This toner yields 4 1/2 ounces. It is great for all skin types, and the cucumber softens and soothes the skin.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber with peel, chopped
- 3 tablespoons witch hazel
- 2 tablespoons distilled
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh siege.
3. Pour the liquid into a clean bottle with a tight fitting lid.
4. Apply the toner to your face with a cotton ball.
