita: forget about that, let investigate later, now, we have to stop XANA from crashing that plane
- Franz: right, scanning Oliver, scanning Eric, scanning Yumeko, scanning Maya,scanning Emma, virtualization
The team spawn at the edge of the Desert Area, Eric are not so lucky, he spawn and fall, he grab on to the hardened sand but it begin to crack. The team rush to his place to pull him up. They run for a while then see Nero and Clara are guarding the tower but they seem difference, they have an upgrade to their weapon and ability. Nero have a shadow that minic his every move, he have 2 metal arm and increase size, his strength are doubled. Clara get rid of the shield for claws on her hand and she can control her hair into many form, her agility are doubled.
- Edward: what that on the reading? Unusual gravity?
- Franz: be careful childrens, the area are no longer attach to Lyoko, it just floating in the Digital Sea, i'll warn you if the area are rolling
- Emma: great, like it not difficult enough fighting those 2
- Oliver: well, look on the bright side, they have the same disadvantage as us
- Eric: well that a relief
Franz warn them there will be a gravity change in 30 seconds, it will be a 270 degree turn, they run to a narrow cliff, Maya create a dome that attach to the sideway cliff. The area turn upside down, the ground are shaking, rocks are falling, some of them hit the dome, 1 hit the column, the dome become unstable
- Oliver: well, at least thing couldn't get any worse (*a lazer passby hit him*)
Everyone look on the other side see some Hornet flying, Oliver fall off the dome but hang on, he curl his legs then spring off, he use rocket boost to push himself to the other side of the cliff where he have to hold on to a dead tree branch. The Hornets fly over then attack him, the team on the dome fire to destroy the Hornets. Franz said there will be another gravity shift in another 30 second. Gravity then change back , Oliver have a smurf on his face
- Oliver: ug oh, you guy are in trouble now
He rocket boost then step on a Hornets head, he ride it until it spin around then shot all the rest of the Hornets, the surviving Hornet fly away *arrow penetrate the head*, *explode*. The team go to the activated tower
- Nero: we were expecting you
- Clara: we didn't think you would show up
- Edward: watch out team, their data have change a lot since we met them
- Emma: let see what they're made of(*draw of sword*)
- Maya: you guy distract them so i can make it into that tower to deactivate it
- Franz: watch out, another gravity shift will occur in 30 second, it will last for 2 minutes and hurry up the plane is 15 minute until impact.
The gravity shifts again, this time it a 45 degree angle, making the area to steep for the fight, Maya pull out the angel wings but the other are slipping, Nero and Clara somehow stick to the ground, the team slipping to their position, they stand ready then attack Eric, Yumeko devirtualizing them.Oliver use rocket boost jump to avoid the attack .Emma block the attack then the impact on the blade spring her back, she then lunge herself with the blade for a surprise counter attack. Nero block but the blade strike through, damaging him. Gravity then shift back to normal. Oliver are teasing Clara by avoiding her attack while making faces. Clara gone mad then use her entire hair to strap Oliver. Maya rescue him by throwing a bunch of roses to Clara's hair,*snap*,*explosion*, Clara are stunned for a moment, Maya take her chance to fly into the tower. She deactivated it. Nero and Clara see that the plan have fail so they teleport out. The team are about to celebrate until the ground are shaking again. Franz have to devirtualize them. At the TV news:
- Tamiya: it seem that the captain have regain control of the plane and will continue the flight right after the plane refuel at Paris International Airport. Some of the passenger are so terrify thay some of the decided to leave the plane and switch to another transport. The police will investigate this situation. I'm Tamiya from the Kadic news , end session(*turn off*)
Franz Hopper gather everyone to a meeting room that is sound proof from the outside world where he talk about the rise of XANA where he talk about the rise of XANA, but except for Edward, he is using the supercomputer.
- Franz: as you can see, XANA have make the first move to attack, we need to find out where he is so we can destroy him once and for all
- William: and you suggested how?
- S.Monty: by doing this(*hand on fire*)
Monty cornered everyone by his fire then leave the room, he activate vacuum procedure. Everyone in the room begin to suffocate, then Monty teleport out.
- William: he got Monty, i should have known, he been acting so weird lately
- Edward(*typing*): there, done, now i go meet everyone
Edward see everyone is suffocating so he call for help then turn of the procedure
- Edward: is everyone alright
- Maya: i'm *cough cough* fine
- Edward: what happen? Where Monty?
- William: *cough* it seem Monty have been under XANA control, he need our help.
- Edward: but, how?
- William: we will strike back
- Franz: i could to find out where are all the Lyoko's Area are going to, if we find them, we will find XANA
- William: excellent plan professor Hopper
Franz start to create a new program to find the Lyoko's Area. They are traveling slowly to XANA Mega Kore, the Area is continue to expand event bigger, it is now 1.5 the size if the old Lyoko, if the expansion process complete along with the merge of the old Lyoko, the entire Mega Kore will be quadrupled it original size. It will consume a great amount of power. XANA have already begin to take over the Nuclear Plant. His thirst for power is unquenchable. He will stop at nothing until he get what he want.
