Eric is heading over.
He arrives and motions for me to unplug my ear protection.
I'm screwed.
"Can you tell me," he starts. "How abnegation transfers are always so good at dauntless?"
"I don't know what you mean," I play dumb. "This is my first try."
"Don't lie to me initiate," he growls.
"I don't lie," he gets what he gives.
"Eric, leave the stiff alone," Four interjects.
I have never been so grateful for Four. This side of Four seems, almost human. He seems more real. I haven't seen this, Tobias-like behavior, from Four, ever. He seems close to the boy I fell in love with.
"And why should I do that, Four," Eric spits the name like an insult, and I know why. He knows that Four is Tobias. And he's going to hold his name, his names, over his head.
It makes me sick.
I glare at him. So does Four. Even Eric can't stand both of our glares combined, even Marcus couldn't.
"Do it again, stiff. Then you're off the hook."

"It's almost mathematically impossible to get a bulls-eye on your first try."
"Almost is the key word Will," I answer. "and your Erudite is showing."
"Sorry," he answers back.
"But that still doesn't explain you being AMAZING at shooting."
Chis won't leave it, will she.
"I don't know. I have 20/20 vision, maybe that's it."
"No," Chris rejects.
"what are you doing?" Al asks.
"I'm just relaxed."

"Just Relaxed."
