Mitch entered the now empty old building to get his love out of here.
Sayyed's reign was over. He and his men couldn't do anything now.
He went to the basement and opened the door.
He gasped.
Aayat was on the floor, her eyes were closed.
There were no movements.
He quickly rushed to her "Aayat hey its me."
He checked her pulse and sighed in relief. She was alive but unconscious.
His heart broke at the sight of her.
She was completely bruised. Blood oozed out from the back of her head, her lips were cut, and her eye was swollen.
Aayat lightly moaned in pain and slowly opened her eyes.
She smiled.
"M-Mitch" her voice cracked
Mitch smiled and kissed her forehead "Hey."
"You came", she said touching his cheek, as if she was making sure that this wasn't a dream.
"Of course I did. You didn't think I would just leave you here didn't you." He said as he took her hand and kissed it.
Aayat lightly chuckled "My Batman."
